Best pilot experience.. Clan bathrooms, good food, self cashier 😎🎉

I need receipts, would like to just pump my gas, get receipt and go. There is always problem and I end up having to go inside and sometimes wait on line to get a receipt.

There arent too many truck stops in this region. This one is a little on the small side, but if you get here early you ought to be able to get decent parking. Place was reasonably clean. Staff very friendly.Arbys on site and a great diner across the street.

Good prices on fuel and lots of stuff that you may need along the road for travelers and truckers shower and others for those in need.

For a small truck stop it wasnt bad and lacking in the usual ways. Cleanliness both in the store at the pumps and in the connected Arbys was below par but no surprise.Parking design was limited to the snap of the property which was pretty narrow for a truck stop. Pretty tight spots and having to circumvent the entire parking area to get to the diesel pumps was fun. Not really!Staff here although friendly is on auto pilot.Just grabbed supper at the Arbys and was nice to be able to use my Pilot rewards card to pay for supper. Not happy about my eat in meal shoved at me in 2 to go bags. Oh Well!Going to eat my meal inside and take a shower in the morning and see how that goes.

Visited 3 yrs ago, went running and lady gave me some 45 pound dumbbells 1/2 mile from the truck . Good workout that day and showers were available lol!

Great employees clean. But you can stick your self check out $&@$. Never use them.

Parking lot is a little on the tight side. Staff are friendly, and courteous. Arbys could do better. Thats a decent price to pay for only a little bit of meat on your sandwich.

Its a clean place. Parking lot fairly maintained. Too much reserve spots. Arby.s 🚗 backs up but so do the fuel islands in the U turn of horror lol. Gett your 📷 s ready .. Dog friendly walk the whole lot twice 0.85 mi.. Saw a driver jogging in the parking lot. Awesum sauce. Staff was nice lovely tone. Lounge is no lounge waiting area for laundry.🚿. Basic

2017-08-28 truck parking is tight and fuel alleys as well. Non parking designated areas are limited to 3 hrs max. I f you are a HALAL FOODS eater, they sell Halal meat choices in your deli menu. Very professional employees.

Worst BAD 👎truck stop. To park at accidents daily at this truck stop. Parking very tight you have to work your magic to park in these spots

I normally use the Newburgh NY Travel Center. Lately this store is running some of scam using a card reader. On several occasions they stole over $500 off of my fuel card. I reported it to the company I work for. They issued me a new fuel card and they stole all the money off of my card again.

What can I say.. only Arbys for 20 Miles. Yes I drive 29 Mikes for Arbys 😂😂

This Pilot J is not RV friendly. A different one in PA had a lane specific to trucks pulling an RV with 87 and 89 fuel. Here we had to unhitch, fill up then reattach the the RV.

Got lucky and found parking for 10 hour break.

Extremely clean showers for such a busy truck stop. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside is how busy they are and limited parking. Rough place for your 10 hours off because of how loud it gets in the lot with trucks in and out all night.

Staff are courteous and non-invasive. Showers are clean and hot. Coffee bar has all the right creamers. Parking lot is a mess. Lines at the fuel aisle are constant.

Pulled in and saw a Pilot employee directing traffic. Ive never seen that ANYWHERE. Only issue Id have with Pilot overall, not just this location, is reserved parking. Why charge $18 when you know were going to spend money inside? It should be if you spend X amount in the store reserved parking is free.

They are nasty and rude to you told me to leave store and theyre not allowed to talk to me, cause of the cominest people they are. If your cominest theyll treat you with respect if your not theyll kick you out of store and be flat out nasty and rude to you. Casher even came up and took cup of coffee rite out of my hand accusing me of being there before which I havent, and was told to ln leave and that their not allowed to talk to me cause Im not wearing cominest face muzzle. So much for the talk on their friendliness.

Being homeless, this place is great! No issues showing up there after dark to sleep in the parking lot (as long as you have a vehicle). Quiet and no hassle from the man. Wake up whenever and go inside to get something to eat or drink, or for 12 bucks you can take a shower! Very nicePrivate full bathrooms with no time limits. Go ahead and use them. Feel normal again. Soap and towels are provided.

