Great place! Lots of bagels to choose from! Other breakfast choices too. I also enjoy their chai tea latte as I dont drink coffee. Employees are always nice, even when busy.

Latte barely had any espresso, it was like warm milk. Either that, or just flavorless? So disappointing. Would have considered it a fluke, but lox on bagel smelled overly fishy. :( Its too bad, too, because the service was SO friendly, the presentation was lovely, and the location is convenient. I will def go back, because they were so nice. But, I will not order bagels & lox and Ill make sure they dont skimp on the espresso. :)

I’m lost!!! Today was my first day after my sister told me how incredible it is to spend on carbs. We pull up to do an order to be told they’re out of poppy seed then told that some came out the oven. She ordered the $13 deal which includes two cream cheese. Once she stated that we had a separate order of another box we were told there wasn’t enough and that I could pre order and it will be guaranteed hot and fresh and they would call me when it’s out the oven. Well it takes an hour but it’s been two. I took the liberty to contact the store and got hung up on. When I tried calling back no one answered because it’s going to the busy signal. This is a turn off to me. I spent my money and I feel like no one is understanding how frustrating I am just trying to get an answer for some bagels and cream cheese I paid for and they close at 2. 🤦🏾‍♀️ This will be my first and last time and I’m leaving this review so someone can hear me out since I still haven’t received a call for my bagels.

It was awesome!!! The food is great, the employees are so nice and polite!!!The only complaint is that the drive thru people will not stay on one side so other traffic can get by to go out the back way!

This place is my Favorite place to get breakfast! Me and my fiance absolutely rave about their breakfast bagels!! And their cold brew coffee shakes are the bomb!!! Recommend them all the time to my friends and family!! They are a Must Try!! My personal fav is the All Nighter and Caramel Cold Brew Shake! But there are plenty of possibilities!

Ate here with the family one morning before leaving on a road trip. The employees there were all very nice and explained some items on the menu for me. The food was excellent and had me wishing i had gotten more. Price was a little bit high for me but I would still say its worth it especially if your tired of doing the same ole burger and fries. I will eat here again soon and try out more menu items soon.

Everything they have is five star rated. But they could do some simple adds like tuna fish for a lunch bagel sandwich. They should focus on lunch as much as they do on breakfast. So one star down because they just dont have enough on their menu. But its on their menu its good.

I googled breakfast served all day and Einstein Bros. Bagels came up. All of the other restaurants were dine in/pick up but this place has a drive thru. You can pick your favorite bagel to top off your breakfast sandwich and the options are great! I wanted something that wouldnt hurt my stomach but also have the fuel my body needs. This really hit the spot!

The restaurant itself is very clean and the employees are fast and friendly but the actual bagels are so chewy. It feels like im chewing on a well done piece of steak. But the smears taste great

Great bagels and spreads. The sandwiches are just microwaved messes. Dont bother. If you want a bagel, great. If you want a breakfast sandwich, move along. Unsweet tea is great here. Nice and strong like I make at home.

I never choose to eat here but my friends often do. I was pleased with my last visit. The service was good and the spicy chorizo on a green chile bagel was delicious! Im only giving it four stars because the chorizo patty was way smaller than the actual bagel so I ran out of meat with a quarter of the bagel still remaining

Amazing bagels! We are from New York and bagels aside from pizza gets hard critic from us! This place definitely makes the cut for fresh delicious bagels with a large variety of flavors. The cream cheese is also delicious and fluffy the way it should be. They have a great deal on Mondays 13 bagels for like $7 and $12 if you want 2 tubs of cream cheese with it. I recommend downloading the app for extra rewards which include free bagels exclusive deals and a point system for money spent.

One of my favorite places for a quick menu that I dont have to feel to guilty about. Go for the Supernova if you like smoked salmon. 😉

First time we tried Einstein Brothers bagels was back in January. I had a freebie for my birthday, (who doesnt love free food?). The customers service is fast and efficient. Recently, my husband and I got to enjoy our bagels in store. I would say the atmosphere is amazing. Our order was done before we even sat down! I highly recommend Einstein Bros Bagels. Side note, do yourself a favor and download their app. You wont be disappointed.

During the pandemic was told they dont need to wear glovessaw a few female workers cleaning the toilets then going to make sandwiches right after

An embarrassment for bagels everywhere!!!Wow, still a disappointment! Tried again after many months, but lox sandwich with onion and chive...$1.50+ upcharge over plain cream cheese! Also, one (1) piece of lox per bagel 1/2 and barely 1/2 of the bagel was covered!!! Quality has gone down and remains down!!!! Absolutely our last visit to this Einstein!!!!!Experience at other locations has been far superior. Spend your money elsewhere.

