Ive worked with this company since 2003. Back then the service was so-so. But, now with the new owners - Ah-MAZING! They are creative, helpful and strive for a quick turn-around. I brought in a last minute sleeve printing job today... just before Thanksgiving. They were honest had a handful of jobs before me and may not get to it. I understood - I couldnt expect much with my short notice. THEY GOT IT DONE!! By mid afternoon!! So grateful. Such a great experience. Thank you!

4 stars due to some communication issues/lack of attention to details. For example, I clearly specified what I wanted ordered for embroidery but they ordered a similar product and not the one I had specified.

This place is amazing. We get all of our softball and football T-shirts and sweatshirts to support our kids in their sports here. Once we were missing an item and by end of the day they had the shirt made and ready for pick up! Another time we ordered the wrong size (totally our fault) and they got us a bigger size and made us a new shirt free of charge.Amazing customer service. Leann in the embroidery department is a peach to work with. She is simply amazing. Great place.

Its so handy to have this shop in Newberg. My wife makes quilts, and she can take a panel or patch to them and get it customized to make the quilt personal. Good service, good prices and good people.

Dropped off a daypack to have my sons name embroidered. Got the work done for a fair price ($10.00) and within a reasonable time, only three days. Its nice to have a local business close by in Newberg. Talking with the owner, it sounds like the business has been in town for decades.

Under new ownership. New owners know nothing about the screenprinting process and have no idea how much time is needed to print an order, resulting in orders being rushed to make deadlines and poor quality prints. Prices are way too high on average and oftentimes inks are not fully cured and flakes of after a few washes.
