Steve and Mark are the best! Ive been rear ended TWICE in the last 8mo. Theyve taken care of me both times. Absolute best service in town! Prompt, friendly, professional and they my vehicle has never looked better.

Let me first say that Steve for the most part was pretty accommodating. However thats probably where the positivity of this review will end.My car went into the shop on September 15th and was slotted for 16 days in shop and I was assured by Steve that this was doable. I also informed him if it took a little bit of time longer its fine as I was moving. Well it took two months for it to be completed and I was able to pick up the car on Monday. 11/13/2017. I would have been able to pick up the car on Friday the previous week, but Steve wanted me to drive out and pick up the new roof rack plastic guards that were being replaced instead of him because it was an inconvenience for him to close his shop for an hour or so and go pick up the part himself. This was frustrating but I wasnt too hung up on it because it had already been so long.Repairs got started and I was pretty exuberant to have my paint fixed, I took some photos of the car with the paint sanded down to base coat, and saw all the major dents that were covered and uncovered being filled and sanded smooth. Things were looking good, and I was beginning to feel confident that my car would come out looking brand new. However this started to fade away after a few weeks of calling and hearing no word or progress updates on the car I went down to see the car. So of the car was painted, I believe the hood and front fenders were first. As I began to look at the car, I noticed small bumps on the hood towards the front and sporadically through the rest of the hood. I brought up my concern to the tech on hand and was assured that these “imperfections” were normal want would be buffed out. Well they weren’t, parts of them were smoothed out and others were still raised up, but all of them were noticeable on the final reveal.Before the final product was reveled probably a week in half before I picked up the car, I was finally called down to take a look at the car a final time to see if I needed anything changed. This is when I addressed some of the concerns I had with Steve, I would have kept going but he was becoming loud and more increasingly mad, so I let it be. I pointed out to him that there is swirl marks over the entire paint job including the gloss black accents and his response to this was, “you will always have swirl marks in gloss black, no matter what, as for the rest of the car that will come out with wax, wax will “Hide” those. You will never be able to see them. Steve was not happy when i questioned him, so i backed off to avoid confrontation. Your right you should, and you should be repainting my entire car. Steve then reveled after all my concerns that, this is why I never to full resprays because I can’t get it perfect, I’m not a professional, I’m not perfect”. should of told me from the begging.Steve had over sprayed my entire car it seems like, there over spray on the plastic piece on the hood were the wipers sit, on my intercooler, on my door weather stripping, on every window besides the windshield as it is brand new. There is now a residue stain in my front passenger seat there is “wax” residue from the buffing left all over my car inside and out.There is a laundry list of things wrong with the paint, I’ll list some; dust and imperfection on hood, front bumper, mirrors, and front fenders. Swirl marks on entire paint job. He buffed over my headlight eyelids and ruined the paint so he had to remove all the paint and bring them back to an unfinished look. On the roof where a dent was filled, is still visibly seen, he buffed too much or didn’t put enough paint on the car. He over buffed tons of places on the car to where the clear coat is gone and it’s an ashy bland look, not vibrant like it should be. He said wax should make it shine. It doesn’t. Hard paint line everywhere, residue everywhere. Over all a terrible job. Caps lock for emphasis: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE, STAY AWAY, and PAY A LITTLE MORE IF YOU CAN AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT. See Full Review in the images. Absolutely loved this place. Got my car inspected and they were helpful, kind and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back when needed!

Ask for all quotes IN WRITTING. They charged me $45 to install a car battery that I purchased from them, installation took all of 5 minutes tops and they charged me for 30 minutes. The day previous, they told me they wouldnt charge me for the installation at all because it only takes a couple minutes and I was already buying a $230 car battery from them. I priced out the exact same battery at AutoZone for $160, but went with Integrity because I wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately they do not live up to their name, Integrity. Next time Ill go to AutoZone that not only has MUCH cheaper prices but also installs car batteries for free that you buy from them, and doesnt slip added fees onto your bill when you go to pay. Ended up costing me over $100 more than what AutoZone would have been. Not impressed.

