I’m very pleased with my new bathroom vanity countertop (Calacatta Arno quartz) and the service I received from LATiles. Starting with helping me pick out the material to measuring, fabrication & installation, everyone did a great job. This project was a refresh of an existing vanity and after the new countertop was installed, I didn’t even need to touch-up the paint! My husband and I used LA Tiles for our new build in Newbury, MA. They provided all of our 10 different countertops for the entire build. Their new showroom is gorgeous and has so many selections and samples to choose from. The entire staff was always so helpful and welcoming every time I came in. We were referred to LA Tiles by our General Contractor when we were remodeling our kitchen. LA Tiles provided both the quartz countertop and tiling; and we couldnt have had a more positive experience with them, and oh my goodness the end result is beautiful. From walking in the door to look for tiles and a quartz countertop to the measurements and installation the whole process was easy and employees were more than helpful. Nice selection of stone including remnants at a good price. Was not impressed with the installation and communication after deposit was placed. Was told I would go in to pick out where in remnant I wanted to use (bath vanity top) but when I called it had already been cut. No measurement of where in the stone to cut out hole for sink was considered just the outside, requiring additional work on site, and now additional plumbing work. Found pieces of stone and paper towels on my lawn later that day. If you have any DIY bones in your body I recommend making your own measurements and installing yourself. I thought I was saving myself a headache by paying extra for measurement/install but instead doubled it.

I love my countertops. Isa was wonderful to work with. The plans were made early and when it came time install, the countertops were ready and the install went perfectly.

We had a great experience with LA TILes for the Quartz Countertop in our kitchen remodel. We chose Cambria Crowndale. They are extremely particular when choosing seams and cuts. They had us go to their showroom to approve both of those before the final cuts for installation. The installation was on time and very quick. The installers were great. The owner even came the day of installation to be sure everything was okay. The price was very fair and less than another quote we got.