This location is actually only average for Pilot as a company, but above average for pilot in the NE region.Bigger than average lot, reserved spots are honored and enforced. Clean lot, restrooms, and thoroughly clean showers. Expect a wait for the showers.No fresh food buffet. I was looking forward to pot roast when I chose pilot, but the only food at this location is Arbys.

Horrible customer service. No desire to compensate for showers being out of service. Not clearly posted outside that showers are out of service.

Pilot is the best truck stop there is. Kind an welcoming staff. Fresh food always with lots of items to choose from. Get your self a pilot card.!!! You can earn free stuff when purchasing gas.

Been driving over the road since 1999 . Stopped here numerous times . Tight parking, pumps constantly blocked . Usually not too dirty inside . To be treated in such a manner for not wearing a face mask i will never use these facilities ever again . Manager could have said we sell them up front instead of telling my wife and I we needed to leave. Guess my fuel purchase of $400 a fillup isn’t needed at this location anymore.

No masks on in this place. Going to be a covid breeding ground. Will no longer be stopping here due to safety concerns.

Limited parking an fuel station is always packed but all in all a great place

Staff is nice, but with its location its busy. Truck parking can fill quickly. The Arbys is a nice touch. Showers are clean and the water is hot, with good pressure. Coffee is always fresh.

Tight parking new York prices but the nicest manager ever seen pretty clean showers. And Im glad they got on people for not wearing a mask good job

The employees here are nice to the customers and I’ve been here doing a 34hr reset. I was given a free shower credit, even after insisting I pay for my shower and not having any on my card and I also exchanged a T-shirt that was to big and there was a price difference on the item being exchanged. The debit card reader wasn’t working properly for the transaction so the manager was very polite and just did an even exchange due to the card reader error.

Dont know why the gas prices are in a little better there. Usually have a good time Arbys this time no shake out of my sandwich. But usually great

Busy truck stop. Nice store and very good food at Arbys. Drivers room with cable, and laundry, showers here also. Parking can be tight, paid row or free row directly across as you come in your best bet on arrival and departure because everyone is in line for fuel on the other side. I had a good day here in spite of the northern, cold, drizzle!

The truckstop itself is fine, typical Pilot, The parking however is very tight, I dont recommend parking here as Ive been here 2 hours and already been backed into twice!

Fuel islands needed cleaned.. Trash thru store could be take out.. Coffee needs to be fresh not old... Customer service was the best

Arbys connected to the gas station! Nice convenience store! This is actually a popular truck stop with everything a truck driver needs. Specially constructed to accommodate large tractor trailers!

Average truck stop expectations truck parking fills up rather quick. The Stewart Airport Diner across the road allows truck parking in the back they are open 24 hours great home cooked meal at a better then ta or Petro dinner price, highly recommend.

This is a very well run facility. Most times I stop here, its fairly busy. The employees get you in and out efficiently. Never had a bad experience here. All the employees are very professional and courteous.

This is a very nice rest area. Theres an Arbys inside which has excellent service. The convenience store has a large variety of items and has friendly staff

Extremely convenient, lots of bays for fuel so theres never a wait, prices are always good and on top of that if Youre a Good Sam member you get $0.05 off a gallon. Its so nice to have one right near where I live as I always look for them when I travel. They have great stores and all kinds of food for people on the go.

Great place to grab a quick bite and fill up on gas prices that are COMPETITIVE And Staff are very HELPFUL. The manager is a absolutely wonderful little ladie and HardWorking at that. Seen her Jump from the freezer stocking items to showers cleaning when others are busy within the hour. I stop by quite often on my breaks and just relax in a hot shower after a long morning landscaping.Very spotless too.~General

Arbys food always hot. Fair prices and lots of variety. Quick service. Order always correct. The truck stop store has lots of things from electronics, hats, pastries and tons of beverages at reasonable prices.

