Ive used Lewis Audio Video for quite a few things over the last few years. They are awesome. Id previously used a competitor who was much higher priced. Lewis came in and recommended a better yet cheaper solution. Most recently, the other vendor had made an installation mistake and then said there was nothing that could be done about it without extremely costly and time-consuming structural work (and didnt seem to care about their error, they didnt even come out to look, just asked for photos). I asked Lewis to take a look, and they quickly came out and immediately found a low-cost, great solution and promptly implemented it. Ive had a five-star experience with Lewis and will continue to use them.

Lewis Audio Video installed a video surveillance system I purchased from them. The two man crew was punctual, very professional, and very easy to work with. Both men had the proper personal protective equipment (in this age of Covid-19) as did I. They installed the system without any issues and spent as long as needed until I was comfortable with the install and operation of the system. The men cleaned up after themselves during and upon completion of the job. I have nothing but the highest praise for their work ethic and attitude. Although I am still learning the ins and outs of the App used to view and review what the cameras capture, I havent had any issues using the App. I whole heartedly recommend Lewis Audio and Video for any/all security surveillance needs. After approximately one week after installation, I was disappointed with one of the cameras night (IR) resolution. Due to an LED streetlight in front of my home, I soon realized I had to have my exterior lighting on to counter the glare of the LED streetlight but the night view was still not what I was expecting. I contacted Lewis Audio and explained my issue. Matt provided two very solid solutions. I decided to upgrade the one camera with a starlight type of camera. Much clearer resolution at night without having to use exterior lighting. Thanks again!!

Just purchased a Paradigm speaker grill so no profit for them but gave me a chance to see what theyre like. Could have been the start of a new relationship with a veteran home theater enthusiast with money. Staff is nice and does try but doesnt seem the most knowledgeable, even with products on their show room floor. Was shocked theyll happily sell and install me a $20k front projection rig but have no ISF calibration techs on staff. Was also shocked they are only open M-F 9-5, you cant pull off a Tuesday through Saturday for the working Joes huh? Ma and Pa, and it shows.

Ive been in pretty much every shop in the area. Without naming names, there are some pretty solid shops in Beaverton, NW Portland and down in SE, as well. Skip them all and go to Lewis AV.I worked with Owen. Not only is Owen a great guy, hes an enthusiast. He loves what he does. He shares the passion for AV that you have. And hes not a pushy, hardcore salesman. I was treated respectfully. I scheduled an appointment- these guys ARE busy- and he took a lot of time with me. Unfortunately, I did not buy from Owen on that day. It was nothing to do with him, but I ended up with some different equipment than demoed. However, I plan to do all of my purchasing for several systems from Owen and Lewis AV and am going to build a relationship with this organization going forward.If you are looking for anything AV related and want to experience a showroom that is more like your house than most (it is actually a converted house with multiple rooms!) you can get a good feel for many really great brands spanning a wide spectrum of tastes and budgets at this dealer.

This is the third time in several years that Ive dealt with Lewis, this time being to purchase and install a TV/video rack. The crew showed up right on time and did just the work that I wanted, leaving me to hook up everything. This is a nice piece of furniture and the last rack I will ever need.

Lewis AV is an extremely cool place, especially if you have experience in Audio and Video! Very interesting displays and demos, and very helpful staff that will walk you through any problems you have.I had just installed a new head unit into my car, and even though the guys didnt have too much experience in car audio systems, they did the research with me and I walked out with a solution. Excellent establishment.

Terrific experience. Nick helped me find the tv and speakers I needed with no pressure at all. Spent time going over multiple products to help narrow it down. Great show room and friendly people. Installers were professional and took time to explain in detail how it worked. Wasted a bunch of my time trying to get labor install quote only to find out they put people in last place who do not buy their equipment from them at their ripoff retail prices! Try to tell me four weeks to get install and insulted me like I was unwanted step child for not buying equipment from them!
