Not only was I impressed by the work ethic of these men working in 105 degree weather with non stop customers. I was impressed by the concern and empathy they had for their customers. They offered everyone to get out of the heat and offered an air conditioned lobby. Also, while waiting an elderly women fell and they were quick to check on her. One of the gentleman even got the blood on her leg cleaned up and put a bandaid on for her (he mentioned he had military training). I will be back to jiffy lube for my next oil change.
I took two vehicles in today and had the oil changed. Staff was very polite, efficient, and didnt push unnecessary services on me. I really appreciate their help and kindness.
I went here two days ago for a simple oil change.The guy working was polite and exp Linn ained he was by himself (also not wearing a mask). I said no problem I was in no hurry.He was helping one other guy but there was no one else waiting after me. He ended up in quite the lengthy political discussion with the other customer. I just kept patiently waiting.I stayed in my car the entire time...at this point he was rushing a bit.Noticed he wasnt checking the other fluids or anything normally included in the Signature oil change. Frustrated I paid anyway and left.Since my car isnt running right. Keeps stalling when idle and the oil light came on. I checked the oil.MY CAR HAS NO OIL.So now I wait to have it towed to someone who can evaluate the damage caused by the mistake made here.Do NOT go here.

If I could give zero stars, I would.Andrew and Cody made me feel SO uncomfortable. They wouldnt stop leering at me. Andrew was super creepy and made me incredibly vulnerable. I will DEFINITELY be going somewhere else from now on!!Also, slowest service around.

Great service and customer service 🙏Replaced my battery the first one did not work and within 10 minutes they replaced it with another one and it worked perfect, I even received a discount for it being my birthday! I will definitely go back👍🏼
They were very knowledgeable & had excellent customer service. I didnt know I had 8 light bulbs in my tail light I thought there were only 2 one on each side. Only 5 of the 8 were working so they replaced the 3 burnt out bulbs. Its very important for cars 2b able 2 see me from behind especially at night or in bad weather.

Went in here the other day to get an oil change. Jiffy Lube has high turnover (nothing the employees can really do about that) so its always a bit of a toss up with what kind of service you are going to get.This time was awesome! Friendly faces, courteous and professional conversations with quick-about-it service. They offered to do my cabin filter and I accepted, but let them know there was rodent home built up that I intended to get taken care of by my local shop. With no hesitation the service rep, who turned out to be the manager jumped right in and cleaned it up, got me a new air filter, and was done at the same time as the oil change, 15 minutes tops.Shout out to that crew, including Chad R, Jose F, and Abigail D.You all rock!
I spilled a couple cups of coffee in my car. They came out and immediately started to help me clean everything up. Really went above and beyond. Great guys.

Travis was absolutely on point today. I went to get my oil changed and I was not sure how much it was going to cost. He and the rest of the associates led me through basically everything so I never felt like I was lost on what they were discussing with me. Too quality customer service!
While I was very pleased with the service and the staff was great however after I am now sitting at Les Schwab because my tire pressure light came on after I was assured that tire pressure was checked, no prior issue and 3 tires were 5 lbs low and one is 10 lbs low. Loosing valuable time and my oil change was not cheap at all. Doubt I will be back.

This place is literally empty right now! I tried to use this location. I was under the impression that businesses followed their posted hours. Apparently you jiffy kids Are too special for that? I wont be back. What a waste of my time! I would also like to point out that the owner of this dump goes through and thanks everybody who leaves a 5 star review and totally ignores the ones with complaints. Hmmm... wonder why its going downhill so fast...
Normally this place is great but what ever kid is working in the underside today decided he would beat on my trucks starter for no reason at all the guy was not bright at all a flooded charborater does not mean you beat on the starter
In the past ive had horrible experiences with jiffy lube. However Daniel and Nicholas completely changed my experience at the newberg location. They werent pushy and trying to make a sale. They were helpful, professional, personable, thorough, and genuinely kind.I would drive an hour to get an oil change here just for the amazing customer service.

They cracked my windshield when they were supposed to be fixing a rock chip, then told me I’d need to take it up with my insurance company. Don’t go to Jiffy Lube, and, if you must, don’t go to this one.

We have been here twice in the past two months--once for each of our cars. They were efficient and did the work we agreed upon both times. They did not try to oversell services we didnt want, like some other Jiffy Lube locations do.

I have been taking my car here for a few years now...and I love the quick, reliable service they provide. Even though the employees change often it seems...they still provide the same great, convenient service. I have never had a problem with anything they have done...sometimes they try and sell me an air filter or something, which is fine...I keep track of all my maintenance so if I dont feel I need it I just say no thanks. I just love the convenience of the service...no appt. necessary!

Go to Sherwood. This place has gone downhill. Ive came to this location for the last 20 years. It was my Favorite Jiffy Lube around till about two years ago. Tried it again today and this location still doesnt have it figured out. Train your crew and management please. Ill check on this place again in a year or so.

