Interlocks Salon isn’t all about aesthetics. The staff are really professional and knowledgeable. The products used are all professional and the best in the industry. I came in to get my makeup done and Leslie was very skilled and patient making sure I was happy before leaving her work station.There’s limited parking but interlocks salon is definitely the best and worth a visit !

Great facial spa and salon. Kassandra a new to interlocks esthetician was wonderful! Personable, gentle, well versed in her profession and great personality...my skin felt fabulous after my Hydra facial. My stylist, new to me, was amazing. I just lost my husband and when I look in the mirror I feel like I dont know who I am looking at. Alicia took the control and insights I needed her to take. She could see exactly the style I needed and designed it perfectly. She made me feel comfortable in her chair and we had great conversation and tears...Thank you Team Interlocks
Made an appointment for color and receptionist called the day before to cancel. Said it was due to Covid restrictions. Made a second appointment and receptionist called an hour before appointment to cancel. Said stylist had to leave. I can understand this happening one time but twice? No follow up appointment was given. This is not professional. I was looking forward to trying this salon but under these circumstances it’s not a reliable salon.Edit follow-up:First of all, I did not initially undermine your COVID protocols. I was told that a “personal emergency” took place. I was completely unaware that this was, in fact, a COVID scare. If it had been explained that the stylist had been contact traced, perhaps the situation would have been different in several ways. Firstly, after receiving the call regarding the cancellation an hour before my appointment, I would have noted to avoid the the salon for at least two weeks (as the stylist was very likely contagious while working). However, I was asked to reschedule with the same stylist for the upcoming weekend/week. Without knowing that the stylist had contact traced, I likely would have made an appointment—thereby putting myself at risk. Even if the stylist tested negative two days after the scare, the virus may still not have incubated. Further, if this stylist was exposed, she would then have exposed the other stylists in the salon, even if they were not present in the salon at the same time (COVID particles have been shown to last up to several days on surfaces & wipes/spray cannot ensure that every germ is eliminated). Not only would this have been concerning, but potentially very dangerous for your other clients. In the future, be sure to continue “not cutting corners” but make sure these “corners” include making your clients aware of a stylist who has been contact traced for the deadly virus that is COVID-19.
Maria at the Medspa is an artist with injectables . Listens attentively, studies your face thoroughly . Definitely not a one size fits all approach . Scaredy-cats take notice - she will ease your mind .
Kassandra was the sweetest! I came in for a facial and dermaplaning and some guidance in treating my rosacea. She was super easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and down to earth. Helped me understand my skin, come up w a treatment plan and set me up with a consultation to discuss other options. Very up front about costs and how to save costs... which will keep me as a customer because this stuff is definitely not cheap! I wouldnt spend a lot of money with someone I dont feel I can trust. Im excited to come back!
First time I have been to Interlocks and was extremely pleased with everything. Welcomed with big smiles. Had a 75 minute massage with Vanessa, who was professional and very kind, did a superb job.Definitely going back.Thank you.

I cant help but wonder if the negative reviews are from owners of other salons, because I have been going to Interlocks for about 15 years for a weekly manicure and monthly pedicure. The receptionists are always attentive, friendly, and helpful. My services are always expertly done, complete with friendly conversation! I see either Sharon W. or Catherine A. for my manicures and pedicures. Both have always done an excellent job. Sharon G. does my brows, and they always look perfect. Kelly S. cuts my hair and has always done an exceptional cut. The facility is always clean and nicely decorated. The owner and her managers are very professional people and see to it that all is running smoothly. I would never go anywhere else.
My husband scheduled a spa day for an anniversary gift here in Feb. My facial & massage were very nice, but he scheduled my salon visit with a master stylist for highlights. The salon visit was not very nice. He paid more for a master stylist, but I found out that means you don’t have the full attention of the stylist for your whole experience. He put me with his young assistant for most of it. And he had her wash my hair ... before... highlighting. That is a no no. Who does highlights on wet hair? I’ve been getting them done all of my life and never once have they wet my hair first. I asked him why and he said he’s training his assistant. What?! Really? doing highlights on wet hair encourages bleeding of the bleach. Which there was some bleeding of the bleach in some areas near the scalp on the sides. Thank god it was mostly underneath. Also, his assistant did not rinse the conditioner out of my hair before he worked on it, and then after he painted the bleach on with foils, and they were rinsed, she did not even use conditioner! I don’t appreciate any of this. I will not be using a master stylist .... if..... I ever return here for my hair. I want the full attention of my educated stylist the entire time. Not a shampoo girl assistant. What makes me upset is he even tried to play it off like he knew what he was doing and that he always does highlights on wet hair.

