They told me they lost my 15 foot door! Took them a month to find it in their warehouse. Then told me it would be delivered a week later. The day before it was supposed to be delivered they emailed me at 4:30pm which is the time they close letting me know the door will not be coming because it’s missing parts. When I called the customer service rep that put in the order, he said he couldn’t talk. After calling around, Tim Baxter the branch manager got involved and said one of the panels had to be reordered and could take another 3-4 weeks!!!! I met with him so he can expedite the process and was told there was little he could do. I’m hoping to get a set delivery date this otherwise I’ll need to get an attorney involved. I’m very disappointed in the customer service, the lack of professionalism in all departments and the carelessness of my very large order (ordered over 30 windows for a new home).

Second time Ive used Pella, and both time was satisfied with the product and the installation. I would recommend PellaIf there is a con its theyre a little bit pricey

I called Pella for one month asking someone to look at our windows. We have 10 windows no small project. They still havent set an appointment day.

I have been trying to order a replacement screen door for over 1 month and as of todays date have not even been able to place the order yet. Customer service is non-responsive - they do not answer the phone during business hours and emails take weeks to respond to. I provided the glass measurements for the door along with a picture and after 1 month they are telling me the measurements I provided arent possible and that I need to pay $120 +tax to have someone come out and measure for me. The only possible vendor to buy this door from is Pella itself and they seem to not want my business at all. If and when I get this screen door, I will update this review. Until then, I am seriously considering replacing the entire thing with Anderson simply on the principal of sending my business to a company that wants it.

While I have not had this particular Pella dealer install any windows or doors for me, I can certainly attest to their products quality. I have seen a number of negative reviews on this site and Id like to address them. As a subcontractor for Lowes in upper state New York, I have installed quite a number of Pella doors and windows. I have to say, they are quintessentially the Apple (computers) of doors and windows. They come packaged very well. And the install process is the easiest of any window or door Ive installed from another brand. Wasted time results from poor quality and workmanship. Pella products exude quality and workmanship. And I am not paid by Pella to say this, but they really are viewed as the best in the industry. We installers use a meter of 1 to Pella to judge the quality of any other brand. On the rare occasion when a customer had an issue with their Pella door or window, Pella always responded quickly to resolve the issue. That being said, I cannot personally attest to the quality of Pella products manufactured years ago. But they certainly are a good choice now!

We met with Jack this morning and had an incredible experience here. Jack was thorough and friendly in his approach to customer service, and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to Pella products, windows, and beyond. Highly recommended!

I would give the Pella products negative stars if that were possible. Several years ago I purchased 3 Pella sliding doors for my home. I paid a considerable amount of money because I was receiving a wonderful lifetime warranty on an excellent product. Since I was only going to do this once I figured it would be worth it. Fast forward 7 years.... the windows rotted out and I found that my so called guarantee was worthless.Do not walk, Run away from Pella and their products!

Met with Jack at the Staten Island show room. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and thourough. He spent a lot of time explaining every detail. We will be back with our contractors to order all our condo’s windows and doors.

Worst service ever, very hard to get in touch with them, aweful customer service!! Please save yourself the trouble and stay away

Pella is a very good company ... their job is done with details to satisfy customers. My representative Jack, very professional gives a lot of explanation, information and financial options.

Had Pella windows installed in our co-op four years ago. Now, most of the windows cannot open and close. (The rep at Pella would not even agree with me that that was the main purpose of windows.) They charged $300 to confirm they were defunct and wanted to charge another $1000 to fix them. What a scam! Look elsewhere!
