Great store, service & quality unparalleled anywhere. The owner, Marvin, was a gem. Sadly, the business had to close down to the pandemic. It’s a true shame.

I had the opportunity to work with Duffy & Quinn this past June. It was truly a seamless and pleasant experience countered with absolutely outstanding customer service. I ordered 60 cap/gown and tassels and my order was complete and ready for pick up within 2 business days. Without a doubt I will utilize Duffy & Quinn in the years to come.

Marvin was very friendly and helpful over the phone. And when I came into the city and couldnt find parking, they were kind enough to bring my order to my car. May God bless you and all your families this and every Easter!

In this day and age, when everything can be purchased on line, it astounds me that a business would actually chase a customer away. The owner was rude to me on the phone, which i mistook for a little sarcasm. When I went there the next day, I got off the elevator in a dark hallway. No kidding, literally no lights on. This crotchety old man reluctantly let me in, was downright rude. (at this point I started to realize this was not sarcasm). He did not have the item I needed, yelled at me, offered me no assistance in any way. I had already told him that I was from a school and that we could be a very nice account for him. He apparently has no need for any more business, and with that attitude he does not deserve any.

Very nice salesman. The store was closed and he helped me and my sister anyhow. God bless

Yesterday was a big day for me and I had to accomplish this wearing a shiny black cap & gown which was NOT the selection for my school. The worse part is that I also bought my better half his attire from here as well, so TWO of us had to be in the wrong cap & gown. To top it off, my cap had a very pointy front while everyone else’s was rounded! If your schools gives you the option between Ordering from Jostens or physically going to Duffy and Quinn, just order it! I’m sure jostens will take more time to make sure they get it right.

If youre in NYC and you need a clerical collar or a robe, this is the first and last place to look. My custom fit cassock is amazing!

The guy that answer the phone was very rude and nasty. Very unprofessional, I believe his name was Alfredo!!!
