Its a storage unit. Nothing more. However, it was owned by a different management company when I moved in. I experienced a 50% increase in cost over 18 months. A new coat of paint and new company did not give me any different service.

I’m the owner of Tb trees and I needed a few parking spaces and unit to rent for my equipment!!! When I first walked on the property I was greeting with a warm welcome smiley face and a very attentive and friendly girl at the desk named Christina... she was quick at getting me in and out of there with paperwork and showing me spots and unit!!! I was on a time crunch and she handled it well, I have now rented for the last two months and still get the same treatment questions answered when I come in with my crew I highly recommend renting space and ask for Christina she is great! 🤩

What I learned yesterday at this particular CubeSmart is that you cant just show up to claim an auction won unit. There is only one person who can accept monetary transactions and you MUST make an actual appointment with her.The inside units are very clean and I will continue to bid on storage units at this facility.

Cube Smart at this location has the very worst manager, Mym! I reserved a large storage unit to move all my household goods into. I’m moving to New Smyrna Beach in November & needed to store everything for six months.I returned, as stated, by the deadline 5/24 to pay the first month. The manager Mym told me & my boyfriend she would Hold my storage, it wasn’t necessary to pay this early. Mym told us both to call 5/31 which was Memorial Day to pay first month on my credit card. As instructed, I called Memorial Day morning just to find out Mym rented my storage unit to someone else the day after I was in the cube smart office! I was so upset & called Cube Smart customer service for them to locate the exact unit. I had to settle for a location all the way into Orlando.I wouldn’t use this facility & wouldn’t recommend speaking to their so called manager! I’m going to report her to this locations owner!

She was spectacular in the original purchase of the storage unit and spectacular in solving another issue that I had... I believe shes a very valued employee and I hope you take care of her well..

Friendly and professional management!

After 20 years of being a loyal tenant at the StorQuest/New Smyrna Beach, FL location, I am furious as to the lack of appreciation by ownership. They continue to raise rates and have reduced the amount of discount if you pay a full year in advance. The local facilities team is great, but management and the bean counters have no idea as to what customer loyalty is all about. I will be searching for a new location for storage of my antique car as there are a number of new storage facilities opening up in the area. 20% increases year-over-year is inexcusable.

We have lease three 10 x 20 units and outdoor storage spaces from StorQuest of New Smyrna Beach. We are very happy with the onsite management, especially Sheri. Unfortunately, however, the corporate entity is very problematic. All calls to the facility are routed through corporate, which is usually non-responsive. Worse yet, the local managers do not have the ability to negotiate or resolve problems. For example, whe n we rented a double outdoor space, we were not able to use one of the spaces because the adjacent space renter parked his huge trailer in our space. After several months, we sold our trailer, but were never able to get compensation for the space we rented but could not use. Also, corporate charges a $25 administrative fee on every unit rented, even though we have multiple units. Further, after a few months of rental, corporate policy requires large rent increases, sometimes over 10% in addition to annual rent increases. Of course, once you fill a rental unit it is not generally feasible to empty it and go to another facility. If you are considering renting a self-storage unit, you would do well to inquire about these policies. StorQuest looks like it has competitive rental rates at first blush, but that is because they intentionally mislead their customers with lower initial rental rates, which they then increase significantly.

We rented the last boat spot you had. I had to be a magician to get the boat in the spot with the obstacles...mud, trees, etc. The boat was getting too messy with all the tree limbs and leaves falling in it (and sitting in the mud) so after 2-3 days, I decided to change to another storage facility since they provide water and other amenities you dont. I asked for a refund as I was so unhappy with the space we had rented. No refund? Are you kidding? I have another storage unit with you and will be changing as soon as I can get it arranged. I would have taken a credit towards my other space, but no on that too. It just shows that you dont care about your customers so I will try to find a place that does.

Excellent customer service! Christina and Sherry in the office were so helpful!! We were going to go with another Storage unit company nearby but their customer service was so poor that in the last minute we made a change and are very thankful that we did so!

