Cool stuff. Nice orderly placed items. Covid practices followed.
Great finds and a nice selection of antique items..Love the area of Newbury Port! Nice stores and restaurants!
Love this place being going there for 30 years or more. Pricing is fair. Say hello to Peter a massive wealth of knowledge. Have fun!
Lots to see from furniture to knick knacks. Books, jewelry, china, clothes, etc. Id call it an antique store NOT a general store. A bit pricey.
Always a fun stop especially on a rainy day in Newburyport. Always some nice steins on the shelves. Some good fishing stuff from time too time also
Interesting place. Many things worth lots, others mostly overpriced. We ventilated and followed protocols. Would visit again if I lived in MA still; many treasures in there for sure!
Great place to find that unique gift. Keep your eyes moving! Theres items everywhere!
Great place for odds and ends. Tons of nick nacks.
Fun place to visit especially while walking around Newburyport. Lots of old treasures.
Interesting collection of antiques and collectables.
Best place ever! It is our first day stop when we vacation here !!
Very interesting place to explore. Old items well displayed.
Booths of select antiques. Some good some not so good. Fun to look at & bring. Back memories.
Very nice place to see something old. Give yourself a hour or more to look at everything!
This business doesnt really fit the description of a Thrift Shop so I feel it shouldnt be listed as such. It is more of an antique store.nounNORTH AMERICANnoun: thrift shop; plural noun: thrift shops; noun: thriftstore;a store selling secondhand clothes and other household goods, typically to raise funds for a charitable institution.
Very disappointing! The prices are high and the quality is not great. A lot of the items are more like flea market finds and garage sale leftovers. Staff is not very friendly and they refuse to negotiate on prices.
Walked through when we were visiting Newburyport for the day, lots of antiques and memorabilia from the ~1910s through the ~1980s with a surprising collection of consignment clothing. Wasnt planning on buying anything and left with a dress for my partner, perfect fit and style for her.
Fun to browse the items for sale, have found some good biys here. Very organized and a wide varoety og items for sale.
Great store for old-fashioned trinkets
Great place to press the rewind button. Saw a lot of items that brought me back.
A very interesting store. Lots of merchandise to buy at a reasonable price.
An antique store with lots of oldies to choose from. A big enough store at that.. What I mostly remember seeing are kids toys, clothes and home decor. I purchased some kids toys and clothes at a very reasonable price. For antique lovers, if you are in the downtown area of Newburyport, be sure to check it out
Antiques and beautiful glassware.
Great place. Something for everyone.
Fun store, lots to look at
Fun place lots of neat items
Perfect seaside antique shop. Absolutely beautiful, well lit, and handsomely decorated. Large selection of high-quality antique furniture, jewelry, and unique finds. I will be returning very soon.
It was good but I found it expensive.
Good store great selection of some hidden jems
No-nonsense shop.. Items are priced to move and they supposedly dont negotiate/haggle (Ive never tried.so I cant verify).
This place never fails to impress me. Even with the trying times were living in they made sure everyone was safe and had things to look at and to purchase.
Love this place. Only open a few days right now, but great place to browse!
Spent an hour looking around m Very reasonable prices
Always fun
A fun market place full of all kinds of interesting stuff.
Many I remember these moments. Kinda fun to walk around and just look at all the collections. Everything from figurines to dining tables & chairs.
Found some treasures however it was too cold to really take my time and look around.. Ill be back when its warmer.. Ill be sure to make time to visit again when Im in New England again
Awesome barn filled to the brim with authentic historical artifacts. The entire area is wide and I also has delicious boutiques and antiques.I also want you to know their is a large collection of authentic civil war, Korean and ww I & ww 2 treasures ...lights, furniture and occasional dining room sets and television and monitors, which also have hot plates, kitchen stuff, sporting goods.Commander
Literally everything I picked up was priced above average retail. I guess it works when most of the clientele are rich tourists who dont know any better. Fun to look around and a few neat things but dont go in expecting to find a deal.
Love the place
Lots of items to browse through.
Took my 85 year old mom two weeks ago. We were the last ones out of the store. She absolutely loved it and felt she didn’t have enough time to find more treasures. Heading back up today with mom and a sister. See you at 11 am.
If youre looking to for an authentic New England antiquing stop, Oldies is the place. There are lots of trendy farmhouse decor and vintage shops popping up all over, but Oldies is the real deal with real bargains! Step back in time right on the picturesque waterfront in Newburyport, MA. After your visit, stroll down the riverfront boardwalk, get some real New England Seafood, or stop into one of the beautiful artisan galleries. A perfect New England day trip!
