Super nice people. I had them put a 280 rear tire on my 2012 V-Rod and a bunch of other work. It was done in a timely manner and done well.

Im a fairly new rider and dont know all that will be learned by riding and doing. I called about repairing my tire. She stated they dont patch or plug which is fine but Im still calling to see if you can repair it. If that means replace then replace whatever. I dont have the size but its stock. She spoke to me in a belittling way. She was not at all someone I wanted to do business with. Next please.

Called to inquire about prices and get more info on services offered being that I want to get some body work done on my bike. Provided exact make and model and year of my bike . Person who picked up was very short, didn’t provide me with any information, mentioned they would need to look up prices but wouldn’t while I was on the phone. Made it seem like i was an inconvenience . Was just a turn off for me I’ll go through the hassle of doing my maintenance work on my own when I get a day off and go elsewhere for body work.

I just moved down here not long ago and I couldn’t get my bike started. I called they came and got the bike. They called me a couple days later and the bike was ready. They were great. :)Thank you

Went there, made the appointment, took the bike in the next day, fixed the stator, tuned it up,ready the next day . We received great service . Went again to have my tires replaced I bought my own tires online the ones I wanted on my bike specifically, brought them in he had them mounted and balanced within a few hours. I had my bike back and the bike handled better than when it was new great job very happy again.

I called this one stop shop for a simple valve adjustment on my 09 Kawasaki 650. A parallel twin and they said no they dont do that. What kinda one stop shop cant do simple valve adjustments

Terrible customer service. They wouldnt even schedule an appointment for service till I brought my bike in in a couple of weeks for them to look at. I wanted a tune up. Theyre not the only shop in town guys. Plenty of other places to go.
