I’ve been following RODO for a while (back when it was Honcker) to compare their prices to what dealerships offer. I was unsure about getting a car through an app however everything was legit! I priced 3 dealerships (one in person, two by phone) and all of their pricing was higher than RODO’s.I did my own research to make sure the dealership had the vehicle I wanted that I saw on RODO. You can see in the app how far the dealership is (ex: 35 mi) so I used this information to go on the manufacturers website and saw the same exact MSRP of the vehicle’s color, make and model that Rodo had listed.So boom went ahead and ordered through RODO and got the car in 2 days! Had to go to NJ (car could not be delivered) however Ari from RODO sent us a Lyft! It’s better to go in person anyway to make sure you are getting what you ordered.When we arrived at the dealership all the paper work reflected exactly what RODO promised. The app is extremely user friendly (shout out to the dev team). I love browsing just to see what’s new even though I have my car already!! ‘22 Genesis GV70. Thank you ARI and the RODO team!

Worked with Mike S. and he made the process so much easier then going through the hassle of going to a dealership and haggling back and forth with the salesman. Told Mike what I wanted and he and RODO did all the work on the backend. I simply had to go to the dealership, finish the paperwork and pickup the car. This was the best experience leasing this beautiful Sante Fe. I was seriously waiting for the gotcha moment the whole time up until signature. Lol. Never came. Incredible deal you can’t put together yourself through dealers. Hassle free. Best deal. Delivered to your door from a dealer with all the same factory warranties and with this Hyundai it’s 3 years maintenance included. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy or lease. Upload basic info. Soft credit pull. Add any thing that may give you incentives like veteran. Or colleges grad. And then when car is secured they verify and only then do they do hard credit pull and set up delivery time. They were here on time and all the numbers were as promised. Took about 20 minutes to sign and then she walked my daughter through all the features of the vehicle. Can’t say enough. Thanks again RODO.

My credit is terrible but rebuilding and Rodo managed to connect me with a dealership that offered me a 2021 Honda Civic EX for 349 a month with 1000 down. With my credit, that’s an absolutely great deal.The customer service through chat responded fast and they were extremely helpful. Because of my credit situation, it took about a week and a half from start to finish. Plus I switched different trim levels. I’m sure if the situation was different I would also have had a much quicker experience like others have noted.All in all a great experience so far. Ari from Rodo is great and thanks again for the car.

I put in an offer to lease a 2022 Honda Odyssey with Rodo, and within 12 hours I was approved and ready to pickup the vehicle. Rodo by far offered the best lease payment compared to any of my local dealerships. I was scared that there had to be a catch throughout the whole 12 hour process, but nope I walked into the dealership and straight into the financial office and with a couple signatures I was out the door with my new car. I am honestly SURPRISED to say the least that people dont use RODO for their lease/finance services!I went in to Honda asked about their prices for a 2021 Accord Sport SE with trading in my current Civic Sport LX and they offered me a price of $378/ month. Ari and Mike were two gentlemen I spoke with while completing my transaction on leasing a new Hyundai ELANTRA N line 6 speed . I was looking at the website for a little while and decided to lease the car through the app. I was a little skeptical at first thinking there had to be some kind of nonsense fee or they were going to change the parameters of the lease on delivery that never happened. I first picked the car and the dealer allegedly sold it. Within five hours of starting my process Ari got in touch with me and asked me what other color car would be suitable. Rob and Elgin were awesome with assisting with the purchase and trade respectively. Got an awesome price for trade in - matched the highest offer I could find and got a crazy good deal through the make an offer feature on a Toyota Tacoma Limited Nightshade edition. New truck got delivered to my house - took my trade in and signed all paperwork all within about 15 minutes. Beats wasting an entire day getting aggravated at the dealer. Only thing Id say that could be better is the pictures. A lot of the listings have inaccurate virtual photos and not many have the real photos provided by dealer. To get around that I either just viewed the car manufacturer websites and built them to match the features of the rodo listings or just Googled them. Best part of rodo is the transparency of the pricing and the option to put as much or little down, while seeing the complete monthly price with all fees, as well as the money factor for the lease, which is huge in knowing how good of a lease deal you got. Also see residual value up front as well. Overall great experience and would never buy from a dealer again. As long as rodo is around, Ill be going back whenever I end up getting a car again.

SCAMMERS !! Cancelled my order 3 times, first one they told me a different price and dealer added extra fees . Second order they cancelled as they did not want to honor the price and “no inventory was available” . 3rd time they confirmed the inventory and had to fix the windshield on the car, a week later get back to me and say that promo has ended and it will cost my $3800 more than what I had held the car at . Will never purchase or lease a vehicle from this company again, they will not honor any price they give on the app . Very poor communication, they don’t get back to you for days after countless calls and texts, maybe the inventory would be available if they followed up better. Better to go to a local dealership and pay the same price or lower .

After sending my license and credit information, the car was ready to pickup the next day. Ordered the car on a Saturday afternoon and had it on Sunday. I called to check in on Sunday morning as Rodo is closed on Saturdays. I was connected with Ari, he checked on the bank approval, 1 minute later I was approved. I have a much better deal than I got for same model older year. Do yourself a favor and spare yourself a full day at the dealership trying to haggle.