Bathrooms could use some attention every time I go seems like. When your through fueling up with diesel and if you are in the far left pump lane you are screwed until everyone moves because of small pump area. Parking is tight but manageable. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Many applause for the manager at Arbys here. Hes a very hands on person. A personable presence when ordering or being served here. Clean showers. Convenient off of I 84.

There was 5-7 people in line... One cashier but the 2 other employees jumped right in to help immediately. Never a 100% sure way to get customers in and out as there are many aspects to their job. Smiles a great attitudes made it better.

Very clean and friendly Pilot Travel Center. Anthony was especially kind and helpful.The showers and bathrooms were very clean.The parking lot is a bit tight and there are a lot of reserved . The grounds are very well maintained.The convenience store is well stocked with a variety of goods, and has a Wendy’s attached to the store.

Take a pic of the signs on the foor they gonna try to tell u that their signs say ur mask needs to be hand free but the signs DO NOT say that anywhere and the signs in arbys says u can cover ur face with ANY cloth. Thats why this place gets only 3 stars check your signs before telling someone to leave and get a mask when they have their mouth and nose covered and being hands free. I mean they gotta hold the cloth to their face even better they cant touch anything.

There can be a wait for some services at time but pilot is absolutely great for the amenities they offer the showers are always clean and maintained the water is hot and the pressure is strong as a shower should be the on site washers and dryers make it even better

Parking here isn’t the easiest with spread axle or 53’ trailers or over dimensional loads. Paid parking is usually the easiest here. Showers are clean, store is clean, staff is friendly. Arby’s is spot on, fast, friendly and clean.

Employees are nice & whatsoever but its so tight in here. Ive witnessed a truck ripping off a front bumper from this other truck that pulled up after fueling diesel. Make sure youre equipped with a dash cam before arriving here.

Arby’s was nice! That’s about the only positive thing about this place.The truck parking lot is just laid out strangely. I’m not sure what it is but somehow they have minimized the space to make it difficult to back into these spots. I had a slight struggle getting into my spot. Another driver backing into a spot in front of me scuffed my grille. And I awoke the next morning to see a truck two spots down with pieces of his bumper and grill all over the parking lot.The evening staff in Pilot was nice enough but once morning shift came around, those people were just rude.The one cashier woman even shoved her way around me getting my coffee made to pour her milk into a microwaveable mac n cheese cup. She ate it behind the counter as she range me up. She also rolled her eyes dramatically when I asked politely for my receipt.Will surely avoid this place next time I come through.

Washer # 2 broken, asked to get refund. These units are .$25 more then any other Pilot at $2.75. I ended up having to hunt the guy in charge for the refund. He became very upset with me that I was asking for my money back and kept telling me there outsourced as he walked away.Im supposed to re enter my credit card and request a refund will see how many days this takes....This guy really needs some more training he did not handle the situation well at all...

Its ok. But parking is limited and tight. Lots of backing accidents and damaged equipment

My dad loves it for the coffee, but when I go and the two out of three times I have had coffee there they didnt have what I was looking for, so I stopped buying and tag along with the man of the hour. I do enjoy that the staff is friendly. Im just not waiting 15-45minutes to get what I want.

Please take down the maximum 3 hrs limit signs surrounding your truck stop. I understand is no longer the case. Tight backings but if you come early when parking is not full you won’t encounter this problem just take your time and goal as many times as you can especially newbies.Bye.

Probably the best place to stop and stock up on drinks, snacks, tobacco products and/or just about anything needed for a trip on the road. Staff is quite polite and helpful.

Clean and modern bathrooms. Good prices without any gimmicky requirements of rewards participation. Its quite convenient to I-84 and located just right for my first stop on the way to visit family.

Coffees okay wish they would offer some flavorings or just something! Place is clean, staff could put in a little more effort into greeting customers & conducting transactions, gas prices used to be lower compared to other local stations. Cant wait for Cumberland Farms to reopen!

