It was my first time visiting and this was the first store I ever entered. Excellent articles. I like the surf board that have outside the establishment to shoot pictures.

I went in (frantic and worried) because my daughters feet were in pain because she had walked around the park all day in a pair of uncomfortable shoes. When I saw this shop, I hurried in. I wish I could remember the name of the associate who came to the rescue (her name is not on the receipt). She found the right shoe and stayed with us while we checked out to make sure my daughter was comfortable.With that taken care of, I had a brief moment to look around. They have a lot to choose from. I wish Id had time to shop for myself.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help me to decide. Good sales.

I would just like to give a shoutout to Sales Associate, Shaun, and Manger, Kelli! Both were wonderful and very very kind to my girlfriend and I when we visited last week!When you visit, make sure you ask for either of them, they will set you up right!

Absolutely not one Quiet Flight t -shirt, hoodie ect. Disappointed

Not a curvy woman friendly store. I swung in because I forgot my swimsuit. They barely had any size large or Xtra large swimsuit. They only had 2 one pieces as well.

It seemed like a minor disaster when I stepped out of the car at Universal Studios in Orlando, and found the soles peeling off of both of my shoes. I obviously couldnt walk around the parks like that, and we talked about driving back to the hotel to get my other pair of shoes.Fortunately, we found a much more convenient solution. There is a Quiet Flight Surf Shop just outside the parks, and they carry several types of shoes. I walked into the store when they opened at 9am, and immediately got help from Lydia. She helped me select a style of shoe, then brought out a few pairs to try so that I could make sure I got the right fit. The price was not out of line for shoes of that type and quality, though under the circumstances I would have paid whatever it took.Thanks to Quiet Flight and Lydias help, I was out with new shoes in a matter of minutes. Im very pleased with the service I received at Quiet Flight Surf Shop.

Quiet Flight offers local styles at a reasonable prices, (for what the products typically go for.) Always new fresh new styles that change with current trends and seasons. Great surf style brands and friendly helpful staff.

The guy was full of attitude and won’t listen. Shorts selling at 54$ are sold at their own website online for 20 bucks when I showed them same style color and size he refused to match the price and was full of attitude, didn’t care. Won’t never come back here, but online. This is for tourists, never buy here as the prices are double than their online price.

Having seen some of these stores in malls and the like, I expected this one to be equally mundane. It was anything but! A fun staff, well lit entrance and a cool place to take photos out front, this store really works well in this location. I know all my future purchases will be make right here, though it is hard to compete with the other surfing stores nearby.Great proximity to the restaurants nearby, and free parking just over the moving sidewalk covered bridge, this place is quite the adventure! The Orlando international airport is just a hop skip and jump away, and all roads lead to the Universal CityWalk!

In may of this year I buy some Oakley glasses at Universal quiet flight store, and they got damaged. I wanted to repair them, so I decided to go to Oakley at International Drive at the prime outlets, and I ask the manager where can I repair them. I did not ask for a new pair of glasses, but she was very rude to me she told me that she could not help me and I need to go back where I purchased them. So I went back to Universal where I bought them and the manager there Derrick, and Monna help me out by getting me different glasses made by Maui Jim they also refund me back in the system and credit the money back to my new glasses, and I pay the difference. Their customer service excellent and I appreciate what they did for me, and I will forever come back to that store when Im going to buy new glasses, I also will recommend any one of my friends and family to go there when they want sunglasses.

Stopped in store at 9:30pm and passed 13 sales associates who were completely uninterested in helping anyone in the store. They did not acknowledge a single customer or offer to help anyone. We wanted to buy a few things but had to walk out since we could not get help from anyone.
