Glory was my first contact. Cheery and polite. Efficient. Met Kristine and was immediately impressed by her professionalism and attitude. She is definitely there to help you hear better. She tested and fitted me with ease and caring. I have now had my hearing aids for two weeks. I expected an adjustment period but it never happened. They were great from the start. I have heard sounds I never noticed before but an added benefit is that my balance has improved significantly since I got them. Surprised that hearing or not hearing can affect your balance but it is true. So pleased with service and the great results. Thank you so much.

The ladies at Connect Hearing, New Smyrna Beach, Kristine Terrell and Glory Garcia, made a stressful situation so much easier. From the moment you walk in the door, and Glory gets you checked in through meeting with Kristine for the testing and fitting of hearing aids, they do everything possible to set you at ease. Kristine took quite a bit of time finding out what the testing showed you needed, what your wants and needs were, explaining all concerns, in a patient and easy to understand way and getting you started with the 2 week trial. Had it not been for Kristine and Glory, and their superior Customer Service and Care, I could have talked myself out of spending the money for hearing aids. They made me feel confident that my quality of living my life would be improved, and made me confident in my choice to move forward and order the set of hearing aids that would be most beneficial to me.Thank you both for all you do to help people in a less stressful and more positive way!

I give five stars to Connect Hearing New Smyrna Beach because I have been able to depend on the group for my hearing needs for the past several years. Recently I arrived to FL and my hearing aid broke and was not usable ( severe to profound hearing loss). I knew where to go to get answers right away. Without telling my whole story about my hearing loss, I was well cared for by professionals. I was given good demos for several weeks while mine were getting fixed. They were outstanding for my amount of loss and comprehension. Kristine and Glory listen and are understanding for your hearing needs. Would recommend these gals and and Office to anyone!!

Kristine is very understanding, helpful and professional. She went out of her way to make sure the settings were exact and comfortable. She took a lot of time working with my husband and listening to his concerns about hearing in different noise environments. She then programmed his hearing aids so he would have control of noisy situations. I am comfortable recommending Connect Hearing to many of my friends who are experiencing hearing problems. I explained that we do a lot of traveling and Kristine immediately showed me how to locate where we could go for repair assistance. The waiting room and exam rooms are bright, clean and very welcoming. The receptionist (I apologize for not remembering her name) is a warm and caring person and extremely efficient.
