This place is absolutely amazing! This was our first trip to Oregon. We called ahead from Chicago to rent bikes and had no idea they had the restaurant. Robin was awesome on the phone assuring us we would have a great time when we got into town. when we arrived to pick up our bikes they were also opening the restaurant for the day and I was blown away with what I saw. Danny took care of us with the bikes and recommended numerous wineries to bike to. each one of the wineries was an incredible experience on its own. thanks Danny. we made it a point to get back to that visual awesomeness of a restaurant the following night to try the food and beer. Once again, blown away! The food was delicious and the beers on tap were numerous, fresh and cold. we were hoping to get to say thank you to Robin and Danny that night but they were working so hard to take care of the packed house we were unable. So Thank you Robin and Danny for a joyous experience! You have a great thing going. keep it up! we will be back!Cheers

So glad we came! I heard good reviews about their gyros. Big and delicious! With homemade potato chips, pepperoncini and a wee gerkin on the side. I highly recommend!

While visiting friends who live in Newberg, they took me here on my last night. We each had 2-3 drinks and took advantage of the night food menu. The staff was extremely personable and they brought us the wrong pizza, though when we asked if it was incorrect, they made the correct pizza for us. The pretzel and the cheese that came with it was DELICIOUS!! Also a great peach sour!

This place is AMAZING. From food, wine to toys for the little ones to bike and skate board purchase and repair its one of the most unique places I have ever been. To make this place even better the owners are the nicest, down to earth friendly people I had the honor of meeting. While your in Newberg stop on by. Im sure you will be as impressed as I was. This is the bike he put new tires on for my brother on a Sunday afternoon before taking his beautiful daughters to the park for some fun. I could go on and on....

We’ve been coming here regularly for years and the owners are honestly so amazing. Every time we come in they are there working their butts off and making sure their beverages and food are on point. Their pretzels are one of our favs! Plus, they are super thoughtful when you have a kiddo and really want to make your experience awesome.

You have one of the best locations in Newberg for a nice restaurant. But you dont know how to run a business. How hard is it to give someone a bag with there order?

I went a few days ago to Social Goods and let me just say, this place is poppin. It holds a very casual and inviting environment.Great for a social event and spacious for the location. I ordered their 12inch Basil Pesto Chicken pizza and it certainly hit the spot. Great size and delicious taste. I personally have a preference for thin crust pizza and can say that this will be a go to for me. Anyone looking for a place to have a cold one with some great pizza, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

We just got social goods tap trailer to cater our wedding and we are trying to find excuses to plan more events just so we can hire them to cater it, we have never had such a positive experience with a company before, they were friendly prompt honest and accommodating and their services were top-notch, going in to their establishment to pick out our drink list we also got to try their pizza and cannot recommend it enough to stop by say hello grab a pizza and a beer, very homie feeling and they truly felt like an extra member of our families at the wedding, love these guys and we will absolutely be coming back

This is the type of place you come to with your kids. There’s upstairs — a place they can hang out while the peeps kick it down stairs and enjoy the great atmosphere, excellent wines, good munchies and outstanding taps! They carry one of my favs... Block 15’s — Sticky Hands. Sometimes they got a live band rockin the place — that’s what I’m talking about. I give this place 5 stars all around!

Social goods is top notch! They have such a good selection on tap, not to mention delicious frose as well as a full bar. It doesnt just stop at the drinks the food is also delicious! Friendly staff. Flight was $8, pick 4. Large variety of choices. ~35 choices on draft. ~100 choices in bottle/can. ~50 choices wine. They have a little something for everyone. Well ventilated. Lots of seating. Every table taken by 3pm on Saturday, so if you want a table try to arrive before 2pm. Order food through your phone. Clean tables are marked.

Amazing spot for a drink and to relax. Pretty rare to find a bar with a kids play area. With a little bit of everything, and an extensive drink selection, youll definitely enjoy sipping while you explore the shop. The staff there was extremely helpful, polite, and generous too.

