Had to stop by for last-minute help with my baby’s medicine and the crew was quick, professional, and helpful. All while dealing with a difficult customer. Thanks guys.
The staff here is incompetent and does not want to help you what so ever. They’re also insanely rude. Seems to have some old, entitled employees who are too good to actually do their job. I hope CVS rectifies their issue with their employees. It seems to be a trend at this location. I thought it was only my generation that lacked work ethic. I guess it applies to all generations. Sad. I expected a better experience.
I drive all the way to the cvs in west Hartford just to avoid this place. Staff has been so rude from day one when I first moved to town. Unpleasant, unkind, uninterested in being helpful. Un-everything.
I went to CVS to take a passport photo of my 2 year old son, the attendant was not patient, she was rude and took a bad photo! They didnt have a case for the photo and they charged me the same amount, I dont recommend it, awfull!!!
Updated: 10/21/19This CVS is a hit or miss. Other then Ryan everyone else is useless. They take long, constantly joking with other workers while your prescription sits there. I was told one hour for my prescription I came back two hours later and it still wasnt ready.Update: 9/11/19The pharmacy manager Ryan when above and beyond helping us and this made my decision on changing my previous review.Prescriptions are slow to be filled. I called half hour after my doctor told me he sent it and they told me it will be ready in an hour. I showed up at the drive thru to pick them up an hour and 10 minutes later and the rude lady told me 15 more minutes. I told her Ill wait! It took them 5 minutes because I was not going to move out of the way for other cars. Its probably time to switch to Walgreens!
Great flavors in hard flavors. Prices good. Great place to take kids.
Prescriptions are slow to be filled. A CVS in PA would have me prescriptions filled in 20 minutes and by the time I would get there it would be filled. But here it takes hours (unless you show up and wait for them - about 15 to 20 minutes). I am often given the wrong number of pills and I dont realize until I run out before I am due for a refill. I was recently given 45 pills instead of 60. It seems that any quantity greater than 30 is miscounted. It can also take 20 minutes to get through a line of just 6 or 7 people, at the pharmacy. I still give them three starts because I like the staff and the non-pharmacy part is okay. I would switch to another pharmacy, but this one is close to my house and with my insurance, it is cheapest to go to CVS.
Try to call multiple times and no one answers. This has happened multiple times. Cant reach the pharmacy or the regular store.
They are beyond slow and everytime I try to refill a prescription they never have the meds in-stock. Off to Walgreens it is.
Briana was a great help, and took the time to solve a long standing dilemma.
