Completely unprofessional company with absolutely shoddy workmanship. Saturday will be the third time they will be attempting to install countertops in our kitchen. The first time the worker who was doing the template measured the opening around the sink wrong and half the countertop had to be removed for recutting. They came a week later to reinstall and they were cut too short. These are mistakes that shouldn’t happen if measurements and templates were done correctly the first time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Couldnt be happier. The process was efficient and fast. Communication was excellent and they were on-time for the measure and the install. Look forward to working with again.

My husband and I went there recently provided the sales associate the measurements for our kitchen counters and island. After the guy came to do the template, we received an email with a “new” price which was over $1,000,00 more than what we were quoted. We realized the associate didn’t include the center island which by the way was the largest piece of granite in our kitchen. In the meantime, our kitchen had already been under construction. They made a slight adjustment and told us they would apply their high end sealer. The day on install, the granites was very dull, felt like sandpaper and has a few chips on the edges. We still gave the installer a $100 tip, he could have cared less, didn’t even get a thank you! Oh and it gets worse, when we pushed our stove back into place the right side of counter is cut wrong. It isnt straight!I would think twice before purchasing anything from this place. Very disappointed.

I had two kitchens done by these guys. They are very reasonably priced and super easy to deal with. They put in two beautiful counters that completely tied my kitchen together. I couldn’t be happier with their work and professionalism.

Robert and his crew were excellent from start to finish. He came by to do the initial quote on Friday, had the measurements done on Monday, then fully installed the next Mo day -- 1 week in total for a fairly large kitchen job (67sq ft of quartz). Awesome! Great customer service the entire time, and he genuinely wanted us to be satisfied at the end of the day. He was open to all our requests (an overhang on the island, an extension of the counter near the sink, etc), and gave great advice. The installation guys (Thomas) were polite, efficient, and timely. There was a fitment issue with the dishwasher, and John sent the guys out the very next morning to set it up perfectly. No complaints from us, and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend these guys to any of our friends or family.

Initially they are very nice and have a large selection and their prices are great. However when it came to the install one of the counter tops corners were poorly cut. They immediately took it back to the shop and fixed the entire front edge. Their customer service once the initial install is done is really poor. If the job is not complete in there originally scheduled time frame it is next to impossible to get them to come back out to the job site. Do you really have to stay on top of them and make sure that they stay to their tight schedule also be present and take extra care and supervising the installation they will try to cut corners if possible. No pun intended.

Cats kill us a one of a kind place and everything they’ve done has been out of this world great prices great quality great everything really give this place a try it’s worth it the jobs they’ve done are perfect and I hope they continue to grow and do excellent

Just ordered our countertops and had them installed the other day!! They came out beautiful :) ordering was seemless and the variety of choices was great! The team had a ton of knowledge about the different types of countertops and I felt as though they were always there to answer any questions. Installation was quick and easy - very professional I would highly recommend!

By A Husband: I was happy to find that there was no steering to a pricier product. Their quest was only to find what enthralled my Wife and Daughter. I too was very happy with their beautiful selection. The final cost was quite a bit less than a big box store who uses an outside firm for installation. The outside firm did their pricing like add-ons for a new car. The outside firm would not guarantee a fine seam. It would be 1/8th inch wide (or less) as stated in the contract. Catskill does not do this. They do quality work. The seam in my Daughters countertop is finite as in perhaps 1/64th or less (writing this at last from Florida). Take a look at the equipment they have in their shop, it is very telling. Oh, the workmanship holds up - it has been at least 2yrs since install.
