Very clean and upscale. Wonderful staff and makeup selection... Its just that I was the only customer browsing around (that made it awkward) I got 2 free samples with my purchase though. Would definitely go again

This is my favorite store to buy high end cosmetics. TJ is a lovely young lady who calls me when sales are going on, and advices me on my daily skin regimen. During Covid-19, I placed my orders over the phone with TJ and she took care of everything. She surprised me with a lot of goodies.

I have been going to Bluemercury for few years now, i love it so much. They have great name brand selection, clean, relaxed, everyone so nice there. I get my facials there with Meredith she so great, tender, patient, she also does great flawless make up, eye brows etc.

Pro: good selection good brands. I like that they carry quality stuff.sometimes certain reps are helpful in terms of helping select effective products.cons:-sales reps almost only recommend expensive items.-once they realize you are not going to purchase 300 dollar facial cream, they quickly move on to other customers.-they dont like giving out samples. I mean, I am not interested in taking advantage of them, I am trying to not buy and return later.-they are biased towards certain brands and items.

Staff was stressed from doing inventory. Without realizing it, they were oblivious to customers. The store was clean and well lit. I would go back.

Esthetician was listening to AirPods during my session loud enough that I could hear them. Unacceptable. Management was notified and I got nothing except an apology and a promise that she was spoken to. If that wasn’t bad enough, I suspect that I was given a peel (not part of the paid service) as my skin peeled for 2 weeks subsequent to the hydration facial received. Went in looking for a product to hydrate the peeling skin and was told “maybe she gave you a peel?” I was stunned and complained that I didn’t think this was part of the Hydration Facial and that I had sensitive skin, so if she was going to give me something other than the services listed, I wished she would have told me. They later recanted and I was told it wasn’t part of my services and they checked with the esthetician and she claimed she hadn’t given a peel. So why did my skin peel for 2 weeks, then suddenly stop? 🤔 Management promised to “make it right,” but there has been no follow up.

Lapin and I came in here for a present. A rep stood by but didnt really offer any help. The store was very compact and filled with products. We got something but when we asked for a sample, they said they dont give samples. Meh. I rather go to Sephora, where they have more sales and promotions.

The people who work in this store are just awful! If I could give this store 0 stars I would.They are extreamily rude and these people SHOULD NOT be working in customer service. I was charged three times for one product and three of the sales women, including two managers could not figure out what the manager Virgina did. She charged me three times, kept grabbing my debit card and swiping. She would not explain to me what she was doing and when I asked she was offensively impolite, grabbed my debit card and pretty much told me to be quite. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable. Someone in customer service should NEVER speak to a customer like that. Ever.

I like the selection of premium skin and haircare products. A nice alternative to Sephora which is just a block away.
