With one phone call to let them know our wedding date, they made my ring and got it delivered within just a few days, and most importantly, on time for our wedding ceremony. The ring was beautiful, but Im tall and have large hands, and felt like the ring looked too small on my finger. Mark R. with sales was awesome! He took my design and produced a new custom ring using the platinum and diamonds from the first ring, only charging us for the additional platinum used. For the quality of work, VS and near colorless diamonds they use, I dont think you can beat their price. Other stores would charge 2-3 times more for a ring like this, and would use SI2 diamonds. If you want high quality at a near unmatchable price, I really cant recommend ItsHot.com enough!

This is by far the best experience I’ve had buying ANYTHING online. Jewelry especially is a hit or miss when you can’t try it on or see it in person. Pretty much any piece they display on the site has multiple pictures and sometimes a video of it on a person. They also offer many of their pieces in multiple metals (yellow gold, white gold and rose gold.) Get yourself a piece or two or three from these folks. You will not be disappointed.

These guys may be good with Jewelry, but not with Rolexs. My band was an aftermarket band and that is not stated anywhere in the description. Took mine to a jeweler to upgrade my watch and was told that is was not an original Rolex band!! Still got a decent amount towards my next watch, but would have gotten more if the band was legit! So know that when you buy a Rolex from ItsHot!!I noticed the owner responded to my review. Id like to point out I paid 6K for the watch from ItsHot, not 5K!!! I was given 5K for the watch and I would have got more if the band wasnt aftermarket!!! This was told to me by the jeweler himself!! I proceeded to buy another which had an actual Rolex brand and he showed me the difference and how to tell an aftermarket from the original!! Also if a bracelet needs replacement, why not with an actual Rolex bracelet??? Profits perhaps?? The item I purchased on ItsHot, as all their Rolexes, most likely, are not listed properly!! I will be checking back to see if they correct their listings.