Great service great price quick turn around

Mark gave us a quote several hundred dollars less than another shop. They did beautiful work and even went the extra mile in fixing a piece. The car was cleaned inside and out. They finished when they said they would. I couldnt be any more pleased. I highly recommend this shop.

These guys do excellent work: meticulous and thorough. Completely trustworthy. And that is rare to find.

I would give this place more stars if I could. I had just gotten in a fender-bender which had damaged my radiator pretty badly. Integrity Auto Body was the only place I found that was still open. When I got there, Steve stopped what he was doing, took a look at my car, told me what was wrong, gave me details, and had everything fixed and running smoothly the next day. Very friendly, very reasonable prices, and very timely service. Steve is a hard-working, honest guy, and I would highly recommend his services.

Steve was so kind and helpful. I called him when my car wouldnt start so he rushed over and towed my car for free, then serviced it the same day. Steve was extremely helpful and gave me a great price! - Anna

My Honda Accord had significant front end damage. I was really nervous about the cost and process for repairs. Steve did an excellent job of informing me about everything that needed to be fixed and gave me several options for parts and repairs. After it was all said and done, Steve beat all the prices I had been bid and the results were outstanding. I could not tell that my car had ever been damaged. Integrity Auto is the best shop I have ever been to...they have my unconditional recommendation. Infact, I have refered friends to Integrity and they received the same great service.

They got me right in, and had my car back to me in no time. Very accommodating and conscientious. The car looks great, and they did not exceed their initial estimate. 10/10. Will be back.

Ive always had a great customer experience with Steve from Integrity Auto. I drive a Subaru and hes a Subaru specialist. Whenever I have an issue with my 96 Legacy, hes quick to help me solve the problem and reasonably priced to fix whatever issue. Hes an honest and genuine guy that I trust working on my vehicle.

Never, ever buy a car from this crook. We bought a salvage title Subaru from him on the recommendation of a “friend.” I specifically asked him about the head gaskets that are a known problem with this car and he claimed these were great. Had the car on a lift and showed me how clean they were. Within a week we started smelling burning oil. Took it back after hitting a deer and he did $3800 of collision repair with no paint. Just pulled parts out of his wrecking yard and slapped them on claiming that since it was the same color it’s good enough even though that never matches perfectly. Pulled used lights out that don’t match the ones on the other side. The capper was when we took it in for an alignment because it was all over the place. Turned out it had a smaller size tire on the back than the front. He had said the tires were new. When we called he acted like we were lying and then said it didn’t matter that much as long as they were “close.” Subaru manual said they should be within 2mm tread depth of each other. As a “Subaru guy” Steve absolutely knows this and flat out lied. Then he never returned our calls.Steve was charged criminally for illegal shenanigans with his dealers license a few years back and now his wife has to do dealer business. Don’t ever go there unless you want to get ripped off by a con artist.

Steve is extremely smart! His knowledge is unbelievable, & he is fair. Do not listen to any of the negative reviews. This man figured out & fixed what Newberg Dodge & Newberg Chevy couldnt. He had our SUV running correctly in 30 minutes. Im impressed beyond words.

Steve sold us a car for 1500, instead of telling us there were any issues he concealed the issues, including by way of turning off the check engine light. When asked to do an oil change the day we bought it he said it had one recently but couldnt confirm when. We went and had one done. To find out that it needs a whole engine flush as the there is black build up on the cap, a radiator flush and seal of leak. There is a oil leak. Transmission leak. And the check light engine came on for the catalytic converter.. The day after we bought it there was a loose belt that he did tighten and then give us our floor mats. That we didnt get until we came back with that issues. When we called today about the other issues to see what he could do for us. He quickly shut us down saying it runs and drives and you dont get much car for 1500. Words from the mechanic. I wasnt asking for free work I was hoping for some direction as we just bought a car from him. Instead we will not be going through him ever again. He lacks profession, or care for vehicles that he is selling.
