So I come to this beauty supply all the time, sometimes I travel to this location (out of my way) because the service is usually decent. There is usually a pretty older asian lady at the register, super nice lady. Today service was terrible. I purchased 34 dollars worth of product and provided the cashier with a 5 dollar coupon. My total purchase came up to 29.30. I realized I was just .70 cents from $30 which would have qualified me for a $3 coupon for my next visit. I then offered to purchase additional items to get me to $30 and was told it couldnt be authorized. The cashier was really over the top. I wont be back. Its sad that her ability to understand the reasoning behind the coupon offer is to encourage customers to come back.

Its my favorite place to go for all of my natural hair care needs and the braiding hair is always great. When I tried to go there yesterday, it said store for rent. Does anybody know where they moved to? Thanks.

Been going here for years now and the people who work here are just so nice. I send all my family and friends here Roma the girl who works here is just so sweet I call her my little sister, everybody knows me and my mom beautiful atmosphere loooovvvvee it.

The store is ok but the woman who helps with the hair was trying to rush with helping me and soldMe the wrong hair!! I had to pay double the get it fixed because I got it sewed in already! Mind you when I went back they were NO HELP! Never going back again and if you do go in, please know what you need because they will sell you anything in order to get you to buy!
