Vanessa helped me change my plan and get 3 new phones. Her service was amazing!! She helped find us discounts, transferred our contacts and photos, put cases and glass protectors on. Iβm a loyal costumer to this store & to AT&T company, but 4 weeks ago I went to the store to upgrade my phone but Zakari messed up my account and the service on all the devices I have under my account, I have to call 611 every 2 days to fix something on the devices and they are not short calls, they last 2-3 hours I do not have the time to be on the phone that longer, they need to be more careful with what they do & more training probably would be helpful .
Changing providers and getting a new phone is always very stressful for me. Zakary was very patient with my son and I and made sure everything was set before we left. It took a very long time, as it always does, but he was very knowledgeable about the process. When I had numerous questions about the five page bill I received today, Zachary took the time to explain it even though I was frustrated and took off the item I did not ask for.
I enjoyed my visit today I did an upgrade and added a new line. Vanessa took good care of me as always and issue or question I go to her sheβs always welcomes me with a smile and ready to get down to business.

The team at this AT&T store is amazing! I stopped in awhile ago and sat down with Rudy who took an enormous amount of time to review plans and phones with me. He was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. When I returned recently to complete my purchase, Nancy picked up where Rudy left off and provided EXCELLENT customer service. She was extremely professional and informative. Gilbert completed the transaction with a good sense of humor despite the unbelievable problems I encountered with Sprint while transferring service.I would definitely recommend this location for caring for cellular needs. She was a very sweet girl. I asked her about screen protector because the last phone I got (S10) I was told I didnt need one. 3 days later my screen cracked. She brought me different protectors to choose from. I needed help setting my phone up becuase Im not that tech savvy. The last person I dealt with, Gilbert HernΓ‘ndez, I believe was his name. Was phenomenal. I may have gotten his name wrong. It was a while ago. He was super amazing though. Anyway! She didnt even offer to setup my new phone. I just needed a little help logging in and redownloading apps. I think her name was Stephanie or Jennifer. Something generic. Funny how I remebered Gilberts name, but not hers. Just called the store to verify his name and it was Gilbert.
So amazing and great ! i had to make a second google account just to eat the world know how amazing this att is!!!! zak helped me and my boyfriend while two other people came in and wanted to be helped by him! heβs so popular, calm and collected. he helped everyone in a timely fashion. no one was mad and no one fought anyone. i would come here again every day of the year to buy a new phone ( if i had the money to) just to give yβall business
I recently had a phone emergency, I talked to customer service on the phone and they told me I had to come into the store, they couldnt help me online, I had to come into the store. I repeat, they told me there is no way I could resolve this online, over the phone, I had to come into the store. During this time, Post Covod-19 world. Customer service in a Social distancing world. I thought this company is safe, I can go in it would be fine. Surely it would just be a quick fix, surely they would understand. I did not want to go in but I was told I had to. Doors were locked, they are essentiall enough to be open but they hide behind the glass doors. They greet me behind the glass and they inform me they cant help me . They laughed at my misfortune rather than help me. They say I have to call customer service on the phone to resolve my issue. I did not understand why they laughed at me behind the door. In this day and age all I wanted to do was find out why my phone wasnt working. If you are still reading this review you might be confused. Why couldnt they just help me on the phone, they are a phone company. AT&t is behind the times. I switched to Verizon phone service and customer service is above and beyond.

Ultimate in knowledge for programs and services. Gilbert, set me straight since I was all fired up over not being able to get a better plan same fee. As described from the online support I got a few weeks ago. I being unsure exactly what was a better plan. Gilbert remained calm and reviewed my old plan compared to other plans and knew right away what could and was the solution. Gilbert was solution oriented in assisting me. I left a happy customer. With a better plan as offered to me from my online customer support a few weeks ago.2thumbs up for Gilbert!I hope the rest of the staff is just like Gilbert!

110% AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Not going to go into details but Daniel who helped me pick a iPhone 11 Pro Max this morning, switch from Verizon (who has a dead-zone in Salisbury Mills where I live now) and manage the store with the new social distancing and customer policy (he was pretty much alone this morning). Not to mention dealing with all of the technical details that go into all of this made my experience AMAZING, relaxed, stress free and actually fun (do I dare say fun?).I actually asked him if this was his regular store to work because I will only work with him and request him by name moving forward. Cant thank him enough for getting me all set up and making sure that everything was working correctly. Even forecasting some items and double checking on the port from Verizon (which didnt port so another great catch by him!!!) He is worthy of TEN STARS but they only have five as the max.

Gilbert worked with my husband for over an hour and made the transition from another carrier to AT&T more than flawless. My wife and I came into the store looking to get a new ipad. Mike was very helpful he looked over our bill he explained everything so that we understood. We ended up getting a ipad and a galaxy tablet. Great store and people also felt comfortable that they are following the covid-19 guidelines.

Went in for device help. They said they couldnt help there was a known problem with the device I just bought there a week before. Asked why they didnt let me know when they sold it. No good answer. Called tech support and they got it up and running. Guess they dont know their own product in the store.

