He tried a few times to connect the bulb because the one I had was an after market LED light. Thanks to Brandon I was able to have a brand new and bright light on my car

Great friendly quick service, associate seemed knowledgeable. Price was decent, double the warranty Harley Davidson gives, 400 cca exact fit, 10% off and $10 rebate along with many good reviews was too tempting. I have bought a lot of motorcycle batteries in over 45 yrs interested in seeing how good these Duracell Ultra AGM batteries hold up. Time will tell. Installed mine in a 2000 Road King Classic

Well organized, very neat in appearance.They stock everything from flashlight bulbs to car batteries.The gentleman that helped me, was able to diagnose the problem with my battery operated drill. Turned out not to be the battery, but the charger. This was not something they sell, so at this time no purchase, but I will be going back for other items.Parking is right in front, and entering and leaving the lot was not a problem.

Programmed the key fob for my 2013 infiniti G37. Very friendly staff!! They got to me right away and knew what they were doing. Much better than going to the dealership and at a fraction of the price. Also, a locksmith would have charged 125 where they charged 45. Will return there for any of my future needs as they were very customer service oriented. When I had to find a way to fix the newly shattered screen on my wifes iPhone, I had no idea Batteries + Bulbs even offered the service. The fact that I could make an appointment the same day AND have it done in less than an hour even more remarkable.

Unpleasant shopping experience. Upon inquring to the owner about other locations he made a snarky joke at my expense. I felt uncomfortable and had I not been desperate for my phone to work I would have left. I will never return or spend a dime here again. Insulting jackas* for no reason.

Be careful before you decide to have your phone fixed here. The parts used on my iphone were non-original. After two tries to fix my phone, the techs left it more damaged then when I walked in. I ended up going to the genius bar at the Apple store and they confirmed just how bad my phone was botched. Customer service was terrible and I had to make six trips into the store before I ended up having to buy a new phone. I asked for a refund and received some of my money back. I would have been better off taking my damaged phone for a trade in rather than having it fixed. Live and Learn I guess. In the future, if I want professional results, I have to use a professional.

I was looking for a new battery for my motorcycle. Other places has batteries the same price, but only offered 12 month warranty, whereas Batteries Plus offered 25 months.

Took my Note5 in for a port replacement 2 months after the battery was replaced at the same store.Dropped my phone off, repair was supposed to take 2 hours approximately. I returned to the store 2.5 hours after drip off to be told that it was taking longer. Came back in 30 minutes. Phone was ready. Paid the $80 n change with taxes and left with my phone.Plugged in my phone in the car to charge. Its not charging. Tried a few different chords. Same result not chargng.Bring phone back into the store. Cashier tries it also with the chords there. Still not charging.Goes to the back of the store to talk to technician.He comes back to tell me that that they replaced the port but all the electronics around it are severely corroded. They spent a lot of time trying to fix it but it didnt work. Sorry.No refund since they replaced the port.My phone was dead at that point. If I cant charge it how can I use it.No compensation was attempted by store employees for the $80 spent on a useless repair that killed my phone.Batteries + Bulbs you have lost a customer for life.

I am so glad I found this place! My galaxy s8 screen broke and stopped working. All the repair shops were asking for $300+ for a new screen, plus 3 weeks to get my phone back but Natasha, an exceptional Phone Tech fixed it within an hour and charged me way less. The owner David, is super friendly and helpful. I was even offered water by Rick, while waiting for my phone which I thought was very generous. This is definitely the place to go if you want anything repaired. You can trust their customer service and their work!

Clean, open store. Pleasant, energetic staff. Showed up 15 minutes early for an appointment I made [which wasnt really necessary] to get a car battery replaced. I was done and out of the store in 15 minutes [by the time Id planned to arrive]. Also learned that in addition to cell phone repairs (including replacing batteries in phones with non-replaceable batteries) they also do car key and car fob battery replacements and car key replacements.

Stopped by tonight to have the battery changed on my garage door opener. The person who helped me was very polite took out his tools and figured out what I needed. He changed it for me and I was back in my car within 5 mins. I’ll be back!

I went to Verizon and they said they couldnt replace the battery in my Moto. One employee there suggested that I go to b,b,etc. So I did and getting a new battery, installation included, for only $75, which was a lot less expensive than getting a new phone.( approximately$900)