This Self Storage operation is without question the best one I have EVER worked with. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility it self is always clean and the AC units are cooled very nicely. The security combines an automatic gate, various cameras, and some one personally on the property during all business hours and sometimes even beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend using this facility to everyone.

This facility/company is great when it comes to storing your goods. Always clean, friendly staff, safe and secure and a price that fits anyones budget.If I need a storage unit again in the future, I will definitely be calling on them.The only thing I would recommend, if its even feasible, is a community dumpster would be of great help. When people are moving, it makes it challenging to find a place to legally discard of trash.

The person was very helpful; I mainly wanted to ask questions about the unit and then rent online. The person had me signed up in no time. The only complaint is that after giving her the information about my credit card, there was no mention of the rental amount not including the taxes nor a onetime administrative fee of $25.00. I thought I would be paying $119.00 per month, but found that my first charge was over $150.00 It would have been nice if that had been disclosed. However, the units are very nice and clean. The lady is very helpful and nice.

Horrible customer service for a tenant that was there for couple of years. Shut down before hurricane (that did not happen ) on Saturday before and reopens Thursday. Would not allow access to unit. This was a unit for business. Called their office no response until after reopening. Called corporate office and district manager. No help from either Do not use this place if you need access to your items. Location manager laughed at the issue. Of course she got paid during shut down. Other places are less expensive and offer actual customer service. Also other places did not shut down for a non hurricane

My local New Smyrna Beach Storquest agent is awesome. She is always friendly and helpful. And if I have to call customer service, they are easy to talk to and answer my questions quickly.

First of all the staff is professional and personable. They were able to answer any question I had and made me feel right at home. I like that there was a security code to get in and out. The facilities were clean and kept up. I was only there for a month, but I would recommend StorQuest for anyone. Good job!

Recently rented what I thought was a 5 x 5 x 8 storage space at StorQuest in New Smyrna Beach, FL. While storing my items I noticed the unit didnt seem like it was 5 x 5 so I measured it and turns out it is only 5 x 42. A 16% difference. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty and she said this was not unusual, all the units may not measure as specified and all their 5 x 5 units were the same size. No adjustment in the rate was offered. Seems no different than going to a gas station, buying a gallon of gas and only getting 7/8 of a gallon. Ill contact Florida Consumer Affairs on Monday and get their opinion.

I was running late, due to traffic - I was coming from out of town. Called ahead to let them know - and they waited for my arrival. This was my first experience with the staff - they are outstanding. They go above and beyond to help accommodate your stay. The prices were very fair - and even better - this place is very very secure with easy access. Not once were we concerned with the security of our valuables and memories. Great Experience, highly recommend.

The storage units are nice but there are several of the outside lights on the buildings that don’t work and I have no lights in my unit. The electrical outlets are dead.

Management team at Stor quest New Smyrna Beach was helpful and could have rented me a much more expensive unit than I needed. They gave me an economical solution and made my request a priority. It’s unique to find a business that truly puts the customer first!

I never had to store my belongings. I was worried about critters and heat. I stored my things in an air conditioned storage shed. I did not have one bug. All of my stuff was just fine. I had everything I owned in this shed for over a year. I will absolutely recommend StorQuest Self Storage to anyone that asks. The employees are courteous and more than happy to take payment over the phone. (Which was very convenient for me). Thank you!

The staff always works with me to insure I had access to our unit. I work in the medical industry so extended and immediate access was crucial. We recommend Pioneer Trail Storage to all of our friends. I moved out only because I built a larger home and no longer need the additional room for storage.

The best ever. The nicest and most helpful staff you could want. Cheryl (Cheri?) is especially fantastic. I’ve rented multiple spaces from them over the last 5 years or so, and after a recent move that allowed me to empty out most of what I had stored there, I actually went to the trouble of vacating another space I shared with my mom at another facility and moved it all into a much smaller space here, just because they are so awesome.