I went here for a consultation for color and bonded extensions. The woman was very nice however she only works weekdays which I am unable to do due to owning a business which requires me to work during the week. Not a problem she set me up to see someone else and recommended that I color my hair first before ordering extensions which I was somewhat surprised by where I have extensions in my hair already and would leave spotting but again no problem. I show up for my appt today only to be told they can only color my root and that no one does extensions on weekends. It takes me half an hour to get to the location an hour out of my day today and an hourOut of my day 2 weeks ago only to have nothing done to my hair and no extensions ordered. Two hours of my life wasted. If offering extensions as a service you should probably have stylists on staff that know what they are doing. Huge waste of my time and loss of a new customer. Big disappointment
It took me a very long time to find a stylist that I was willing to stick with, but I have been seeing Michelle for a several years now. She always does a great job. My color always holds up well from visit to visit, as do the haircuts. Everyone at the salon is professional and friendly, and I have never been made to feel as if Im anything but a valued client.
Yesterday I received a full color, cut and style by an associate stylist. My hair was cut at least 2 more inches than I had asked for, and my hair color was absolutely nothing that I had shown her to do. I’ve heard great things about this salon and I’m so disappointed with my experience. Everyone was very friendly, but my hair now has to be recolored. Unfortunately, I’m really sad with the outcome, especially after spending nearly $200 for my service. :( I am thankful that the people at Interlocks are willing to fix my hair, without any questions asked. I look forward to a better experience this evening.
Just got the best cut by Michelle, even better than I hoped! She heard me out and told me what she can do, and it was perfect! Couldnt ask for a better experience.
Had one lady on the master level 2 years ago who gave me exactly what I wanted, the last 2 times I have been were not good at all. When i went elsewhere to get it fixed she said i thought you did this yourself. If youre getting color and youre not well versed in hair language, I wouldnt recommend

I am so impressed with the work Heidi Conlin did on my eyebrows with permanent make up. I just had my touch up finished and Im so in love with my brows. The whole staff was comforting. Such a beautiful clean place. I highly recommend seeing Heidi Conlin for any permanent work. Make up, scars, and areola work.
Andrea is amazing. Truly a master stylist and always smiling and welcoming. If you have problem or thinning hair, she is certainly an expert at suggestions!

My dear sister treated me to a hair cut and color here when I was visiting from California this week. I had a wonderful experience. Loretta, my stylist, is a true artist and pro. She transformed my blah bob into a beautiful, easy-to-style cut that I love (just washed and dried it myself this morning and Yay! it worked!) and she very masterfully highlighted my hair using some lowlights and turned my brassy color into a very natural blend that Ive been getting lots of compliments on already. Wish I werent so far away - but then, it might be worth the round trip fare to come back more often! Many thanks.

I have been going here since Oct 2014. I like the stylist who has been cutting my hair but the last time I had my hair cut, she used the thinning shears; which I believe created a problem with the way my bangs lay. I called the salon and explained my problem and they nicely schedule me with the stylist so she could fix the problem. I am not sure what salon policy is regarding fixing a hair cut mistake, but I was very disappointed that the stylist did not rewash my hair and cut it dry. She spent all of 20 minutes fixing my hair cut and this morning when I dried my hair, I still have the same results with my bangs not lying properly.Interlocks spent a great deal of money to renovate their salon, I think they should renovate some of their policies as well. I had sent an email prior to my calling the salon and still have not received a callback to see if my problem was fixed or if I am happy with the results of my visit. Having doubts about venturing back for another appointment.
The atmosphere is always peaceful and calm, and the masseuses are wonderful!
I have always had a good experience at Interlocks. Laura is the best best BEST brow master!!
Several women I know have tried without success to make appointments here. One said she walked in, and the receptionist looked at her and simply said no. It seems that Interlocks only accepts people with a certain look. If youre not a regular customer and you dont have your modeling portfolio with you, you may well be wasting your time and Interlocks to try to get an appointment here.

Just had the worst haircut and hair color in my life at Interlocks a week ago. Someone came up to me and asked me if I had done the color at home............went to another stylist and was shown why the cut is sooooo bad.........all for a mere $250.00..........Will never go back!!!!!
