I love this store and every single staff member I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable. Always kind. Any other review stating something different is false. This is my go to place for clean, safe practice aroma therapy. I popped on today to see what time they open and thought I would read reviews because it’s interesting.. then I saw the weird reviews.. WoW. It’s a sweet little local oil shop in a lovely little spot.

No Signs for masks, or intelligence, just a sh¡tty attitude: Person who was “in charge” was very rude to both myself & others in the store over masking issues, which displays either ignorance of the power of essential oils to reduce aerosol viral loads or just a sad need to power trip on people. No sale. Ever!

I came here today to get essential oils for my body butter. I was the first person in the store and Tom gladly helped me select the perfect combo of oils I would need. Tom indulged all of my questions and made really great suggestions. There was a previous review that mentioned race being an issue...well I am a black Sicilian woman and I had absolutely no problems. If anything I was given extreme care with consideration of my skin, the sun etc. I highly recommend!

Their staff is so knowledgeable and helpful! Their house blend citrus cheer is amazing and just makes you feel joyful throughout the day!

Enfleurage has some of the highest quality oils Ive ever encountered, and their customer service is impeccable. My favorites are the blood orange and Laurel (and theyre amazing combined)!

Beautiful shop with high quality oil’s. However, my experience wasn’t pleasant. The customer service wasn’t the best and I believe it was racially fueled.

Probably one of the best essential oil places in the world

Been there twice. First time was great. Great customer service from very nice lady 5 star experience. Today I came in and the the two guys at the front were too busy to give me the time of day. Older guy was un packing a delivery on the front desk of register and seemed annoyed that he had to ring me up or stop what he was doing. He seemed even more annoyed when I asked for a bag. Sadly I wont be back.

Enfleurage is a complete diamond in the rough.The integrity, and quality of the oils is astounding. They go through great measures to get these products and know the Farms and distillers that make them personally. I even know that they travel, and work at certain places for free! Just to be a part of the beautiful process...The humans that work here are what makes this place a true Gem. Incredibly friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Yes the stories, relationships, and knowledge I have learned for free far outweigh anything I bought here.If youre ever in this area definitely come check Enfleurage out, you wont be disappointed.

Lovely staff, high quality products, fair prices for the caliber.Its funny how we got there, my little 10 year old had a school research project and an aromatherapist that she interviewed recommended that we see the shop.Who in Manhattan has time to spend talking to a child about their craft?The gentleman in the lab even came out to show her how things operated, the clerk let her smell and touch a thousand glass bottles. Truly a special place. She was inspired, her project was fabulous, and we still use the oils to this day, many years later their scent remains pure.For the reviewer who found them to be cold - what can I say? Its New York, not Kansas.

Great oils and very reasonable. They are also very knowledgeable about the oils and what they can be used for. Im so glad I found this place. Young living oils are too expensive and most other brands have a sharpness to their smell. These do not. They are quality oils!

I had not been to Enfleurage in far too long. The quality of the essential oils remains as high as I remember it, and the customer service is as good, if not better, than the last time I was there. Truly, this is one of the few stores in Manhattan where I want to buy essential oils and blends.

Worst store ever

I really wanted to love this place. The space was beautiful. The customer service was horrible!! The gentleman was cold and stuck up so much so that I almost didn’t want to support this business and get my raw materials at my usual place back in Portland :/

Best scent/aroma oils in town.

I could have stayed here for hours smelling all the essential oils and distillates. Being essences from the natural environment (plants, largely), most are organic and sustainably sourced. I loved how there were, for example, 4 different types of rose attar, from Bulgaria, Maroc and Azerbaïdjan. Expensive, though.Also a selection of aromatic waters, frankincense resin / oliban (so cool), censers and creams.Knowledgeable, friendly staff who aren’t earth-crunchy weird.

I have been a customer here for20 years ago. I am astounded by the negative reviews and wonder who could have written them and what their motivation is. The store is a gift to the senses; the staff extremely knowledgable and helpful; the quality of the essential oils is the best you will find anywhere. You will sniff things you have never smelled before.P

I think it is the highest quality aromatherapy shop (essential oil, carrier oil) you can buy in Manhattan, NY. It is said that the owner has carefully selected with his own sense.Especially recommended here are wild orange essential oil, jasmine sunbuck essential oil, clary sage essential oil, roman chamomile essential oil, and wild lavender essential oil. You can meet the delicate scent that renews the image of these essential oils so far.

The Japanese clerk called Ken was the worst rather than the product. Did you understand that I was a tourist though I talked to the local Americans in a talkative way? Even if you asked for a detailed explanation of the oil, the product was not put in the bag as it was without leaving, and when you closed the store Thank you There was no word. This is the first time I have a bad mood. I will never go again
