I walked into this water store to check it out and I was shocked on how nice it was inside. They even had fish aquarium stuff for sale. I love the water bottles that are glass I was very impressed with their water system. I order my water service but I’ve always been concerned about their used water bottles Alhambra brings me they’re not always super clean and it makes me wonder. I’m going to cancel my subscription and start getting water and go with the glass water bottles for cleaner water. The owner was very nice when I walked in even though I didn’t buy anything and just was looking around. I felt comfortable inside and no pressure.

Been coming here a a few years now. The membership is worth every penny.

I came this store couple weeks ago! And I love it! The water tastes very good, actually it’s better than the bottle water I used to shop in Safeway. And it’s much cheaper and you don’t have to waste many bottles. I highly recommend people to try this store near this community!!! 👍

I always appreciate their OUTSTANDING customer service. They truly take care of their customers when I use their service in the last two years. For example, I accidentally broke a water jug and they happy to replace it at no charge. Their price it very reasonable! Unfortunately, I had to move out to another area and I truly miss going to this store.

From past couple of week theyve been putting too much chlorine in the water. Smell is just too strong.

I usually dont write reviews but I think its worth writing for this water store. I used to hate drinking water but after coming here I became a water addict. Not only do the water tastes good, the store is clean and new owners are super friendly. I highly recommend going here if you want clean great tasting water. Oh and they have a promotion for new members 120 gallons for only $25

When it comes to water, many like to argue that all water is water; no difference in taste. I disagree!Water does in fact taste different from one brand to another, from one lactation to another BUT what can make the water taste even better; is the service you receive from those that represent their brand or business.We used to go all the way to Mountain View thinking that their service was great and prices until one day we decided in looking for once for a local shop, and OMG are we glad we found PW&I!!!!From day one, they have been welcoming and who are very attentive. Owners are great, prices are very competitive and the service given makes the water taste better!They have 24 hour service with their machines right outside (better than those plug ins outside retailer directly connected to hose) for those late night filtered water needs.Yep, I wrote a lot!Check them out and get a taste of their water and service!

Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable! Customers always get greeted 😀Michael took the time to explain to me the difference between purified water and alkaline water. I even got to sample and taste the difference.

Just recently moved to Union City from San Francisco. I was recommended by my brother to go to Pure water & Ice. Its one of the cleanest water store Ive been to. Seems like there is new ownerships. They did quite a bit of change. Second Outdoor Water Vending Machine, Ice cream, Drinks, Snacks, and also Alkaline water coming soon in June they said. Not sure what alkaline is about but Im interested to try. Theyre also adding in a small aquarium to browse while were filling up our water. Pretty interesting. Lots of remodeling, cant wait to come back and see what else theyre adding in. Will come back again and get their membership. Thanks Michael & Alina!

Amazing new owners, cute young couple. Changed the place up and added a bunch of been csnacks ve/ ice cream. Ive for been a customer for years. Alkaline water 5/5!I always buy myself a coconut icecream on my way out!

There is no kangen water here. I hate false advertising! I guess I still have to drive to union city.I am a nurse. I know drinking Alkaline water is good for your health if you keep drinking it consistently. Believe it or not, there are fake Alkaline waters out there. With high PH only does not mean it is Alkaline. Alkaline water must have 3 properties -ORP, High PH, and Microclustering. ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) reduces the oxidation in your body meaning slow down your aging process. PH 8.5+ is neutralizing the acidic in your body and eventually turning your body into Alkaline. No disease can survive in the Alkaline body. You dont get sick if your body has good PH balance. Microclustering helps to hydrate your body faster.Every week we have to go to our Aunt house in Tracy to get 5 gallons of Alkaline water that make from the Kangen machine. This Alkaline water making machine is amazing. It does produce truth Alkaline water. We have been drinking this water for three years now. We love to own one of these machines; but the cost is a bit much for us (around $5k).

Good location with easy access but owners dont follow the business hrs. Sometimes they open late and close in the middle of the day to run errands.

We get our water here for a few years now and will still come here for it. We tried other places near our house but nothing can compare to here.
