The lighting at this Walmart is fantastic. Very bright. I wish it had a bigger grocery section. Not ansuper Walmart for sure. You can get your hair cut here, when the salon is open. The pharmacy is in the front of the store. Theres women and mens clothing sections. Toys had a few isles. What else can you say, standard Walmart.

This Walmart was clean and organized, I had no issues finding items. Although their selection is not the greatest. However, the checkout is why I gave this place a 2 star. I waited over 30mins in line just to checkout. I will never come here again. Just not worth it.

I purchased a cricut maker 3 paid $400.00 when I got to home i was ripped off with an EMPTY box!!! I went back following day to to complain and the AP named Victoria/tori said it could have been us who stole it and returned it. And 2 people who was asked to help us said infront of us THEY COULD HAVE OPENED THE BOX BEFORE PURCHASE thats there FAULT! I was DISGUSTED on how they accused us of stealing when its there fault for having $$$$ products not locked and lack of communication to have customer know TO REACH OUT FOR ASSISTANCE other wise you will leave with NO ITEM in the box.AVIOD BIG PURCHASES from this location!

Bad experienceI bought a cricut maker 3, so I thought but in the shelves it was an empty box with out a machine, there was no sign that said ask for assistance to get the device there is only an empty boxfor display, I when back to the store to get the device and the AP (lori) refused to help me and acuse me of fraud 😑, she said contact the company we dont have anything to do with this, I ask to check the cameras and the inventory, I was going to get the law involve if they did not give me what I pay for, because I knew my maker3 was there, WALMART TRAIN YOU EMPLOYEES BETTER NOT EVERY ONE THAT GOES IN TO YOUR STORE WANT TO STEAL FROM YOU!!ONE STAR FOR THE WAY THEY TREATED ME AT YOUR LOCATION

The Cromwell location is my favorite. They have a wide variety of groceries and all other departments are large as well, with a good selection of products. Store is organized well and easy to navigate. There are always a good amount of employees to help when you need it.

Good experience customer service was good but not enough registers opened employees should not be walking around when it comes to the skin and go but should be directing people to the registers that are open in manager should be opening more restaurants when theres more than four or five people in line your customers in and out with a good experience or hire more people especially the ones that are looking for a job

Hunting Section over here at Walmart Is very diminished . They no longer carry the products that outdoor sportsmen require .I’m not sure why the major retailers continue to be unsupportive of the outdoor sportsman.Bowing down to the Political whims of the ruling class during the current environment is not only foolish it also jeopardizes the very core values of this country as a whole -BE AMERICAN STRONG !!

Store was clean and functional. Appeared to have all the normal things you would find in stock. Except for food area. Understanding we are in a shortage.

Everytime I need to browse, so I can do my shopping on line, it takes for ever to load any content...one item will show up and the 3 to 4 min later Ill get another 3 or 4...I end up giving up... because it becomes very frustrating.

I brought my daughter to the nail salon in Walmart, it was almost 60$ for a full set of gel, coffin style nails. Thats the most I have ever had to pay, I think its really expensive, but the quality of the nails were really good so you get what you pay for.

Store is very popular. Usually in stock on most grocery items. Could expand their self checkout center to fit more people.

The Wal-Mart website stated youre able to return items to Wal-Mart without a receipt (you just need a valid photo ID). NOT!!! You have to bring it back to the same Wal-Mart you made your purchase from. I still have to bring this item back.😠

Most staff is very unfriendly. Prices on shelves are wrongly placed or not placed at all. If you need a price need to carry the article to the price reader and frequently they dont work. Employees dont even know the store. Maybe they just dont care about the customers 🤔

Great Walmart staff was very nice and helpful. Cashier was great good experience. Found what I was looking for in food dept and couple summer outfits for me and my daughter for super reasonable prices.

If you must go to Walmart, mornings are best. No one was there and the store was very clean. They are asking you to wear masks in the store.

I drive to this store instead of Flatbush which is much closer. This store is much cleaner and organized. And there is no one outside begging.

I dont understand why they find it necessary to ask everybody for a receipt. Its our property we purchased it if they dont think were stealing or the security thing doesnt go off then they have no reason to bother us. Not grab the carriage as youre walking out and push it back into your wifes stomach luckily she isnt pregnant or it would have ended badly for him. Showing them that you have a receipt should be enough.They got to realize that people are cranky when theyre waiting in long lines and have to deal with other cranky shoppers. They dont want to be stopped and held up three quarters of the way out of the store to be treated like they stole something !!!

