I live in Puerto Rico the walgreen in Cabo Rojo 5 star.

Would rate 0 if possible! The service here is unacceptable. My fiancé went in as a fedex drop off & while on his last stop, he encountered a gentleman with a thick accent. The man was asking for help as he was completing a door dash order, my fiancé noticed 2 women in gray who seemed to be managers one of them named Laura, laughing at the man telling him NO THEY COULD NOT HELP HIM FIND THE PRODUCTS, while my fiancé actually stopped to see what was going on to see if he could help the man, the ladies actually told my fiancé to GO ON AND NOT HELP HIM! My fiancé with good heart actually stopped and helped the gentleman find all the items. He told the man to report them as well. Do not plan on getting ever going here again!

I stopped by the pharmacy to get a flu shot today and I was told that they were leaving for lunch in 10 minutes and couldnt help me until they came back. Im not really sure what they think of when considering customer service but this is certainly is not it. I have consistently had trouble with their pharmacy department for years and had switched to medical arts pharmacy. Im glad I switched to them and will go there for my flu shot instead.

The manager here is a thief. He’s constantly selling items that have ‘fallen off the truck’ to the neighbors. Someone should look into this.

10 minutes waiting for pharmacy to answer phone, always waiting at drive up.

Calling into the pharmacy is the worst, I just sat on the line for 30 minutes and the recording is still saying there is 3 callers ahead of me. Time to find another pharmacy.

Extremely rude head pharmacist. Don’t plan on getting a “walk in” flu shot. Even when there are four people working the pharmacy and no one in line they are apparently “short staffed” and “don’t have time for flu shots”. If I could give zero stars for a review I would. Never going back here. EVER.

The new crew in the pharmacy is terrible! Anytime I go there it is at least thirty to forty minute wait. They don’t know familiar faces. Not sure what happened to the older crew. But bring them back. Lines moved quicker and just looking at you they remembered your name. This new group of youngsters need to be removed from this location. If not I’ll take my business else where and forfeit the Two minute drive

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The pharmacy staff would be better suited wearing shirts saying please go away we care not to attend to you. my only confusion is that its obvious you hate the public. OK understood. But than why are you working there??? There couldnt possibly be a way you were dragged out of your home..... treat the public with respect or find something suitable for yourself in which does not entail being RUDE.

Keeps pharmacy patients out of the loop, always rude when asked questions, and Ive never had a good experience here.

I called to get my prescription filled was put on hold for over 17 minutes, than was hung up on.called again put on hold for over 25 minutes, than hung upon again. Called the main store and guess what, was put on hold again, 5 minutes later an associate picks up in the pharmacy. When I tell her what happened she gives me an attitude and calls me deary.how unprofessional can a business be.im done with Walgreens.

Ive been coming here for over a year and every time I call ahead and wait for over 2 hours before coming to pick them up and then i still have to wait because they arent done. It apparently takes a pharmacist over half an hour just to verify 3 scripts, which is ridiculous especially when the drive through is empty and im the only one picking up. The selections for regular products isnt great either, and rather expensive compared to other local pharmacies

The biggest virus hygiene offense I have observed so far was at this pharmacy (where all the sick people end up!).In order to get a prescription one needs to type your zip code into a number pad. Ane sick person after another. There were no disposable pens for it or gloves or wipes or even a warning. Shame on you Wallgreens. There CEO was boasting about all the big help they will provide. Nothing. In their own store.

Sent email to corporate office of Walgreens’s regarding previous post. Was told I would be contacted by manager of the store. This never happened.

Outside and interior doorway is littered with trash.The front greenery is overgrown, worndown filled with trash, rock wall still hasnt been repaired.This used to be a nice new addition, sadly its no longer.The property owner should be ashamed.

Worst pharmacy ever I am never going back there again had to sit there over an hour when my prescription was ready and they were also being discriminatory of me being transgender the farmers literally was laughing at me never ever ever going there again

Always a pleasure shop here. They have everything I need when I need it. Can be alittle expensive but you CAN NOT best the prices when they have sales. Extremely clean and employees are always Pleasant and helpful. There photo shop is well run with knowledgeable people.

I placed an order for photo thank you cards online and the machine broke in the store to print them and I was not given a phone call or email to inform me of this even though I got an email saying my cards were done. It happened two times in a row. I asked if I could re-send the order to a different store which they allowed me to do but I was told I could get refunded for the money at that store which turned out not to be true. I was given the runaround by the employees and it was a complete hassle for me. Not once was I given an apology for the hassle of driving back and forth to the two different stores 3 different times. Complete disrespect for the customer!

Horrible experience. At least 3 people behind the pharmacy and I still waited a long time. Lack of self awareness. Better go up to the counter numerous times and ask if your prescription is filled otherwise you are dead in the water...no pun intended.....

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Frank in the photo department made sure our family knew what a bother it was for him to do passport photos for us. No worries, we’ll never be back and I’d suggest not setting foot into this location.

Actually a 3.5 . Have always found Pharmacy staff polite personable neat & well groomed & helpful chief complaints In this area would think enough commerce to keep open late especially Saturdays which is when often needing meds. The other is their Automated phone service It often doesn’t understand me & Im a born & raised New Yorker from Yonkers & even when using the key pad I often need to key in numbers 2-3 times

This establishment needs to be shutdown immediately. All of the employees are rude and are of no help. Man with the glasses and beard is the absolutely worst!!!!!!!! NOTHING IS IN THE RIGHT SPOT OR IS THE ACCURATE PRICE. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW.

Horrible workers at this location only dotty the elderly lady that worked as a cashier was so sweet and nice friendly the manager with short hair a woman follows me around the store all the time I have been a Walgreens customer since 1996 I always spend a lot of money there for many years now they should really be ashamed of themselves how they have treated me in this store

The individuals working in the PHARMACY at Walgreen serve their company, they do not serve individuals- you are just a number they have to knock off their list.I have had great experiences with the regular staff there. It seems to only be the workers in the Pharmacy at Walgreens in Newburgh, NY, which have absolutely no care or respect for you as a person.Dont bother speaking with the manager, she is the absolute worst, operating without a kind or understanding nature.RiteAid is right across the street, I would highly encourage you to spend your money at the RiteAid pharmacy instead.

Worst pharmacy ever !! They have no clue i was a rite Aide North Plank customer then walgreens bought them. They are the worst in customer service. Please stop buying rite Aides they are a 1000 times beter. The bigger the chain the customer service decreases exponentially. Horrible horrible