Service was fast - but man did they try and up sell my at every corner. Not high pressure, but if you didnt know better you could easily pay a lot for a very simple item/procedure.
I always come here for oil changes. The other day my tire was leaking air and so I brought my car in. Right away they found I had a screw lodged in my tire. They were very helpful and had me on my way in no time.

Jiffy Lube Newberg pleasantly surprised me by having my rare oil filter in today. No ridiculous efforts to upsell me either and super helpful team. After a couple of disappointing visits todays was like a breath of fresh air!

Go here! I was in the process of changing my own oil and discovered the dealership that I bought my jeep stripped the oil drain bolt and I couldnt loosen it. The dealership couldnt help me. But Austin, Mark and Steve all helped me out quickly and with as little charges as possible. I cant recommend them enough They were kind, efficient and helpful. Go to these guys. They care and theyre real people.
Absolute crooks. They told my money strapped friend she had a transmission leak. My husband looked at her car and determined they LIED. They charged her to fill the transmission and made her think she needed her transmission fixed. They preyed on a vulnerable single woman.

Its another not to be willing to admit it and help make it right.Heres the letter my husband just submitted to the main customer service center about the Newberg location:Hello,I am requesting a refund for my last (possibly ever) trip to your Newberg, Oregon location (#1466). I brought my wifes Pathfinder in for an oil change before she left for a work trip. I was told the air filter needed to be changed. I declined to buy one from your service center, opting to replace it myself. When I went to do that at home, I found that the air filter was not placed back in its housing properly and a clip was missing. (I also found the filter is clean and doesnt need replacing.) I called the location to try to get this resolved and spoke with Chance after initially speaking with Alisha, who reacted very defensively when I explained the issue to her. She put me on hold and eventually Chance picked up.I told Chance about the issue. He informed me it isnt a big deal, that he drives around without the housing on his air filter all the time, and asked me what I wanted him to do about it as if it was irritating that Id called about it. I told him I wanted him to find the clip and fix the issue. He again insisted it wasnt a big deal and that he didnt know what I expected him to do about it. He claimed I was freaking out. I said, Im not freaking out. Bro, you need to take responsibility here. He told me I needed to be professional when speaking with him. He refused to give me his last name but I guess you probably dont need it to find him, since Ive given you the location of the store. He also refused to give me the general manager Traviss last name, claiming I could find him on Facebook and track him down where he lives. Uh, no. I just want them to find the clip for the air filter and Im pretty sure neither of them have it at home.I am requesting you teach Chance and Alisha about the concept of customer service and give me a refund in the amount of $50.64. That is the amount of money I spent to end up with a problem I didnt have prior to having my wifes car serviced there. I am a regular customer and to be treated this way and ESPECIALLY to deal with people who refuse to take responsibility for their actions is unacceptable. In fact, its ridiculous. Please let me know what you plan to do to address the behavior of your employees Chance and Alisha, and refund my money.Thank you!
They were pushing and trying to sell me things I didnt need.. They were not all wearing masks and the female attendant was rude and looked as if she was annoyed that I was too slow getting my mask on to protect myself. She even said to my as i was closing my window. wait im not finished with you yet, you need this sticker Also offered for me to go to the lobby to wait. Social distancing???? I am new to the area and now will have to find somewhere else to get my service done. Nobody like dealing with rude people
Wow! So they jammed the oil drainage plug way in there and when I went for an oil change at a different jiffy lube they could not get it out. When I called and talked to the manager he was instantly rude and tried blaming the one I was at. He said I could drive all the way out there for him to look at it and didnt seem to want to go above and beyond to say bring it out and we are more than happy to fix them problem no charge when I asked if he was going to actually do something about it he told me to go back to the one near me and they need to fix it. He SUCKS!

I went here to get my AC recharged recently. I received $50 off so it was $170. I stayed in my vehicle the whole time during the service. The tech scanned the VIN number and asked me for my name and address etc. I gave him my information correctly. When finished way past the 20 minutes they said it would take.... He tested it and said it was working fine, no leaks etc. A week later our AC stopped being cold again, so today my husband took it to them to see if they could see what was wrong and lok at it again since we just paid them. The manager there got really defensive, they had the wrong name and address in the system for our VIN number, not the information I gave them, my name is not Carrie and we do NOT live in Dallas, OR. I probably did not read the form I signed that had wrong name and address on it since I had been sitting in 90 degrees for so long. The supposed contract/ waiver is not valid because the information the tech input does not match my signature. Not only were they extremely rude and defensive, they cant make mistakes apparently... But refused to honor basic customer service in fixing the problem they missed the first time or refunding the money.

Took my SUV in for an oil change. Was told my car needed almost $1000 worth of work. Including new brakes. I was told the fronts were almost metal on metal and needed immediate replacement. The rears were in a little better shape but still needed attention. Took it to a brake place in town. Fronts were five mm and rear at seven mm. They start at eight mm. They didn’t recommend doing anything to them. Said they have been getting many, many people in per week asking for unneeded brake repairs. All told they needed them by Newberg Jiffy Lube. Gave two stars because as far as I can tell the oil change I paid for was done properly. Not a fan of the unneeded repairs they wanted to do though.
I just got my oil changed on Saturday and everyone there was very pleasant and informative. They did not try to oversell me on anything or pressure me into buying things I didnt need. I got a rock chip fixed, my oil changed, all the fluids refilled, my car vacuumed, and windows washed all for $24.95 with a coupon. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you.

