They are far better than Walmart and Costco. They dont need to dilate your eyes since they have a machine to take picture of the retina!in and out fast, price competitive!

The doctors here are great, and the weekend doctor is incredible. I had an amazing experience with her. The price for a prescription is extremely fair. However, it’s unnecessarily stressful. If you’re coming here for a prescription the administrative staff may be very pushy and short with you about then buying lenses through them. The contact lenses are about double what you can get them for online and I understand times are hard, but expect the friendly (potentially impatient) tone to change unless you buy them right then and there. I was immediately dismissed and angrily shooed out when I requested the prescription after getting a trial I had a manufacturer voucher for.

Messy and disorganized. Upon buying a frame, one of the ladies said my frames will be done in a 2 days. 5 days later I call and they said it might take a week. Got a phone call saying my frames are ready 2 days after I called. Came to the store hours later and they can’t find my frames. I mean, c’mon now.

Let me start by saying that this review is long overdue since Site for Sore Eyes have been my go to optical store for eyewear for more years than I care to share. The doctors there are knowledgeable, patient, and the staff knows what styles will work best for your face shape and always willing to go that extra mile to ensure you’re thrilled with your new glasses. Go to see them, you won’t be sorry.

Friendly staff which made me easy to pick on the right fit of frames and delivery of glasses needs a special mention here as i lost my glasses and urgent need of glasses and they delivered me in less than 2 hours.

Worst place to get frames. I just bought a frame a month ago and after wearing it twice it’s breaking apart. I went back and they told me I don’t have a warranty on it so I will have to buy another frame with warranty.I told the lady no one sold me the warranty. I spent 400$ on a frame I would have spent 25$ extra. But I was told no you have to spend 115$ more to get fixed.They wouldn’t get my business anymore. These people are just sales people and will scam you.

Was in dyer need of new glasses. My glasses broke, and they were able to get it in under 2 hours. The employee was very professional and help me take advantage of my insurance. Would recommend to everyone.

Cold and impatient service from the vietnamese old lady. It took two weeks to get a repaired pair. I will not recommend to go there since there are many other choices.
