I had a hard time getting anyone to help me. They had almost no boats in stock, wanting to order boats (months out), rather than having anything to look at. I ended up going to another dealer in town who had hundreds of boats in stock. I found what I wanted, got a better deal, and left happy. Wilsons was nice, but no selection, no sales staff, and did not return any of my phone calls. Nice people, but save yourself some time and go somewhere else if you want a boat.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Very helpful staff, and they went the extra mile to help me resolve my issues. I scheduled my regular boat service with Charles and also asked him to repair my trim indicator and replace my anodes. I was updated on things throughout the process. A few weeks after picking up my boat it would not start. Charles met me on Saturday morning and helped me trouble shoot my issue and worked through it until we found corrosion on my battery switch which he quickly helped me resolve. I was back on the water by 10:30 that morning. Thank you Charles for your help.

Amazing, courteous, efficient customer service. I needed to purchase a new engine for my boat and called every dealer in Columbia, Lexington and Newberry for an estimate. I also requested same via the Internet for those dealers that provided this option of communication. To my great dismay, only one out of three provided that courtesy of acknowledging my request or quoted an obscene price for the same engine. Wilson patiently answered my questions, provided an extremely competitive price and called to inform me the new engine was installed and my boat ready to be picked up within three days. There was no hard sell, attempt to up-sale or offer of un-needed services but simply a professional job done at the quoted price. I highly recommend Wilson Marine.