A friend of mine told me about the app, and although my wife and I searched and found a few vehicles, we were still quite skeptical. Once it was time to actually purchase a vehicle, we went to a local dealership and did the traditional price negotiation for a lease, ultimately leaving after we could not come close to where we thought the payment should be. I went onto the RODO app and searched/found for the exact vehicle we wanted at the price the dealership told me they could not do. I leased a 2021 Honda Pilot EX-L today through Rodo and it was seamless from start to finish. I did most of what I needed to do on their app, but called them a few times with questions. Rob and Ari were really helpful and the app is intuitive and easy to use. But the really amazing part is I got a fantastic price—as in $331 a month, with a little over $3,000 down. What’s more—and this was the most important part to me— there was no extra BS—the price was the price. I will DEFINITELY use Rodo again.

Aboslutle scam. They have a great platform with great potetial, but none of the cars are actually available as quoted - even when a dealer responds to an offer with a counter offer somehow they come back and say the car is unavailable. Their staff are rude and dont care about respecting their customers. Too bad, because there is so much potential.

For the most part the car buying experience with the Rodo app was great. We got a car that we like and the reps that I talked to and the process of leasing it were great. However, there are two main issues with Rodo from my experience.First is that when looking for a specific car, the lowest priced options from my experience are not honored by the dealership. I attempted to purchase two cars after which I was told I could not get that price. This is very stressful after you have taken time to find a car you really like. Rodo allows the dealerships to list their own vehicles and it seems there is no accountability for advertising lower than available prices.Second was the experience with selling my old car to Rodo. Again, the rep was great and very responsive, so no issue there. However, the entire process from the time I asked for a quote to the moment their payment finally posted on my loan was February 8th to March 10th, an entire month. One of the slow downs seemed to be pickup of the car and delivery. What should have taken a single day to deliver from Ohio to New York took an entire week. Once they received the car it took another week before they said payment was sent, and then another week before the payment finally posted. Thankfully, payment posted right before my monthly payment was due.In the end I would use Rodo again, but Im not sure if I would go through the hassle of trading in another car.

I love RODO! I have leased 2 cars now using them and it is the easiest process I have ever done. Mike S helped me this last time and it was great. I got an amazing deal that no local dealer would come close to beating, AND they delivered the car to my driveway. I loved that other than the the dealers they worked with calling me to schedule the drop off time I was able to do everything via the app or through email/text. It takes the stress and games completely out of the car buying experience. Pretty sure this is the only way I will ever lease a car.

Im at a loss for words to explain Rodos experience. I had the apps for a while but was never in a good place to test it out. Finally, Elgin sends me an email promising to buy my current lease. Thank you very much; he is extremely patient and competent. I didnt feel any of the anxiety that the dealership salesmen did. I went through the process and a big Thank you to Arin who made the new vehicle leasing easy for me. I am now driving a brand new 2021 Honda. I will highly recommend that you give Rodo a chance for your next vehicle.

I was skeptical at first purchasing a car via online app. Turns out it is Legit. Smooth process, no haggling. My old car was picked up. And we had the option of having new car delivered to us. Extremely easy way of leasing (or buying) a car. Aside from a few uploads of some documents, they do all of the heavy lifting for you. I got a better deal through RODO than had I gone through a lease broker. This really is a no brainer. Save yourself hours at the dealership.My 2021 Honda Odyssey is great. If you hate dealerships, this is the app for your!I picked out a honda through the app.The dealership tried to raise the monthly rates once I was there to sign the documents, Mike S. called them and took care of it. They honored the original rodo quote. This is my second lease with them and there will definitely be a third.They also bought my old lease and took care of it for me, which I appreciated as (you guessed it) I didnt want to interact with dealerships more than absolutely necessary.

Went through and negotiated a deal for a lease on RODO app. After I submitted all the required documents and authorization to run credit, they came back and said the car is not in inventory. They told me due to chip shortage the inventory is not very accurate. Not sure how I was negotiating with the dealership on a price when the car wasnt there? Not a good experience and a waste of time.

So far, 3 family members have bought and sold cars through Rodo. Elgin, the Maturity Manager, simply put is amazing. Elign has the expertise, communication, and knows how to deliver an excellent customer experience.Keep in mind, Rodo is dealing directly with a dealership so some things are out of their control, ie inventory. So having Rodo handle the process, made the process so easy. Avoid the hassle of the dealership and have Rodo handle your car buying and selling process. I mean they delivered and picked up right at my front door, it can’t get any better than that!

My second RODO lease. At first every car that I picked wasn’t getting confirmed available and I started to get discouraged. However 3rd time a a CHARM. I picked the 2022 Acura MDX and it said it was available so I followed the steps and was ready to pull the trigger however after doing some research I learned that the Technology package included the extras I wanted such as Navigation. I was afraid of having to start over. That is when my FAIRY GODFATHER aka ARI stepped in. Customer service gave me his number and he had me at HELLO!! He reassured me that I was in good hands and that he would call over to the dealer and find exactly what I wanted.
