Incredible buying process! My old riding lawnmower needed a bunch of work that would have cost over $1,000 of work. I made the very easy decision in getting a new riding lawnmower. But during this covid time proved very hard since apparently everyone went out and bought one before I did. Well I looked every where for one I couldnt find a good one that will mow over 2 acres and will last for at least 10 years until I went to stark street lawn and garden in Newberg. I found which model I wanted in the cub cadet online and went to stark street and Aaron set me up and let me put a deposit on the specific one I wanted. He made the buying process a breeze and he called me the next business day and told me he has the mower and its ready to be delivered. I absolutely appreciate stark street lawn and garden and Aaron for getting me a mower so quickly. And when they delivered it to the house and I got to try it out I knew I made the right choice. This mower is powerful and perfect for my piece of property. Im a happy customer! :)

I have been coming here often on for the last five years or so. But recently after the ice storm I needed assistance with purchasing a chainsaw. Aaron is the manager and he was very helpful in guiding me to the saw that was right for me.Sam was my sales person and was just as helpful and very accommodating he also was very patient and was full of information. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Stark Street lawn and Garden Newberg.

Great people, and very helpful. Bought a Cub Cadet XT2 from them a year ago and they stood behind the sale when there was a minor electrical problem early on. Just had them perform annual maintenance and upgrade the rear tires with inner tubes. Fast service, very fair price, and she was delivered back all cleaned up and looking better than new. Ordered a Mahindra Emax 20s from Stark Street Lawn and Garden in Newberg Oregon. They had the best price I could find but had exceptional customer service. Aaron was fantastic to communicate with along the entire process. Upon pickup, the tractor was clean and they were very thorough in answering my questions and ensuring it was loaded properly. I’ve made several purchases from Stark Street over the years including a Mahindra 1626 tractor, Cub Cadet riding lawn mower and several Stihl tools such as chainsaws, a brush cutter, pole saw, leaf blower, etc. to work the wooded average we live on. Great buying experience with Aaron and fair prices every time. As important, they stand behind their product and have a great service dept including Doug who seems to know everything about tractors and maintenance. They also pick up/return the tractor when it’s time for service which is convenient.

These guys are great. Ive had my J.D. X350 in for service twice recently for things that ended up being minor and they were great at explaining what was wrong and it ended up being something I overlooked. They charged me nothing and sent me on my way with a blade sharpening and an oil change and my only charge was for the oil and filter. Really? Old school customer service that you just dont find these days and mechanic Cris is extremely knowlegable and stops down to take the time to answer any of my questions. Thanks again guys!!

I bought 4 mahindra retrevier 750s from these guys, while my experience with mahindra was not the greatest, I was promised my purchased units in 3 weeks and it took 8, the store manager Aaron was great. He really went above and beyond what I would expect a normal person to do. He put a lot of effort into it and really did everything he could to keep me happy including returning every one of my calls even with bad news instead of ignoring them. I would buy from these guys over and over again just due to the great customer service. Doug in the shop was also a great guy to deal with. Thanks again.

They sell hard and do not know what they are talking about. They are convincing, but they dont really know their equipment.
