This company pratices Medicaid Fraud and I have instructed my client to call the OIG and Medicaid Fraud Control Unit for this waste of insurance...So Medicaid fraud is when you up charge a client and get them something they dont really need...A man came out and barely measured my client ...He did not stand the client and really had no general interest in achieving the goals the client has ....He also did not measure the door jams...Thus causing major damage to the house that was not there before this over sized death trap was put in place...The client slides out of the chair frequently and you can clearly see it is not a right fit for the client and is not going to make the client have a better posture to sit up with..The company refuses to answer my clients calls and refuses to do anything since the waste has already happened and the chair is paid for..They do not call back or return the messages my client leaves..So the long in the short of it is find another company cause this one is about to be closed due to medicaid fraud and waste and abuse..
Service in a few words was polite reliable on time efficient thank you. The technician wass first class
Brian was phenomenal, he showed us how to operate the chair, he slowed it down for us because it was too much, and he was very personable and he helped us so much that we can now use the power wheelchair we have had for years and been unable to use.
Brian was great, knew his way around the power chair, answered all the questions my wife threw at him. Great to work with!
Jeff Miller was the best mechanic Ive ever had from national CM mobility I would highly recommend him to anyone to ask
Kristen was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of working with. She was short rude and so unhelpful to my situation. She treats people in the service industry with such disregard and entitlement. Do not use this company they have zero customer service skills or compassion.
The only reason I gave them a 1 is that I couldnt give them a zero!We live in Florida and are in Connecticut as my wife is being treated for Stage 4 Lung Cancer in her brain, lung and spine. WE have a wheelchair we bought in Florida and it needs repair. They sell the chair we have, but refused to repair in because we didnt buy it there. I wasnt asking for a free repair, but they told me to go to Amazon and see if I can find the part.My wife relies on this it get around and they basically told me to pound sand!
I have had a wheelchair purchased by Medicare for 18 months. The wheelchair has never been correct and they are constantly working on it. They continually order incorrect parts for it. Despite 2 wheelchair visits two clinics at Gaylord the wheelchair causes extreme pain in my shoulder and its very difficult to get centered in. And I only get help from them when I complain to corporate or to Medicare. The problem is the wheelchair was incorrectly measured from the beginning and no amount of adjustments will fix the frame being incorrect. They tend to have an attitude and especially their general manager Ron Sperry. Unfortunately national seating & Mobility now dominates the market since they bought out Hudson. I would look for an alternate supplier by any means possible.
Yea great place took them 10 months to get the chair every time the wheelchair guy brought me different chairs not the one I ordered but at least I have my chair now Thank you for that it doesnt take 10 months to get the chair now it is the right chair
The best! Why? Because what other CT vendors are around. Choices? SMH
I’m rating three because I am in the initial stages of my wheelchair journey,Joe and Jill were helpful and comfortable at our first consult!Ready for step 2 😀
Great work and customer care!!
