After searching local stores and multiple sources online we stopped by Ethan Allen in Newburgh on a whim. We were greeted with personal, very friendly and attentive service by everyone we encountered.Rhonda guided us through the beautifully presented settings to exactly what we were looking for and then patiently assisted with selecting fabric or leather.With an assist from Elizabeth with paperwork we ordered two recliners and ended our search. So far quite a satisfying experience.Two weeks less than the expected delivery date we got white glove delivery from Ethan Allen. Recliners are perfect, our entire experience first class from the moment we entered the showroom to final delivery.

I have purchased many pieces from this particular store throughout the last decade. Customer service is fantastic and the delivery people are wonderful. Ethan Allen furniture is superb. It is very high quality and beautiful. No other furniture company compares in my opinion.
