Horrible customer service. The way how they handle the business makes you repulsive to their products, which is said. Great to go in store but shopping online with this company is a BIG headache.

[Terrible service.] Don’t shop online. I returned my order but they didn’t refund me. Customer service number never pick up the phone. I’ve already called more than 100 calls in total but still haven’t solve my problem. After I placed the order, I waited more than one month to receive it. And they even missed one of my product. Rick is the best. He gave me a in-home spa treatment. Im in love with the Dead Sea body scrub, musk. I cannot wait to go to the store and purchase a few items. He is absolutely amazing and is so knowledgable about the products.

Theres something there for everyone and youll already my the most interesting people and have small conversations. Because hey its soap. A magical place to stop by when you need a quick hand wash and mud soap.

High end soap store. I have been collecting soap samples from them for the past 4 years. Theyre great but Im not so sure they are any better than stores like Lush. Great gift place. They have baskets with all sorts of bath stuff. Id just go in to buy some blocks of soap.

I love Sabon. I have been buying some of their Delicate Jasmine products for 2.5 years now.My rating is for this specific location. As always, Sabon employees are such kind people (this is true at this location); however, it is unsettling that I could never just come in and purchase was intended to buy without several recommendations at this particular location. At every corner, there is another product being shoved at my face when it is clear that I am uninterested in another item. It is hospitable to ask once or twice - any more than that is disconcerting.

Amazing Service! Guys were super nice and friendly, they helped me out to find a gift and arranged it beautifully in the box for me with no extra charge! Were very generous with samples! Just made my evening!

Nice atmosphere, amazing scents and even better products! Momo helped me out in store and he was Terrific, helped me pick out the perfect present and even wrapped it like a pro! Definitely would come back to this location when Im in the area!

Had a horrible experience. When I went to the store this young lady told me to use a scrub and it made my arms itchy and gave me bumps everywhere. Tried to speak to the manager And she was no where to be found. She came out once I explained to her and she walked away to the back and was rude. I strongly believe managers should be on the floor but she seems to be irritated by all customers. There needs to be traning especially to MANAGERS. IF YOU CANT HANDEL CUSTOMERS YOU SHOULDN’T WORK SALES!!To Mayra the manager .

The staff are very friendly. I smiled and laughed and it was a pleasant experience. This is the first time African-American is so kind to an English-speaking Asian in New York. The store was small and filled with five or six people. Ill go back to New York next time.