Its a mom and pop store restaurant combination. The husband cooks all the food, while the wife works the cash register and waitresses. Their food is always a twist on the traditional things, including beverages.If youre in Newberg, this is a must for dining!

This is a great place to gather. The breakfast chicken and waffles along with the biscuits and gravy were the bomb. Oh and the mimosa and the Irish coffee was a perfect start before b3eakfast was served. Staff is great! Highly recommend

This is what small business is all about. From the time you walk in the door till the time you leave you feel like you’re at home and family. We have been going since we moved 2 years ago and choose to spend what little extra $$ we have for local entertainment at social goods! The family run business is awesome. They have great beer and a wide variety of drinks, food, and plenty of fun for the kids upstairs. We support them during this pandemic and will continue to do so!!

Not sure exactly how to describe this place. Kind of like a pub with a place for children to play off to the side. They provide toys and coloring material. They also have a kids and adult party area upstairs. We didnt get to see that part because they had a private party going on while we were there. Wide variety of craft beer, wine and soda. Enjoyed being there. We will be going again.

Owners Robin and Danny consistently go above and beyond for their customers. Ive been to Social Goods many times, and, in my experience, they have always had prompt and courteous service. Perhaps my best memory there was a co-ed bachelor party we had for one of my coworkers. We started right after Social Goods opened, so we were the only customers in the shop, and the staff graciously helped us move around a bunch of tables so we could all sit at one long, banquet-style table, even though it wasnt the most convenient arrangement for them to keep as other customers started coming in. They are eager to help their people and their community.

So my daughter frequently enjoys this place. We have not been able to be out in public and enjoy each other’s company for months now with Covid19. I treated her to brunch at Social Goods and although the food was good, it’s like we were an big fat inconvenience to the owner that helped us and the wait staff. I had the worst mimosa I’ve had in my life (and I have had hundreds) I was served a shot glass of fresh squeezed OJ with a glass of champagne. I did ask for this separate, but When I asked for a bit more OJ I was told I would have to pay 2 more dollars because they only had 7 more oranges. This is after I left a HUGE tip. I know things must be tough right now, but it’s tough for everyone. Not my problem you only have 8 oranges for your daily mimosas. I just handed my FULL glass of mimosa to the wait staff and said here you go...I can’t drink you t like this.I gave three stars instead of one to cut you some slack.

Super fun spot! Staff is highly knowledgeable and very helpful. Food is simple, quick and priced right. The atmosphere is very chill and family friendly. A great little spot you just have to check out if you want to find just about any local beer or cider. Their selection is probably the best in town.

Went for a sunday brunch with my wife and 1 year old. The beer was cold, the bloody mary my wife had was good...the service...subpar. the original lady helping me was kind, but she left to check for baileys upstairs and left me to finish my order with another gentleman. He was rude and dismissive, not only to me but to the lady I originally was working with. Not the normal experience we have had at this location. Makes us hesitant to go back.

Love this place to bring the kiddos, sip a drink, and enjoy the chic atmosphere. Very relaxing. Toy selection is awesome and we love the entire upstairs area. The owners are warm and welcoming, and they have an amazing selection of beers on tap. Love this place!!

People are nice. Fun location with an eclectic variety of things offered. The choices of wines and beers are terrific. And they have mead!

This is such a great place to have nearby - Play area upstairs for kids, beverages for adults, and snacks for everyone. Id love more food options, but other than that its great. Oh, and the food can take a while, so eat first if youre starving. I think this is something theyre working on as theyre adding staff.

This place brings so much to downtown Newberg. It has something for everyone (kids too!) and I love that they keep switching up the layout to get it just right. The new bar layout and all the additions to the kids play area upstairs are great. We love to pop in for birthday gifts for friends or just to look around.

These guys are absolutely amazing we were having trouble getting our disabled daughters new tricycle put together and couldn’t find anyone local in McMinnville to help .They were more than happy here and even put a rush on the project to meet her 18th birthday! Please go in and check this place out it’s unlike anything you’ve been too before I will definitely be making the trip from McMinnville more often just to help support this business

Incredibly friendly place, the owner is always willing to converse with anyone and tries to make her shop the best she possibly can. Alcohol and small foods are served downstairs in a social area while the entire upstairs is a toy store with a play area for kids. A retro gaming system is set up for anyone that wants to relax and play old-school games. Fun community events are put on here like Art night for learning how to paint and Trivia nights once a week. Great place!

