I just had my inground pool installed last week by Rizzo Pools my pool looks amazing. Even though the weather is starting to turn I am in it now just admiring my pool. I needed a repair on my hot tub. I called Rizzo Pools service department picked up and was on schedule within a week. I can say my hot tub is fixed and running a lot smoother now. The service manager suggested I needed a new filter which I ordered through him and should be coming in within two weeks.

We have been blown off on service calls a dozen times.my very new pool is leaking i call andy he never call me back it’s ben over 2 months no one come to fix it

Just had a concrete inground pool built by Rizzo pools. I had the salesman Gordon give me an orientation on it and now I can say I am a pool expert. My family loves the new pool.

If I could give them a lower rate I would, horrible horrible service. called at least 20 times and was lied to each one . took the day off to be there for the service and was told 10 to 12 its 6 pm and no one has yet to call or show up leaving my 6 year old sad and disappointed. how this disgusting company lasted this long is beyond me. I wouldnt let this trash place clean my toilet.

I purchased a hot tub from Rizzo Pools and could not be happier. Every conversation and interaction - with James, Andrew, and Andy - has left us satisfied and smiling. But the star of the team, IMHO, is Edgar, the Hot Tub Guru, who has been incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. I very highly endorse Rizzos for their great products, pricing, service, support...and people.

I had Rizzo Pools open my pool last week. My pool looks perfect. The guys were very professional and explained to me everything they did. I would highly recommend using their service when you need anything done for your pool. Thank you Rizzo Pools I can finally give my kids a break from being home schooled to now giving them a nice after school program with my freshly cleaned pool.

Disappointed. We bought a house that came with a hot tub and called Rizzo to do a cleaning and help us understand how to take care of it. The first service was in January 2020 and the technician made a great impression -including taking away several broken jets and diverter handles and promising to replace them the next week. Based on that experience, I would have given them five stars.We checked in a week later, and they were on order so it was going to be a few more weeks. Then everything started shutting down for Covid-19, and we figured it would take a few more weeks. Fast forward to May and the air jets started making horrible noises so we called to see if they could come check it out. The office took a message and the tech emailed hed be out on Thursday, but we didnt see him and they havent replied to the couple of attempts Ive made to email or call. Now weve realized the spa has a leak, and were going to try someone else - our Realtor suggested Spa Keepers in Middletown, so well see how that goes.

Get my water testing done here regularly. They dont try to upsell you on chems. Friendly and professional is all you can ask for.

We wait around for them to show up. No one ever does. They never contact us to let us know that they are canceling or to try to reschedule. Its on us to call them to reschedule. When we do they often still dont show up, or do but dont actually fix the problem and dont set a date to come back and finish. They put off fixing things that were under warranty and now that the warranty has expired they expect us to pay for issues that should have been fixed 11 months ago. I believe this business had a good reputation, otherwise it would not have lasted six decades. However, if the new owner treats the rest of his customers the way he has treated us, his will run his grandfathers business into the ground. Also note that one of the 5 star reviews on Google comes from the companys service technician.

Very professional and courteous. The rep (Andy) was able to install my skimmer within minutes and gave me valuable knowledge of the skimmer product. Thank you guys! I’ll be using Rizzo again!

Serious lack of professionalism. Representatives from Rizzo Pools came out to our home on May 1st. It was a great conversation and they were very nice. The next day, their deck representative came out to our home, as we wanted both a pool and deck. We have not heard back from any of them and its June 13th!! We have called/texted at least three times and are just being put-off. Theyve repeatedly said that we should hear something by next Tuesday or Wednesday... and we have not heard one word. We have had another pool company come out since and they got back to us within a week. I completely understand that due to COVID-19, pool companies are overwhelmed with pool installations. However, there is NO excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. Needless to say, we went with the other company who knows how to treat a customer, which is what I will tell Rizzo should they ever decide to get in touch next Tuesday or Wednesday.

Well I tried to resolve before leaving any sort of negative review, and asked for the owner to contact me before pursuing other measures to no avail. I have spent over $500 with them and got nothing, I first paid for a pool inspection and was told I had a fair condition liner. I knew nothing about them so thats why I had the inspection done before buying. The pool was dirty and they had offered an estimate to clean it, So 3 days after moving in I scheduled one. The reception was quite annoyed of ny calls, and could never give me a time when they would be there so I could be present. The day after it was cleaned My water fell 5. I had to pay for a company to rush out and asses that same day. Turns out the pool had cracked. I cant point that blame since I was not present so I will not, but if the liner was fair and in need of future replacement I think VERY POOR would have been a better assessment from a professional pool company if by cleaning or just sitting there it cracked wide open. I have since had 2 independent companies asses and inspect and ALL have resulted in VERY poor without me telling them of any issues. In ADDITION, I am having several other pump and valve issues. So i paid for this inspection for nothing. In ADDITION, I had to later spend HOURS cleaning up AFTER the pool was cleaned from the truckload of debris still in there, either from the shock i was charged for without requesting r from him not actually cleaning Ill never know but the $250+ I payed to have it cleaned was all to nothing as well, plus I had to spend my own time which is why I hired a professional! That all said, They offered no refund after all this, and no recompense and really treated me like the idiot, which I am for hiring them. Ill still await my refund, or maybe get some more empirical evidences together for small claims court, just poor conduct overall.

I just had them open my pool left it filthy a d didnt even put the skimmer or any of the plugs in. What a waste of $400 have to do half the work myself. Save your money and either do it yourself or find someone else.

Wish I could give no starsTheyre RUDE! and talk down to women. They didnt open my pool correctly or finish the job. Then when I had a problem with the hose they installed incorrectly, they wouldnt take ownership of their bad job. I had to redo everything and buy more chemicals from the water loss and add a few hundred gallons of water. Go anywhere else! Stay away! Theyre the worst!

Ive used rizzo pools on several occasions and i found them to be very helpful and as a business owner I understand you cant make everyone happy but in my case I felt like they had my back.

I hired them to come and have the pool finished by 5/8 they are very unprofessional and rude. They rescheduled multiple times or showed up late and didnt finish the job. They left the dirt dug up and metal polls in the ground and now are saying they have another job and wont come back until after 5/21. I have my kids and grandkids at my house who could get hurt playing around the unsafe conditions they left the yard in. We had an agreement which they broke and the contractor John was very rude to my family. I would not recommend this company if this is the way they do business.

Made an appointment with the company to open an above ground pool. They never showed up nor gave a courtesy call to let me know. It is obvious that they dont need new customers if the dont even bother showing up to appointments.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff at the store. I needed some hard to find parts to repair a pool pump, and this was the only place out of 4 others that was able to find what i needed.
