Omg this place smells SO good. Almost all of the scents are amazing. The store is also very clean and organized. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes good smelling things.

Wow I feel so safe in this store the staff is so inviting and make you feel safe shopping. They are constantly cleaning everything touches or smelled, each transaction everything is wiped down. I will always shop here I feel so welcomed and if I can’t find the scent in store they are happy to order it for me and send to my house with free delivery. I will always shop here!!!

Worst customer service ever! Cashier took another guest before me even though I had been waiting in line. Then my cashier was arguing with me about a price and would not listen to me trying to explain the problem. I returned everything and left empty handed. Never again going to this particular location.

As much as i love Yankee candles, after my visit on Monday, i will not be returning. My oldest daughter and I came for the semi annual sale (50 cent candles) and was completely disrespected by the person working there. Was told if we wasnt gonna buy anything to Leave ! As soon as we walked up to the sale table (which is RIGHT by the entrance), and to not allow my daughter (who is 13 and the one buying the candles) to touch anything. She then asked my daughter if she could read, because she asked her where a particular scent was.

Its a yearly tradition for us to come in and buy candles for xmas gifts. The staff is always courteous and professional and were always pleased with our experience.

The staff is really friendly and the candles are out of this world.