In the middle its just your everyday walmart. People with carts rushing around aimlessly. Clothes, most containing hangers, DVDs, candy, ect constantly getting stuck under your carts wheel. Workers in blue vests pushing, stacking and picking up inventory all over the store and 98 percent of the time get very annoyed when you ask for help. But this store more than makes up for the many issues with shopping at Walmart with a subway, mini supermarket, tire shop, glasses store and more all lining the front and sides of the giant building. You can grab lunch, bye a new game to play after the dinner you picked up seconds earlier, then on your way out pick up the glasses you dropped off to be repaired all while your cars getting a new pair of shoes mounted and balanced.

I placed an online order for this store. In the email notifying my item was ready for curbside pickup, I went to the store and called.....3 times...and no answer. WALMART LIED ABOUT CURBSIDE PICKUP. I went in the store and asked an associate; he was clueless. I ended up walking to the back of the store to retrieve my item. It would have been nice to know it was back there without the convenience of curbside! That sucks!!

A decent looking store. Not much in the way of customer service. Was looking for specific toys but unfortunately the shelves were all half bare! Could have been a better experience.

Not sure where pickup would be as it asks for if you’re in spot “A/B or unmarked” I drove around at least 3 times looking for the pickup spots and all I saw were row numbers... very unclear. Mind you, there were many large semi-trucks driving through.. and reckless drivers zooming through a parking lot. I waited for 15 minutes before calling. Even though the app asks not to call. Once I was finally able to get through I was trying to communicate to the lady that I’m just try to get my stuff & go. I asked where curbside pickup was and she didn’t answer. The pickup order automatically told me to do curbside. I was like “I’ll just come in like this is inconvenient for you and me..” she told me to park in the fire lane in front of the building where there were at least 2 other vehicles. Not a good system at all. Not safe. I love Walmart & I feel like people don’t expect much but I do! Do better!

The young woman at the checkout happened to be the first person I saw in the garden dept. When I asked her about garden hoses she took only a brief moment, looked it up and pointed me to the exact aisle and location. Although she was friendly, it is speed and accuracy which I am really looking for in my retail experiences.

Great customer service in electronics. Plus as I was walking the store two other associates acknowledged me and said hi. Never happen before in another store. So great job with the team in that location.

It was in good shape clean but was not long anyway only reason a 4 was cause the employee have a bit of an attitude problem and look at others from head to toe WRONG on my end cause there hired to help not to look at others as of they are there to bother.

I went to the Cromwell Walmart looking for rubber bands they didnt have not one bag... I picked up a few other items and there were palats of merchandise through out the store and empty boxes that no one was working on. To makes things worse there was an employee with his pants almost to the floor, I was going to ask him if he wanted my belt. I left everything right there in the isles and left, management should have sent him home. I then went to the Newington Walmart and what a difference, VERY CLEAN AND NICELY DRESSED EMPLOYEES, I found my rubber bands and all the other items I wanted, there were not pallets or boxes blocking the isles. Cromwell Walmart lost me as a shopper... I would rather drive to Newington Walmart where the MUST have good management.

Nice regular workers. I like Walmart. Do not like policy where employees work maskless and no badge identification that are vaccinated. Always 1 cashier and long line and chaos at self scan. I hate being in that enclosed loop with maskless people and no one monitoring line or sanitizing area.

Fine but their inventory is too limited. Hard to find everything on your list. Might be better to go to Target from the get go. Staff is ok. Feels dusty in there.

People seem pretty nice and the isles are pretty cleaned up. The thing is there are very few people who actually speak English and its bothersome because of the fact that I needed to find something fairly quickly and because the person didnt speak much English he told me to try another way and not grab me the go cart. I was appalled by the way I was treated. It seems this world is becoming more diverse and forgetting about the way we are all people and love the same.

Picked up some goodies at Walmart on Newington. Was hoping for some fresh produce but this store doesnt have any. They do have a good variety of frozen food and prepared foods that are frozen. Other They have a good selection of room temperature foods as well. Go have a look! Prices good too.

Terrible, did curbside, they would not answer phone and when they did I would get hung up on. Went inside the person was like what can i help you with had an attitude like what do you want. I hate going there. My wife loves it.
