Have been standing first in line here in with zero acknowledgment. When I finally asked for help. Rude girl that was literally standing next to me on the computer said she would be right with me. Ugh. Had such a great interaction on the phone to fill the prescription but horrible in person in store.Update: The checker finally helped me and was nice enough. Perhaps some additional customer service training would be key.

The worst customer service in the pharmacy. Very slow to fill prescriptions. You will have to call every day and wait on hold for 30 minutes until they fill your prescription. It takes an average of 10-14 days to fill it. I hope you have a lot of patience.

The worst pharmacy. The drive thru wait has never been less than 20 minutes any time I’ve used it, so I switched to delivery.When my medication didn’t show up when it should have, I called to find out what was up with it. I was informed my medication is on back order and they didn’t know when they would get it in.I asked to have my prescription transferred to another location and instead of offering to help me with that, I was simply told to “go on the app and do it.”It didn’t work. I called two more times for help and pretty much what I was told was “just wait for the app to decide to work.”I called AGAIN to have THEM transfer for me and was told to “call the other pharmacy and have them do it.”These employees seem lazy and have terrible customer service.I’m really unhappy that I am having to go without my thyroid medication due to their incompetence.

I waited on hold to speak to the pharmacy and was disconnected when I was the next caller after waiting 35 minutes! I called back just to be put into the same holding pattern! I don’t have the time to fit on hold and it always takes 45 minutes to pickup a prescription! Very bad business! It’s been like this since before Covid, so that’s not a good excuse! I’m going to switch pharmacies! This is not a new complaint! Hire more people! Take care of your customers! We need our medications and shouldn’t have to beg for them!

Newberg, OR Walgreens overcharged my Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan $300.00 for simple allergy medication that costs about $10.00 over the counter. They told me I would have had to pay $300. They are defrauding Medicaid. This is NOT the first time Walgreens has done this to me. I am quiting them today!

RUDE! The pharmacy is slow, the counter staff in the pharmacy are nasty. They dont listen to patients or health care professionals, just have their own agendas and poor attitudes. I will NOT go back to this location. If you want to be heard and not bullied or treated like you are stupid, dont go here.

Worst pharmacy ever...it is really clear by the reviews they do not care about their service... when you continue to lie and say that your medication will be in tomorrow..and I drive up to the window to find the medication is on back order from the manufacturer...but I call Fred Meyers and they say yep we have it... well you have lost 2 more customers..sad thing is ...they dont care... go somewhere else people. One person covers drive up window and walk ins ..you have to call in to verify your medication is in..and guess how long it is to wait to talk to someone?

The pharmacy consistently returns 5+ min late from lunch. That doesn’t include delays in opening in the morning either. They’re not very respectful of their customers’ time, especially when people are trying to stop in during a quick lunch or break.

Absolutely horrible. Take your business elsewhere. Pharmacy never answers phone or will drop the call when they do after 30 minutes on hold. Super long waits in line or drive through. Clunky automated pharmacy too that makes you call in to verify, but then they never pick up, so prescriptions can’t get filled. Closed for an hour for lunch and they won’t help you if you’ve been there for thirty minutes waiting but its minutes before lunch... Service just gets worse and worse.

I get the pharmacy is very busy but if that is the case get more help. Right now Im sitting in line for 15 minutes and havent moved. There are about 6 cars ahead of me and they have not moved. Even waiting inside is horrible. If I didnt need the meds I would just leave. Now I know why I do not go to this pharmacy I go to cvs in target in sherwood

The only reason I go this this Walgreens is because of one of their employees named Jimmy. He was extremely helpful in helping me at the redbox kiosk as I was having trouble. And he was on his lunch! I felt bad but he was so kind and respectful. And everytime I go in to purchase something he is so kind and respectful. My service dog just loves him and she does not warm up to folks too easily.Dont let this one go!!

Unbelievable, I wanted a flu shot for me and my spouse, so we went online and scheduled an appointment for the two of us. I was scheduled for 9:00am and hers was for 9:10am. We got to Walgreens at 8:50am. We waited for the pharmacy to open. The pharmacy open at 9:00am and the pharmacist asked me what he could do for us. I stated I have an appointment at 9:00am for a flu shot. After asking 3 times what my name was he then informed me I would have to take a seat because the person giving the shots was not at work yet. The time was now 9:10am and I was fed up and told the pharmacist to cancel my appointments. Why did I take the time to go online and schedule the appointment??? I then proceeded to Fred Meyers where we were treated with respect and courtesy and me and my spouse both had our vaccinations before 10:00am. Good Job Fred Meyers. SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS!!!

I’ve been to this store multiple times and the majority of the time they’re out of stock on most things. The manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. Talking back to customers and rolling their eyes. The manager and another employee were in an aisle talking badly about a customer who had just asked a question. I’ve used the pharmacy once and they were helpful. There was an older gentleman working one of the times I was there and he was very polite and had excellent customer service. I recommend going to Fred Meyers, Rite Aid or Safeway if you need things or if you absolutely need Walgreens go to the one in Sherwood.

This Walgreens is like any other Walgreens in terms of its layout. Sometimes, however, it seems like the staff spends more time chatting with each other than helping customers, making it sometimes impossible to get service at the photo center. The pharmacy staff is generally pretty good and on the ball about whats going on with my account. The sale items are at the end of the first makeup aisle; sometimes there are some really good deals.

They filled the wrong prescription and have taken days to answer a request to move my meds. They are also 10 times more expensive than any other pharmacy in town. Because I have had to wait so long on my meds I ended up in the hospital. Unprofessional and unacceptable, I have notified corporate of these issues and I will be following through with my complaints

The pharmacy experience here is horrible. A guy named Scott filled my prescription and it took nearly 30mins just for him to key in my information. I feel really bad if he’s disabled but he should not be working as a pharmacist or even an assistant to one. This Walgreens has extremely poor pharmacy service. I’ve changed pharmacies.

Customer at Walgreens are the ruddiest ones I have ever witness in my life. They complain about everything including when they do not read the sales sings correctly or if they need a coupon from the newspaper and they do not have it. They start claiming that this is false advertising even though it clearly says coupon from newspaper need it. I have seen people scream over 10 cents differences! Also I love the customers that tell you the prices of the items they are buying as they give them to you, very classy. Lol!

My Dr called a prescription in a week ago. They havent filled it because they dont know if its covered by my insurance. No they have not called me for information needed to fill the order. This is unacceptable.