My family comes here all the time! Great selection of beverages from wine, to beer and cider. My personal fave is the Frose, if you love frozen drinks and Rose.... gotta try it!! Loving this peach Frose. My kids love to play upstairs in the castle with the gorgeous fairy tale mural, there’s drinks and food for kids too! Bring the whole family.

We came here for a trivia night on a Wednesday, it was a great time. They have plenty of drinks on tap, lots of styles of beer and cider. They also have bottles of beer and wine in the fridges for purchase, you can drink them while your there. The food menu is pretty limited at this point, but you can bring food from nearby if you want. The owner came and talked to us for a while after the Trivia was over which was awesome. Overall very fun experience.

This place is great!! Fun atmosphere, really good beer, and a playground for kids. So relaxing and just the place to get those hard to find beverages. Dont see it on the shelf? Ask and see what they can do!

The staff is exceedingly friendly, they have a massive selection of bottled beverages as well as a frequently rotating tap, their food is fantastic, can’t say enough good things about this place. You can tell the owner puts a lot of love into social goods; they never stop looking for ways to improve.Also if you’re looking for a nice place to get together with a lot of people, social goods has a ton of space. I’ve gotten together with folks to play cards there maybe 10 times and we’ve never had trouble finding a spot.

Robin does such a good job of taking care of everyone and making you feel at home. Its a great place.

Great selection, decent prices for the quality of product, and some amazing little gems. Theyve got Carlton bakery bread and goodies, Barlow room sandwiches, an IMPRESSIVE domestic and foreign wine and beer selection, and some great produce. Upstairs has a wonderful selection of toys and art supplies and they are adding new things all the time. No more having to drive 20 minutes to New Seasons or Whole Foods. Wonderful little local business stocking goods by other local businesses, I hope the business thrives!

This place is AWESOME!!!

This place is straight from a wish list. Local and organic foods, huge selection of wine and beer, a small bar, a small coffee shop, and places to sit and socialize. That is just down stairs. Upstairs is a toy store with all kinds of stuff ranging from board/card games to costumes to trains and dolls. They have a lot of toys out so kids can play and test things out. My wife and I get a drink downstairs and let our kids play upstairs for a bit. The owners are wonderful people who live locally and are great in the community. There is also an Aim High Karate studio upstairs and my daughter loves it. She is learning so much there, I have been very impressed.

Best beer selection in town! Also good pizza and a place for the kids to play, make it a great place for dinner with the littles.

Social goods is a real delight! They have an excellent selection of beers on tap, a sandwich counter, lots of local consumable goods like honey, specialty salts, olive oil and more. Theres also bunches of toys and games for the kids in your life, and even a rompus room for your your ones to play!Its really a one of a kind place that you should check out, and with many different types of events going on there so often theres sure to be something you love happening soon!

This is a great place to get a beer, cider, wine or kombucha. They have a basic menu of food and games up top. Definately recommend! Children are allowed so its great of you want to relax with kids.

Social goods is fantastic. Robin and her employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The beer, cider, kombucha selection is great. The events are fun. Id rather come here than any bar in Newberg. The atmosphere is always welcoming and even if its your first time there, it feels a bit like home. Also, Rickys taco stand outside is delicious!!

Bar keeper V was very informative and sweet. Great enviornment. Definitely geared for socializing comfortably. Only thing I would recommend would be seats up at the bar or something for people who are alone and dont have to take up a whole table. Kids area was amazing...superb selection on toys for sale and unlike what you normally would find elsewhere. Red Ale is yum! Strawberry mojito cbd spritzer was really good too. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful market with high quality products! Love the couple of tables and chairs to enjoy scones and coffee! Tonight they were having a movie on an inflatable screen in the parking lot :). What a great place to create community!
