The team at Xfinity were awesome to work with. Twice I have gone in to adjust my service plan or update a modem. Joy was there to guide me thru the options on adding NFL Redzone and giving me the chance to add an additional cable box to the home.I’m happy they are now in Newberg, they helped me get the ideal internet, cable package and now it’s time to watch some football.Thanks Joy and the rest of the team!

Hungry and happy employees that know they work for a giant company but bright and ingenious to know ways around the system to take care of their customers. Something the big companies can’t train for and I’m happy they are off branded and scrappy. I’m happy I switched my cell phone business and I encourage you to give them a try!

Why is there no way of finding a phone number that will directly reach this store location. I need to talk to somebody at this location. Called the 800 number and spent 30 minutes talking to a robot that wouldnt connect me to a real person no matter what i did. Side note. Service at this location is good, I just wish it was easier to get ahold of this location directly.

I went in to lower my cable bill and accomplished that. The store was clean and the people friendly.

Josh and the other store employees were SO helpful. Cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Stopped in a half an hour before closing to change my plan from internet and TV to just internet. Fast friendly service and ended up paying less than what I was paying before for faster speeds. Great group of Staff here!
