I needed a new windshield for my 1986 Jaguar XJSC ( Rare Classic Car ) Donna was able to find a replacement within hours. They contacted me and made me aware of some imperfection in the trim and cloth top prior to doing any work, which I quickly acknowledged. The owner told me he had 51 years of experience and that the car would leave in much better condition than it arrived. I just picked up the car today and I was very pleased with the professional quality work. Not only did he replace the windshield but he fixed the dents in the chrome molding, shined all the chrome, touched-up the paint on the windshield wipers and reset the upper trim to the proper location and now the car looks GREAT.. This is what I call EXCELLENT Customer service !!!!!!!.. I highly recommend Newburgh Auto glass.. Thanks for a job well done !!!

There was some damage left on my car and they refused to accept responsibility. Some of the trim on the new windshield was not correct on the car. They said drop it off and well glue it. Not happy at all. Will tell my friends to go to another company.