On the road at 6:23 p.m. stopped for 16 hours to take a shower. He said he couldnt take a shower from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m. because he was alone at the gas station. That attitude towards professional drivers Ive never met, I just dont recommend it

Love pilot. They have food, gas and a selection of neat things to buy.

A nice place to stop and get gas, snacks, and use the restroom. Their restrooms were nice and clean as well as up to date (didnt have to touch anything). Staff was very nice!

I was treated so poorly today just because I didnt have a mask on. The lady was rude and after I paid with my Pilot points the cashier flung my card on the ground so I had to pick it up off the dirty floor. People have gone to far and think they can treat people however they want. Lets not leave out that she called me ignorant for not wearing a mask. Many scientists have said the masks dont help so unless she is smarter than a scientist I dont really care to hear her opinion.

There parking lot fills up quick so plane ahead with reserved parking especially if you arrive after 3.There lot is small and theres debris on ground from parking collisions. Facility has nice staff and showers. And restaurant across street for additional parking free if you eat there

Twice now we have been hit while parked at this place, what are the freaking odds of thst!? Last night the cashiers were all up on me. All I wanted to do was pee and stretch my legs, do some shopping after hours on the road. First they send a cashier in the bathroom to see what Im doing!? Then while Im shopping a cashier approaches me asking if I need help when I clearly did not. She stayed right there beside me while I shopped trying to converse like I was her friend or something. I bought everything I walked out with thank you very much! Im not a thief, lot lizard or anything else other than a wife and mother so excuse you and your rudeness!The handicap shower was nice but it doesnt have a shower wand. Water was hot, pressure was descent. I do hope they replace the shower wand.Only 2 washing machines. The card reader for laundry is broken but they do not even have an out of order sign on it. The entire time I was doing laundry I was being watched!? Truck drivers do have wives and there are female drivers in case you werent aware. So please stop treating females like lot lizards and thieves.

Typical tiny parking lot and moderate amount of diesel pumps. If youre leaving the state soon, DO NOT BUY TOBACCO at this or any location in New York state. A package of Red Man and a tin of Skoal set me back over $22 and the same purchase in most other states totals half that. Im not using that in calculating the rating, just passing along a helpful hint.The few times Ive been here, the place has always been clean and well stocked and the staff have been friendly.

Whoever designed this place must not have a job anymore. Very poorly set up, trash everywhere. You have to wait for the long line of trucks to.move to get out of your spot. The shower was disgusting. Not much parking out here but would not recommend.

The attached arbys was great. The man working the window was brilliant. Professional and friendly. Give him a raise. The gas station was fine.

Been eating Arbys For over 40 years. My son enjoys his birthday Arbys every year and cannot stay away in-between!This year, my son and husband celebrated birthday brunch. First time one of the buns was sooooo hard, it was inedible. The rest was grand as always.

They have the best dark roast on the planet and they have pretty much everything but the kitchen sink .. They may have that too.

Good store

Pilot no longer cares about drivers and those who spend enormous amounts of money at their stores. When I switch fuel cards I will be free from their stores. They dont patrol their parking lots, their employees are unfriendly and seem put off that they have to take care of you. The prices are high, the parking stinks, there is trash all over the place and when you complain youre treated like youre the issue. This particular location will never see me again.

Good location, friendly staff, clean facility. They now have Organic coffee, way cheaper than leading chain coffee establishments

The young man cashier was friendly and helpful. He helped us get fuel when the cars would not read. Which was very a very big pain in the rear.

Good area and the track parking are in the backside or behind the gass pumps you will see an arrow follow it will take you to the parking lot.

Small but good for the area. I wouldnt bet on parking after 2pm any day of the week. Fuel island is a little tight. Store is nice.

Pulled up to Diesel fuel pump today, not working, should have had a bag over handle. Pulled around out back where the big rigs fuel up, TT unit in front of us just sat there, had to ask him to move so we could pull out away from the pump to leave.We prefer Flying J, more accomidating, have large areas to pull into after fueling. Seems as though all the Pilot stations are built on a hill and have little to no turning area.
