This place is a scam. Kevin lures you in with the picture of his best mattress in the store (which is terrible) and puts price tag as 150.00 for queen or king. Then you get ahold of him and you have to make an appointment. I went in there yesterday expecting to get a good deal on a queen. There were like 10 beds to choose from. The one for 150.00 was like laying on concrete. They all was like that but 2 of them. And they we 900.00 and 1100.00. He said that he would make me a deal on the 1100.00 mattress. He through in a box spring and a cheap mattress protector. But, anyways, I ended up spending over 1,000.00. I get it home and was so excited to sleep on it. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like I was laying on the springs in the bed. I had to go sleep on my old bed. He told me it was a beauty rest, which it isnt, it is a knockoff brand and come to find out they are irregular mattresses. So, I called him up to say I would like a refund because I cant sleep on it. It is 10 times worse than my old mattress. He told me he cant take it back a used mattress. No way on there advertisements does it say all sale are final. I asked him about the warranty and what it covered while I was there and he said normal wear and tear. Then he sends me a message to give him a 5 star rating on here even before I tried it out. Then he hands me a paper and on the back of it it states, slight body impressions are normal (no they are not unless you have a cheap bed). and can go as 1 1/2 in. deep. Also, it states that if 2 people sleep in the bed there will be a ridge that forms in the middle of the mattress and that is totally not normal. Kevin didnt even tell me these things and never had me read it. I didnt even know the back had information on it. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE, ITS A SCAM AND KEVIN MIGHT ACT LIKE A NICE GUY BUT HE REALLY ISNT. One other thing is you have to hold a sign and he takes a picture of you and that says you got a great deal at Mattress By Appointment and he puts them on his wall so people walking in can think these are happy customers. He might even put them on social media. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. Tell everyone you know because the reviews on Facebook are the reviews before people even slept on the mattresses because he wants you to leave a review as your walking out the door. This should be against the law. Deceitful and preying on people that dont have alot of money to spend.
