Joyopos has the best point of sale software for restaurants, especially now they launched the cloud based system, it was so cool and well designed.

We purchased a system from Eric in the Chicago location in February. A few months later, and it has served our restaurant business well. Eric and Chloe are very responsible, patient, and diligent people that swiftly assisted with any tech problems. When it comes to our business, I can get incredibly picky, but Eric and Chloe were very easy to work with. This is likely the first time I have been satisfied with purchasing services from Chinatown. Seriously.When the time comes for a second system, I will look forward to working with them again.

Worst products and worst service EVER! After they received the full payment they dont even want to explain how to turn on the machines. All they said was Call tech support we dont know.They had one worker who spoke English and she said they would help us learn and solve each issue, but then she disappeared after we paid in full and no one cares about us now.Do not buy anything here, do not waster your money and go elsewhere.

The sales manager is professional and doesnt push us to buy the POS computer but give us more suggestion about how to run a restaurant well. A technique partner we would like to trust.

Just now I saw someone said that they used their home system, and the printer broke down and asked them to change the printer to another home, and then said that their home service was not good. I think this person has a logical problem. Ask me to go to your house to eat and bring my own food and ask you to process it for me for free. The reason is that I am your customer!I bought Apple’s products and went to Android to set it up and asked for free repairs. The reason is that I have used Apple’s products before! Do you think it is reasonable?I told us about the one-year warranty and maintenance when I bought it. If something breaks, I have to replace it. The money earned by the restaurant here has to be spent. Technical support is to support their products, not other people’s. After all, printers are consumables.I have used this company for a long time. The service is very good, and technical support is available 24 hours a day. Sometimes I can’t get in and I’m too busy to understand, after all, it’s a free service.
