Never sell at this place! The staff is awful and so unhelpful, they never gave me my check when my item sold and I had to call them to ask for it. They sold my item at a significantly lower price than they had originally priced it at and never told me. I felt so taken advantage of.

Im afraid this place is either a scam, or so unorganized it might as well be. I consigned many items over six months ago. After repeatedly emailing and calling to check on the status of my items (to which the owner always replied that she would let me know later, after she checked her records), Ive about given up trying to get a response. New York ladies -- do not consign here. Take it to any other shop on Madison Avenue.

I lost a pair of gorgeous Kieselstein-Cord sunglasses over a year ago. I eft them at a restaurant in Scottsdale on an outside chaise lounge. Sadly, no one returned them. They were my favs of ALL time. I found them on eBay, sold by BIS and purchased them for 3 times the amount I originally paid. They just arrived. Money well spent! They are in perfect condition, and got to me much quicker than I expected. I have my favorite sunglasses again and I am thrilled. BIS - thank you for the glasses and excellent, fast delivery.
