Great place to eat! Their gyros are the best in the state! The owner is very hands on with his customers. The staff is worth getting to know & takes care of the customers every time! The prices are reasonable for families and the amount you get is beyond incredible!

Ate there tonight with my parents. I think i got the best piece of calf liver ive ever had; it was a nice cut and cooked just perfectly! Dad cleaned his meat loaf plate entirely and mom enjoyed a cup of chicken soup and a chicken caesar salad. The service was a tad slow as theyre understaffed like so many places, but the service was also still outstanding and the food was phenomenal!

Great place to bring your friends and family. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is good and they have a good size menu. There are two outside dinning areas. We ate outside today the weather was so nice. What can I say? It a great place to dine.

Poor customer service. Ive been here a few times, decided to order the meat skillet. The rye bread that came with it tasted, looked, and smelled like white bread. So I asked about it, the server brought out more and it looked the same. The manager came over and with an aggressive voice asked if we were having a good morning. Later the manager brought out an actual loaf of bread and said see its rye bread.

Food was great, service was fast and staff was friendly. I had gumbo soup it was very flavorful and filled with ingredients. I also had grilled cheese and fries and it was delicious (seems basic but I have had nasty grilled cheese and fries at a restaurant). My mother had the crab salad platter which was really big, she said it was tasty as well. My hot chocolate was rich and chocolatey with a swirl of whip cream.

Food was very good and the wait staff helpful, attentive and with a good sense of humor. Very nice dining experience. I recommend any of their omelettes.

Seems everyone knows this place is great but doesnt tell! Tucked in on rt 4 youve probably passed it a million times. Finally decided to stop in and the food was amazing the staff was excellent and everything felt like it was made with love. 5 stars one of my new favorite diners.

I usually go to Alexis for breakfast, their breakfasts are marvelous!! Their dinners are a little less so. Still a pretty good value... My sister Lori had the pork chops, they looked perfect, but my open-faced beef sandwich was kind of dry

My burger was under cooked, the grilled topping tasted as though they had been sitting in water they clearly had never touched a grill. The waitress seemed semi tolerant to me but she just tossed plates at my afgan friend as though she was disgusted to have to serve him his steak was over cooked and unseasoned as well as being cold. I had to get up to request a refill. For a $50 bill so happy with overall food and service i will never be back. Not sure how they have won so many awards.

What marvelous service, from taking the order to delivery of a delicious meal, it couldn’t have been better. My wife and I were in the area to attend a wedding and came across Alexis Diner and out of all of the restaurants in the area we decided to go here mostly because it reminded us of where we both grew up, New Jersey since restaurants like this really dont exist by us in Southeast Massachusetts. Great diner atmosphere and very friendly wait staff add very fresh and good food and in our 2 1/2 day trip we had dinner one night and breakfast the next day at Alexis. I would absolutely recommend stopping here if you are in the area.

We had an excellent lunch at Alexis today! Wonderful salad platter (with crab salad) and strawberry spinach salad. Plus pet friendly on the porch, so Rocky had a great time too (plus a treat!)

French dip very rare, wasnt thinking to ask for well done when I ordered it. Keep in mind if you like roast beef cooked through.

Brought burned scallops to us and asked if they were okay? Asked for eggs over easy and they were over hard. Place is cold. Long time customer who probably will not go back.

Quick service and good food but the waitress was not friendly and actually it felt like there was hostility towards us. We were with my son, daughter in law and their baby. They are a mixed race couple. We asked for a separate small plate for my 10 month old grand daughter to eat from and she said they didn’t have one. After the initial cup of coffee we were never asked for more. Definitely not a diverse staff, or clientele. I would not return. So sad this still happens.

Im not sure how everyone gives a 5 star for this place. Our server Jackie was very rude from the beginning. She was not friendly at all, got our order wrong, didnt apologize, felt rushed even though it wasnt busy. The coffee was weak and the food was just alright, I would not eat here again ever. When we went to pay we realized they overcharged us as well. It seemed like a hassle for them to take the charge off, I wouldnt reccomend this place at all.

Love the food. The owner, Alexi, is exceptional and knows how to run the restaurant. If theres something wrong with your order, they will make it right for you. They treat their customers really well and you can see it from all of the staff.

Roll was extremely dry. Mac salad was room temperature and mushy obviously from the day previous. I would never go back there.

Super cute and awesome little place. Pick-up order. Rare burger was just a bit overdone, but thats normal for most restaurants.Huge shout out to the chef who chopped up the chicken strips for my dog Batman so I could toss bite-sized pieces to him while we drive. He didnt like the BBQ sauce like he normally does, but he even wanted the fries. Well done!

This place is horrible! They have a yellow jacket wasp infestation by the entrance, the food is horrible, the whole place is filthy, the staff is rude, the food is disgusting and cold. This place is absolutely horrible. If you value your hygiene, health or safety, DO NOT come here.

Staff was nice & meal came at a decent time.Of course me & a few friends ate a late lunch here. Around 3pm that day. Well after lunch crowd & just before a dinner rush i assume.

Always knew about this place, but just checked it out for the first time and loved it. Had a delicious pizza omelet, which was a great way to start the day. Food was delicious, perfect portion sizes, and very reasonably priced. Great service and atmosphere.

Called an order in, stood there wait while staff ignored me. They never put the order in so I stood there for half an hour for nothing.

The biscuit and gravy was wonderful, and I got the chef’s salad to go for dinner and it was the best chef’s salad I ever ate. I had it for dinner AND lunch the next day. I live in Clifton Park and I would seriously drive to North Greenbush for one of their chef’s salads!

The breakfast was always good, but lately things are slipping, maybe its the pandemic I dont know. But a french dip sandwich that was clearly heated in a microwave with little pride. What happened?

Alexis diner was clean. It has a great selection of comfort food to choose from. Our server, Jordan was attentive and had a smile that made you feel good. Food was plentiful and tasty. I recommend this diner when you just want a bite to eat!