Fun to go through. Lots to look at. Close to the boardwalk. Saw the Pirate ship today amazing! in the marina
Nostalgia. A great place to take yourself back
If you are in newburyport you should take the time to go to Oldies. They are truly purveyors of unique and hard to find items.
Cool environment and welcoming staff. Be careful not to get lost
Most of their stuff just sits there forever like they are waiting for that right person to come in and buy that particular item. There is no reduction in price so if your looking for a deal this is not the place. They would do much better if they drop the prices after merchandise sits there for several months.
They have nice antiques. Honestly, when I go to antique shops I am more interested in the jewelry. I have gotten some nice sterling silver pieces and from here.
Fun store to check out. Cool nautical, rustic antique store!
Quaint shop among the boats! Visit for some rockin antiques.
Great antique shop. Its huge, a bit pricey but its in the heart of the tourist area, close to the ocean. You are certain to find items that you have not seen before.
Great place to walk around and find anything from antiques too more modern. I saw a gorgeous stained glass fire screen and spook reasonably priced too. When your spine shopping, talk a harbor walk and breath in that wonderful salty air...ahhhh....
Nice place to wander. Lots of different old stuff. Some is quite overpriced but shop around for a bargain
Its a great time! Huge warehouse of all kinds of antiques! Little trinkets to giant statues!
Its a bunch of Antique Dealers all together, a very large barn full of everything, very well set up
Lot of cool stuff but of course we had to pick a day that was in the teens. Definetly want to come back when it is warmer to explore it better.
Cute store some stuff reasonably priced. Unique stuff as well
Wide variety and reasonable prices. Fun to visit and browse. Furniture, artsy, kitchen sports, and hundreds of other categories. Good quality to choose from.
A favorite and great things to look at.
Amazing place!! Brings back lots of memories!! So many fun decoration ideas!! Lots of useful things too!
Last of the old school antiques
The greatest place for finding things you never knew you wanted/needed! So much fun to discover hidden treasures and fun objects! Not to miss!!
Have been going to oldies for years. Can always find something great. Awesome people also. Peter is the best.
This is such a cool place with antiques and other eclectic items. Its located right on the waterfront boardwalk near fabulous restaurants.
It is a great place for all sort of items, a Hodge podge of products, mostly older items.
A fun place to browse and spend a few hours. Best during the warmer months as there is no heat.
This is such a unique, wonderful time!old Nuevo..whatever..fantastic!and spook much fun.
Cool location. Prices were a little off on some things.
Great place but every item in there they act like its the last one in existence. I purchase from time to time, but dont buy as much as I would like to because of the Prices. They must think Im an out of Towner with $$$$. I see some maps that come out of a book they may have paid $20.00 dollars for and they take pages out and sell then for BIG bucks each. To bad they would sell more if prices were at least Competitive. Nice place but Im sorry. Just to expensive. And some dealers dont budge.
A lot of what they have is not antique, but certainly vintage, funky, and fun!! If you have fun browsing, or want to find something unique, this is the place to go!!
Cool store but always very crowded.
Huge antique barn. There is a lot of junk here but you may find your treasure. The turn over seems pretty decent so you can keep coming back.
I like how they organize different sections to group items together!😊.... BUT it is mostly overpriced in my opinion. I absolutely love to Thrift, go to second-hand & antique shops, but this was out of my price range for used Goods... I am guessing the price hikes may be due to the location (in downtown Newburyport)🤔
Great place to browse and discover what you didnt know you needed! Friendly staff and well laid out building.
Full of interesting finds of all kinds! Limited weekend hours.
Such a fun place to shop. Lots of interesting items!
A cool fleamarket by the water. Lots of interesting finds there.
Love this place no matter how many times you go in they always have new cool stuff to look at
Theyve got a little bit of everything, I could spend an entire afternoon exploring that place.
Nice place, nice people. The stuff is just a little overpriced for what its worth.
I bought a cute watch with a red vinyl band from China from Carmine in Nov. 2017, it stopped working after one hour. My money as refunded.
A good place to find some vintage surprises, nice atmosphere and location right on the harbor.
You never know what you will find here and it is always fun to search around. The prices are a little bit ridiculous for some items in my opinion. I do recommend checking it out though, you may find something from your childhood that brings back tons of memories. Not recommended for children, I know if I went here when I was a child I would have broken 5 things and hurt myself some how.
