Major headaches with sofa purchase here. We returned the first sofa we purchased here because the cushions lost their shape in less than six weeks. It took two weeks of calls and emails then they tried to make us wait two months to have their repair service send someone out to evaluate the problem which was unacceptable. We made the mistake of letting them apply credit, selecting a different sofa, and waiting another week for delivery. Their delivery men tore up the back and bottom of the sofa bringing it through the door and cut the leather cushion, most likely when the covering was removed. They were not honest enough to say anything. They put the legs on and put the sofa against the wall. Luckily, my husband inspected the sofa when he got home and found the damage. He also found staples in the rug in the entry torn out of the sofa. We contacted the store to send their people back and refund or money. We were told it would take another week to send someone out. After calls to the store manager and the district manager, we did manage to get our money refunded ten weeks after our original purchase.

My new favorite place to shop for my home furnishings.. everyone is nice and friendly and respectful and I really love that and they give you one-on-one attention I love that as well so I will most definitely always have an account with with Farmers Home Furniture

In and out paid my bill

Pachia is great I would wife her if I could, there manager made me feel like I was going to steal my rental he wouldnt even let me sign contract without doing automatic payments so I believe he has no customer service skills

Terrible costumer service !! Very rude !! A cousin of mine went to get his bed set and a lady was very rude !! A guy told him after he purchased the bed set that it didn’t come with one thing !!

Furniture was not what i expected. Payments was high furniture was cheap. Im experiencing peeling that has ruined most of my couch. I paid well over $2,000 for the living room suit i notified the store and they told me there was nothing they could do. My friend is also going through the same experience at this store location. Im not happy with my service.

Horrible peoples skills. Had to wait a whole month for them to deliver main part for the bed. POOR QUALITY MATERIAL
