Ok, i learned Kay Jewelers does not save your information when you purchase with your ATM visa or credit cards. I had already purchased four pieces of jewely at different times and warranties. What made me frustrated was they could not find my cell number, my name and or they had not entered my current information from my credit cards? And if a gem falls off they will charge and arm and leg to replace the list gem while they cant locate the purchaser true information? By the way there was a young retail store cashier who was rude, disrespectful, not customer service oriented and spoke back to me because of their inconsistencies. I had to tell her to just walk away from me three times and quit talking to me. And she just continued and would not shut up. There were two other women who might of been a manager? But when does it take three sales people to help one customer? I had to bring my receipts to confirm my purchases at that store and learned the receipt had a different name on it? I wouldnt shop there again. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Lousy customer service and i personally feel that store is taking advantage of all customers!

Really bad experience, this store in Newark mall are not responsable at all, they have been making us to come to the store multiple time and they still can’t find the ring that they had to order 1month ago, we couldn’t use the rings for the propuse we got it, ( our court marriage) anointed. they lie. I am really frustrated, more than a month waiting, really be careful with this store, better use another store.
