The technician texted ahead of time to provide their ETA. Arrived on time. Very polite. However their vacuum was broken. I was looking forward to not having to clean the shattered glass, but in the end I had to clean up what they could not sweep.

I had a terrible experience with the big name, heavily advertised auto glass repair monster company. My insurance companys number 2 recommendation was Auto Glass Fitters. Easy to contact. Easy to schedule an appointment for the replacement windshield and calibration. I also saved almost $300 due to my high deductible auto policy. I would recommend this service to everyone. All electronics and cameras are working spot on!

Had my cracked windshield replaced at a great price. Now maybe Im figuring out why. First windshield leaked heavily along the top seam after a week. Yes I followed all instructions about no car washes and letting it cure for a while. Now the new replacement seam is coming apart and cracking around the windshield so they have to come out again. Both times I rescheduled they had to re-reschedule since they didnt have parts or were short handed. About the only good thing is they show up eventually. I hope this latest fix is the last one.

Just had my windshield replaced. Cheapest place I found. They came all the way to Greenville to my house to replace it which I loved cause I didnt have to go anywhere and Jeremy that installed my window was fast and very nice!!!