I love Einstein bagels. Had the ham and Swiss on six cheese bagel. Store looked pretty clean and well kept.. My order came in a timely manner but my two friends orders took a bit long to come out. Also at times can be hard to hear the names they call out so recommend standing closer to the counters when waiting as opposed to thenchairs by the doors like we were.

Called in a large to go order on a Sunday morning. Got immediate service with a great attitude. Love this place.

Delicious bagels. Casual atmosphere....only downside is they close early...so no bagels for dinner! Get there early for a better selection. Bagels made fresh daily and they do run out.

I stop by 4 out of my 5 days of work. The staff is friendly and it’s a comfortable atmosphere. The food is always fresh and very tasty. Cinnamon and raisin toasted with honey almond shmear is my favorite! I love this place.

The service at this location is horrible. The store needs more competent staff in the store. There have long wait times both inside and through the drive through. I ordered food this morning and it took me 14 minutes to receive my order. Do not go there if you cant afford to be late in the mornings to work. Hopefully they will do better

I didnt even know Einstein Bros was here till recently. Being from Long Island, NY, there are certain foods I miss and bagels is high on that list, probably number two behind pizza. I went there for breakfast and had the farmhouse on an everything bagel...omg, so delicious, reminded me instantly of what I had been missing. The bagel was fresh, soft, and delicious! The fact that there was egg, bacon, ham, and smear did not go unnoticed, just the perfect breakfast sandwich. Staff is friendly, considerate, and quick. Went back the following week and had the same great experience. Im pretty sure Ill be heading back there again soon, I need to try something from their lunch menu. Bottom line, if you like a great bagel, this is the place.

We use to go here when they had the dining area open. Recently we have had to use the drive thru. The experience is definitely not the same.They have gotten our order wrong serveral times. My husband was asked his order twice even and there was still missing items. We love the dining area crew and cooks but the drive thru is subpar. They also didntwear gloves while handling payment method as well as our bag of food. Hope this changes in the future.

I really love their bagels and every employee I’ve encountered has been very kind and plesant. However, they almost always get my order wrong and are often out of basic things like plain and everything bagels. This seems like a corporate issue to me as it appears they are not giving their staff the training and resources they need to succeed to their best ability.

Absolutely love this place. Service is pretty quick and the employees are always sweet. The French toast Sandwich has become my favorite. Dont miss out.

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my entire life!!!! I ordered a bagel (their selection was rather low) and they said they’d have it but they didn’t. After I ordered it they then said that they just ran out. They tried to get me to get a different bagel but I had to demand a refund. They made me wait then in line while the mastermind behind the counter was contemplating what the people in front of me ordered. Finally after about five minutes of waiting I got to the counter and asked for my refund. Don’t waste your time going here, you’ll only be disappointed.

Went at 6 am today ordered six bagels, then after 5 minUtes waiting in the drive threw the girl gets info that they don’t have sesame and six cheese bagel ?! Well thats 3 bagels Won’t be getting because I wanted two six Chesse and one sesame. Not happy. Why have a store open and not have what you need to make the customers happy?

Five stars for your bagels! My wife and I love them! However, this morning, we called at least 6 times before the phone was answered. The call would time out and hang up. The last time I called, it was answered on the 2nd ring. Whats up with this? The same thing has happened several times in the past. Maybe 1 star for answering the phone...

Einstein has become a regular stopping place for our family on Saturdays. As usual the customer service was excellent. We are always met with smiling.

The service was good and the time was great... I ordered and applewood back with cheddar cheese bagel and my spouse ordered ham and Swiss cheese bagel but we ended up with Turkey and Swiss bagel. The eggs wasnt all the way cooked either...but I might try it again but this is a first impression. Bad start!!!

I love this place! The only reason I give four stars is because they can sometimes be slow at getting your food, especially in the drive thru. However, they are always very nice and the food is delicious!

Bagels are deliciously good but service is very slow. Every time i come here i wait about 15mins to get my food which is a bagel and smear. But other than that great food will go back but only if i have time to wait and nothing else to do.

Staff seemed very unmotivated. There were 2 empty coffee pots and no milk for that matter while i was there. The section of bagels was very underwhelming as well, felt like they didnt bother to fill the case the day i was there. Havent been to Einsteins in many years and feel they may have turned into a fast food chain in the interim.

Can be a little overpriced but good food. Espresso drinks tend to be too sweet at times.