Poor customer service on my May 30th visit.I need and new phone and was not allowed in store to make my own selection. The first phone the Agent brought out was defective- she said. Then left me for more than 20 mins waiting in my car without an update.. While at the same time other customers are walking in the store and no one us asking them to wait outside. Finally got my new phone but was told they are too busy to transfer over. Agent argued with me when I asked how is it that the gentle man next to me was assisted with transfer his service she said it did not happen and asked where would he have gitten Wi-Fi? From his new phone. No? Then I was not given a bag for my new phone.
No wait, personable agents...no pressure to buy, all decisions made were mine.
I run a movie site as well as a food blog and other online enterprises and Danny and his team at ATT in Newburgh have taken care of all my networking needs, from phones for my team and dtv to keep up on shows and movies as well as hot spots for our laptops and tablets as well. Extremely Horrible horrible horrible customer service I was standing there for approximately 15 minutes I understand they only had two employees working but at least a good morning and Iβll be with you in a sec wouldβve been helpful they even didnβt acknowledge and to top it off they both ignored me and other customers that were there... so I left and the other 3 customers that where there followed.... not good at all AT&T, I would recommend they all get re-train on how to greet a customer upon arrival because man they suck
Worst place ever! They barely acknowledge customers when they walk in. Waiting customers were telling new customers where to sign in. We waited 45 minutes and didnβt even get to speak with anyone. I honestly donβt know what the sales representatives do thereβ¦ They just tap away on the iPad at a snailβs pace, and what should take 10 minutes seems to take a ridiculous amount of time every time. Never going back. Will do all my transactions online from now on. 2 people working on a Sunday?

When I walked in there was no one there to greet me. I didnt know who worked there since some employees had street clothes on(No At&t shirt on). Once I was assisted by Miriam, I was very pleased. She was kind and courteous and hooked me up with a great promotion from SAMSUNG, which I had some difficulties figuring out. The store was nice and clean they just need to work on there customer greetings.
Absolutely horrible experience. I want in to the location to have my new Galaxy watch activated on LTE network. My wife had just gotten it for me yesterday for my birthday and she wanted me to get it hooked up. I was in the store for over 2 hours and left without the watch activated. Not only that but the representative was very very inexperienced and the customer service was terrible. he reset my watch back to default settings before even asking if I add downloaded anything additional to the watch which I had. after he reset the watch is when he said you didnt have anything on there did you? He reset the phone in attempt to try to locate the IMEI number which I told him was listed under the software information but he did not listen and proceeded to reset my watch to default anyway. Then simply said oh you can just re-download everything. now all of my settings are changed and Im missing all the apps that I purchased last night and they are not all on my phone as he said they would be. I was told I would be contacted by AT&t in the next 24 hours to get the phone issue results. I still not quite sure what the issue was to get the watch activated. anyway it was a terrible experience and I just had to get it out about how upset I am right now. I will never go to that location again and I do not recommend or will recommend anyone going there either.

Worst mistake i ever made. They have given me the run around for hours over paying off my disconnect fee! Service getting the phone was great, but as soon as you sign they forget all about service! Now stand to lose $532!!!! Would give negative stars if i could

Horrible horrible horrible! Very disappointing customer service. I asked the difference between the iPhone XS and XR. The young lady helping knew nothing about the phones. Just one is cheaper than the other. I asked about the camera specs and was told to look it up cause that is what other people do. Donβt waste your time going into this store. I am so disappointed i even have to leave a star to actually complete a review. When we arrived in the store the entire staff ignored us, and we waited at least 10 minutes and was then approached by one of the rudest individuals of any! Establishment Ive entered. Because I previously purchased the new Ipad through my sister in laws account, I began with asking if there was any accessories available for that particular Ipad and she immediately interrupted my sentence by saying You would have to have a plan with us she assumed that was information I needed to know;however had she been trained or had the decency to ask questions to be educated on how to assist me further, she would already have known we were in fact in a plan, as well as been with AT&T for over 10 years. Anywho I move along and the experience gets worst. She would constantly assume answers without listening and had zero clue as to what I was asking her. It became such a difficult task that my significant other became fustrated with just listening to how rude and clueless she was to the extent we decided to leave and Not upgrade our phone and pay off balance as well as add a tablet to our plan. Actually Im so displeased that I no longer want to be a memeber as this is NOT! The first time AT&T had screwed my bill up or had associates completely clueless. There are some great associates there and weve had some great experience with previous associates but this was just so unpleasant I just never want to visit this location again.

Should you be lucky enough to get someone to acknowledge your existence they dont have the knowledge to help you. And God forbid you try and reach them on the phone! Called relentlessly for 20 minutes - nothing! Nobody is that busy. Totally useless!

This store has very poor customer service. Just purchased a charger that we felt was over priced return less than 5 minutes later to get a refund and they placed my elderly mom on a waiting list for a return. Seriously? Why dont they have a counter for returns? They act as if they are the Apple Store. Their employees are on their phones doing other things besides work. No one can take a minute for a simple return? Instead of looking around and doing nothing? Insulting, unprofessional and very poor customer service. Will be contacting corporate.

Terrible Customer Service. I have been calling the store number all day and not once did any employee answer the phone. To make matters worse when i visited the store the phone was ringing and no one answered. I called because I wanted to know the price of a replacement phone charger. If it was cheaper than the Apple website i would buy it there . Needless to say my issue was resolved but no thanks to the AT&T staff in Newburgh.
My wife had a problem with her phone and took it to the Poughkeepsie AT&T where no one would help her . She was told she would have to call AT&T and do it herself . When we took it to Kim from the Newburgh store she took care of everything with a smile on her face . Kim is really great and very knowledgeable on all phones. I definitely recommend her at the Newburgh store for any new phone purchase
