I LOVE my new Cooper STT Pro tires from Duncan Automotive. Who give a flying flip if a mechanic wears a mask while he works on your vehicle? If youre that scared, stay home and you wont need an oil change.

I didnt feel safe in there no one was wearing a mask but me. People come in there coughing and everything, I was getting my oil changed and Praying at the same time.😣😣😣

I took my car to Toyota to have an overall check, since I was about to drive across county. They told me I had $1300 in repairs. I knew some of it was BS, but I decided to have a local shop check everything over. I found Duncan via good reviews on Google maps. I sent them a Facebook message, to which they replied pretty quickly. I took the car in the next day. They were very friendly, and we talked about all the charges and possible issues with my car. I dropped it off, and they called me later that day and told me NOTHING was wrong with my car. They didnt even charge me to look at it. What?! I will be coming back when I get back to Georgia. Thank you for being honest mechanics. It will give you loyal customers for life.

Tried this place for the first time today, synthetic oil change on my wife’s 2008 Saturn Sky roadster. Asked them through Facebook messenger if they could fit me into their schedule this afternoon, they responded promptly that they could. Brought the car in and they got right to it even though they were obviously busy. Didnt take long, (much shorter wait than Southtown Motors) service tech brought the car out to me afterwards and informed me that my coolant was low ( I had asked them to check) and that he had topped it off along with the other fluids and the oil change.Overall I was very pleased with the service! Courteous and professional, and cheaper than the dealership. I will be bringing the car back for any future service needs.
