What Mike’s Techshop wouldn’t do because my monitor was two weeks into being ‘vintage’, Techtronics didn’t flinch and had it repaired without issues. If it’s Apple and not working, save yourself the hassle and go to Techtronics. They values their customers and treat them, accordingly. Highly recommend this place.

The Frankenstein I have for the iPhone 5c has had its screen replaced a couple of times here. The last time it was fixed here, I paid more than I expected but my phone was fixed. If you still want to hang on to your old phone, give this place a visit. You may even replace your old phone with a used upgrade.

They are on the high side of coast but they are knowledgeable and straight forward. I payed for the repair service and they executed it with professionalism and am happier.. I went to another repair shop to changed my battery and they caused another problem, I went back to that said shop and they talk, laugh and smile with me but couldn’t solved the problems they caused..techtronics did it and am very happy.. I would use they service for all my apple solutions.

I would think twice before coming here. Honestly I dont know how this place has so.. many 5 star reviews, but based on my experience, I wouldnt believe at least one. My experience was unacceptable. I ended up paying (I kid you not) over $250.00. If youre all for getting ripped off and overpaying for what seems like a simple (quick) water damaged repair, and not to mention, getting treated literally like dirt (these guys will make you feel guilty just to take your cash), than this is the place for you. Otherwise I would look somewhere else. Dont believe all the five star reviews. These guys are no doubt on the high side for repairs.

I live in MA, and I needed to recover the data on my iPhone which was completely dead ( I mean I wasnt able to turn it on at all) because I dropped it in the ocean while in Mexico. I contacted a repair place around my house and their referred me to Techtronics. I called and explained my situation, and David gave me the option to mail the phone to them for an evaluation. They were able to recover EVERYTHING as my phone wasnt backed up for quite some time, and it took just about a month or so. They worked with me and accommodated me since I was from out of state. Im extremely grateful for their services.

Both the W 35th St and Broadway locations have been super helpful this past year.Dropped by for a screen repair and the turnaround was within the hour! Also walked out with a lifetime warranty screen shield and was able to replace the protection several times at either location for free, without having to wait around.They were responsive via email and when calling in. Called Techtronics 5 minutes before they closed to ask how much to unlock an iPhone 8 Plus, the gentleman told me the price and I told him I would bring it in tomorrow, he immediately said that they were able to do it over the phone and have it unlocked immediately I called at 6:25, it was unlocked by 7:15. They are super fast, friendly, reliable, affordable accommodating, professional and resourceful. I’ve been coming to Techtronics for four years now and have never ran into a problem. I plan to keep using them for all my technological repair needs for years to come. 10 stars out of a 5 star rating because 5 stars isn’t enough to rate how awesome this place is.

My Blackberry stopped working in 2018 after 4 hours of nonstop rain outdoors and all professional attempts to fix it these past 2 years have failed. Techtronics, however, was able to repair my cellphone and In the store, Justin asked the pertinent questions that created an accurate work order. The cost was much lower than I expected despite several complications, nor was I charged anything extra. Justin communicated immediately each step of the way, to explain what needed to be done next, and to get my OK before going ahead. My Blackberry has been miraculously restored to me and I am grateful.

JUST GO TO AN APPLE STORE!After going to an APPLE store I found out the repairs I paid for here were not only NOT needed but would have cost half as much as I was charged by this place.They straight out made up things that were not wrong and charged $600, $700, for the fake repairs.They are the definition of the reputation of a used car dealer, except with Macs. The Mac genius confirmed everything I thought was going on with this place and my computer. The owner/manager is a liar and arrogant.JUST GO TO AN APPLE STORE!

Came in just to talk abt my daughters iphone, thought it was a battery issue, was told the battery would be replaced and a diagnostic check would be done to make sure that was the problem. Turned out the battery was abt 66% but that wasnt the problem, it was the motherboard. That was replaced, as well as the battery for a brand new one, and my daughter is super happy.

They replaced the battery for my MacBook Pro quickly. So far - so good.

Dont go here they will try to SCAM you. They quoted me over $200 to fix my laptop. It sounded high so I called other repair shops, who all quoted me under $100 for the exact same job. I told Techtronics this and suddenly they could do the repair for under $100 also. Complete scam artists. Additionally, they did not put the laptop back together properly, and now half of the screws have come loose. Stay away from this dishonest business. Half the 5 star reviews on here are probably fake.
