I have placed several orders from the Newburgh New York store. The arrangements are always beautiful and delicious. The staff is always very helpful and kind. Melinda has gone above and beyond to make sure that my orders have been delivered on time. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a Father’s Day platter and they never delivered it. I was a very special gift both my boys saved their money to buy their dad a platter as a gift. I have them both really upset and crying. Around 3 pm I called and had someone tell me it’s out for delivery we have over 100 orders today. I understand that. They said by 5 pm call back. I called back and quesadilla what the store was closed. Thanks for ruining a special day especially for my kids..

Edible Arrangements in Newburgh has gone above and beyond for my clients. I wanted a rather large arrangements that I wanted to personally deliver and they took care of it for me quickly and made it beautiful. My client loved it and even called me again to thank me after I delivered it!

Third time that I have received a gift from this place, couldnt give much of a review on the first two orders since I didnt actually eat them BUT this one, delivered at 9:30 on Christmas Eve, well who knew that pineapple could be both mushy and dry (must have come from two different ones) apples that were dipped in chocolate perfectly hides the brown rot in the flesh of the fruit, and the worst tasting strawberries on the planet. Maybe they took too many orders over extending themselves or maybe their overall quality is poor either way I hope to never receive another delivery such a waste of money.

I ordered flowers, strawberries and a balloon for Mother’s Day for my friend. They never delivered the flowers, they only delivered the strawberries and balloon and I paid over $100 for the order and paid extra for same day delivery. I am unable to reach the store or anyone at edible arrangements. I will never use this shop ever again. They messed up something that was supposed to be special.

Love going in after work and getting a box of strawberries and bananas. My wife loves the bananas. Melinda was so helpful and she was able to make the arrangement that was perfect for my wife’s birthday

This is for a online order review... order nearly $300 in arrangements for valentines day 6 days before. When arrived it was all good.. BUT it was delivered at almost 7pm and they are only 10 mins away from our hhome. Look I get it its a holiday but having to wait all day 5o give your wife a arrangement on valentines day thats not going to go over well. Pick up only for now on if its a holiday.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on February 13th. I attempted to call the Newburgh location’s number to get an idea of when it would be delivered and provide specific details for delivery as it is to a school. The phone was not answered all day and the voicemail said to call the same number that wasn’t answering! Terrible customer service. And I am left confused as to if my order is even being made!

What time do they really open?? Here it is 9:06 am and the recording says that they open up at 8 AM and have not turned on their phones yet!!! I want to know where my order I places went 2!!

Killer smoothies! They also have happy hour prices during the week from 2pm to 5pm with discounted smoothies and snacks. Just REMIND them or you will get charged full price! Happy hour sale sign is in the front window.

I have to give edible arrangements and the employee I spoke to Alex 5++ on the stars. I ordered an arrangement for my anniversary when it arrived it had some unexpected visitors inside with the fruit. My partner is afraid of almost everything especially bugs. Long story short I spoke to alex she was very understanding I guess they could see Im a long time customer without any issues or complaint . When my girlfriend arrived to drop off the original arrangement a freshly made uninhabited arrangement was waiting. I think that was excellent and I have to say great job from alex and edible arrangements Im a customer for life.

Very rude employees! Went in store to order. Was told order would take 30-45 min. Waited in my car outside the store the whole time. Waited about 40 min then tried to go inside and the door was locked. Called numerous times just to get voicemail. Left voicemail no call back. Waited over a half hour before someone finally answered the phone. When the employee opened the door she was not pleasant at all and just shooed me off mockingly telling me to have a good. Horrible business practice to lock doors in middle of business hours and then show no remorse for doing so and having a customer wait outside. Worst customer service. Then I read other reviews and see Im not the only one who feels they have piss poor service!

I submitted an order online to pick up an arrangement this morning and selected a pick up time. I walked into the shop to retrieve the arrangement about 15 minutes before pickup time and they first told me my order was pending. The employee confirmed the status of the order with another lady who works there and said the chocolate is drying. I asked how long it would take for it to dry and they said it will take as long as it takes until my original pickup time. So I waited in my car and walked back inside for another attempt to pick up the order. I bring the arrangement to its destination only to finally realize there werent nearly as much fruit as its supposed to. I spent $117 for an arrangement for something that was only halfway decent.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Yesterday morning I had ordered my mom a Mother’s day fruit basket to have delivered to her job and had called to see when it would get delivered to make sure it was to her before she left work... well the lady told me it’s scheduled between 2:30-4:30 I told her ok the sooner the better as my mom gets off at 4:30 she said she would talk to the delivery driver. Now my mom ended up staying at work u til around 4:45 and when she got to work the next day the lady at the front desk said they did not deliver until 8PM and because of that, the basket had to be out all night until my mom got it the next morning. HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE THAT YOU GET CHARGED $15 for!

They honestly have a mice problem one of them ran over my foot and I saw mice poop on the counters and smoothies bar, its horrible, when you go in the morning for a refreshing smoothie but see rat droppings everywhere bc they are to lazy to clean its sad
