Newberg Glass was amazing to work with. They drove a very longs ways out into the mountains to take measurements on a custom shower door and mirrors for our new house. The installation and finished product was perfect. Highly recommend these guys. They were all wonderful to work with.

They were great at getting me a timely estimate and then following through with getting the window made and installed. Amazing company, very professional.Dennis came out and gave me a quote to replace 2 of my front window panes that the gas had gone bad in and caused a rainbow effect. They had them ordered and where out the same week to replace them! Peter did an amazing job he was very professional, cautious of my plants under the windows and cleaned up the area very well, he even went the extra step and washed my windows inside and out. I have a commercial building that needed all of the windows replaced in Salem. It was a big job and they handled it professionally from start to finish at a very reasonable cost and on schedule.

Great company and very good work. They came in to replace a window for us and they left it just as clean as it was before they arrived and left. Great prices also.

Glass was repaired, but very unproffesional business to work with. I had glass in four large windows replaced as the glass in a large sliding door repaired. I went with Newberg Glass and Mirror because they are local, despite recieving a lower quote from another business. They communicated very poorly, I did not know when they would be coming out for measurement or repair until the day of. Then when I returned home after the repair I found broken glass in and outside of our home that was not there previously. The rollers on the sliding door were not returned to their position leaving it very difficult to open without adjustment. The handle on the sliding door was damaged from being laid on the driveway during repair. They also left the excess materials that they used to seal the windows inside and outside of the house and made no effort to clean the fingerprints and body smudges off of the windows they repaired. I was very dissapointed in the lack of professionalism shown and would caution anyone considering this business.