This jiffy lube location provided quick and helpful service. They helped me find the best coupons for the services I needed, they told me the password for the wifi without me asking, and the bathroom was very clean. They did also try to sell me tires which I didnt really need yet and which are still under warranty elsewhere.

Went only to get my oil changed but ended up getting a GREAT deal on tires and a chip in my windshield fixed for free. Customer service was amazing and Rob issued about $100 worth of discounts. Didn’t even spend $500 and got snow tires, premium oil, and a new windshield. Didn’t feel pressured to say yes to other offers and experienced extremely polite customer service. I definitely recommend!!

This would be a one star review if not for the assistant managerIn short, awful customer service, got yelled at and called disrespectful by staff for saying that I understood the problem.Full StoryAfter asking for just an oil change I got the classic Jiffy Lube hospitality of doing a full car inspection, I know this is required by there corporate office and that they are just following protocol however, that is not what the problem was.When they got to my cabin air filter there was a mouse nest in it, I knew this, it had been in there for a little while due to leaving my car at home while I was gone for a couple months. Since getting back home I had already scheduled an appointment to get it removed along with checking for further damages that would have been caused.Alisha came in and showed me my filter, I told her I knew about the problem already, she tried to sell me their air filter replacement for $40 3 or 4 times. I was not about to spend $40 to replace an part that I can pay $10 for and spend a minute to replace. She kept pushing it on me and alerted me that it was an immediate fire danger.She eventually leaves and I go back to waiting in the lobby. The assistant manager then comes in and says that they decided to try to clean it out and ended up just dropping a lot of debris into the engine compartment and didnt end up getting any out. I tell him its fine, I am gonna get it fixed later anyways. This was the real reason that the car had a fire danger, before when the air filter had not been taken out and had not been attempted to be cleaned it was completely fine. I was not compensated at all for this mistake and they just went, well, our bad but you could pay $40 and we will replace your filter for you.I say no thanks, its fine, I just want the oil change to be done and then ill be on my way. They leave for a few minutes and then one of the employees comes in and says something a little loudly that I cant remember at the moment but I remember it being at least a little rude because quickly after she left the assistant manager came in to apologize for her. He then tells me that while trying to put the filter back in they got more debris lodged into the engine compartment and that they may have gotten the fan stuck and that even if I wanted to use AC it most likely would not work.about 5 more minutes goes by and this oil change adventure which has been 30-40 minutes long at this point is finally coming to a close. Alisha comes in to check me out and says just so you know your cabin air filterbefore she finishes I say oh its all good the other guy (the assistant manager) had already told me about itbig mistakeAlisha then screams EXCUSE ME! IT IS RUDE TO CUT PEOPLE OFF.I say my bad, he had just already told me about my cabin air filter and I didnt want you to have to repeat him.Alisha then yells again CAN I TALK. YOU NEED TO LET ME TALK. YOUR CABIN AIR FILTER IS BAD.She then tells me my total is ~$50. I pay it and I go to leave.In comes Olen, possibly the best assistant manager on the planet. Sorry if you have a different title and I am getting it wrong Olen, youre awesome. Super nice guy.Olen apologizes for Alisha and says what was that all about. I tell him that the yelling was because I told her that he had already filled me in on the air filter problem and then she got made because I cut her off. He apologizes again and then says its probably the heat which is why shes a little bi***y today. I apologize to him cause he was going to have to work for her in a bad mood for the rest of the day.I get in my car, I leave. Ever since leaving Jiffy Lube (2 days ago) my check engine light has been on.I would not have written this review but Jiffy Lube sent multiple please review our service to my email and I felt like this was a story to be told.Sorry Olen that I am not giving more stars, know that you are a 5 star man, stuck with a bunch of 1 star employees.Edit: 3 stars because the general manager gave me a complimentary cabin air filter and was apologetic
Ive taken my car to Jiffy Lube for many years now. I always get fast and Professional Service as well as a very kind and considerate staff. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube to everyone for fast efficient trustworthy service.
They charged me more than they said, and took about 3 hours when they said it would take about 20 minutes. I expected them to be fast and professional, since they charge more than many places. Obviously I wont be going back.

I made an appoint to have my car have an oil change. I made an appointment on line for a 9:30 am appointment. When I got there I was told that they only do first come first served. I was abit taken back by the young man’s unfriendly tone. I told him I would run to Fred Myers and then be back to pick up my car. So when I returned it took them 25 minutes to finish up on my oil change. When I left I did show the man the message from Jiffy Lube he said he’d have to call his boss. I left there abit perplexed .

My brother recently became the assistant manager here but Id still give it five stars if he hadnt. Last time I went it the service was beyond what I expected! This older couples F450 had blown their air conditioning line (95° outside) and one of the employees helped them get power back to the truck so they could at least make it home. Doing the right thing and really stellar service!
